1. Introduction
This PocketDrive is an ultra compact and durable pocket-size USB drive, which is
built-in with a 1-inch micro drive under USB 2.0 interface. More than 2.5"/3.5"
external enclosures and USB pen drives, the PocketDrive offers you the most
economic solution to keep large multimedia data in pocket wherever you go! No
battery and power adapter needed, simply plug it into your computer, and it is
automatically detected as a removable disk drive. The PocketDrive is the best and
innovative solution for movable storage technology.
It has never been so easy to access and share data! And thanks to the cool storing
design for USB connector to be easier to pop out and hide behind, it makes the
PocketDrive stylish while not in use and more ideal for traveling.

Windows 98SE / Me
Do NOT connect the PocketDrive to your computer before installing the
driver from the provide CD. If you accidentally plug the device first, the
Add New Hardware Wizard screen will pop up. Click Cancel to bypass
the screen.
Before connecting the PocketDrive to your computer for the first time, you should
follow these steps to install the driver:
1. Insert the provided driver CD into your CD-ROM drive.
Double-click the WinDriver.exe file in the directory of /Driver/Win98_ME.
2. When the setup program begins, click Next.

3. If the directory you specified in previous step doesn’t exist, click Yes to create
it.
4. When prompted to plug in the hardware, click OK.
5. Plug the device into the USB port of your computer.
When the installation is done, the PocketDrive plugged into your computer should
appear as a Removable Disk with a system-assigned drive letter in My Computer.
Now you can write and read files to and from the device as you would with an
ordinary disk drive.

Windows 2000 / XP
The PocketDrive is fully compatible with plug & play capability under Windows XP
and 2000. No driver installation is needed under these systems. With the device
properly plugged, a Removable Disk drive with system-assigned drive letter will
appear in My Computer. You can write and read files to and from the device as
you would with an ordinary disk drive.

To Safely Remove the Device
Before unplugging the device from your computer, make sure to use the
unplug/eject hardware icon in the system tray to safely remove the device. This
ensures that you will not lose data in case file transfer is on going between the
device and the computer.
1. In the notification area, right-click the
unplug/eject icon and select Safely Remove
Hardware.
2. Select the device you want to unplug, click Stop and then OK.

3. When Windows notifies you that it is safe to do so, you can unplug the device
from your computer.
Mac 9.X and Above
The PocketDrive is fully compatible with plug & play capability under Mac 9.X and
above systems. No driver installation is needed.
When you properly plug the PocketDrive, it mounts to the
desktop and appears as a removable media device.
To Safely Remove the Device
In Mac, remember to drag the corresponding disk icon
representing the drive to the trashcan before unplugging the
device. When prompted, click OK and now you can unplug the
device.
