MAINTENANCE
LUBRICATION
Note: Only use silicone oil lubricants on this equipment. Do not add any other oil-based products as they may
permanently damage the equipment.
This equipment has been previously lubricated in the factory with silicone oil. The silicone oil is free of
volatility and penetrates gradually through the treadmill. The lubricant need not be re-applied under
normal circumstances, however, lubrication may be required before the rst use.
This equipment is provided with a silicone oil bottle (can be purchased from a sports distributor or a local
hardware store). The application of this should be done when the resistance has increased and the treadmill
has started to rub against the belt table.
Do not over lubricate the board. If this occurs, the excess should be cleaned with a clean towel. Always keep
silicone oil out of the reach of children.
Always unplug the equipment from the electrical outlet before cleaning, lubricating, or repairing the
equipment.
•
•
•
•
We recommend lubricating the deck according to the following timetable:
Light use (less than 3 hours per week): once a year.
Medium use (3-5 hours a week): every 6 months.
Heavy use (more than 5 hours per week) every 3 months.
•
•
•
Lubrication Procedure:
Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the area between the belt and deck.
Spread lubricant onto the inside surface of belt and deck evenly (make sure the machine is turned o and
power is disconnected).
If excess oil was mistakenly used, the excess should be cleaned with a clean towel.

MAINTENANCE
RUNNING BELT ADJUSTMENT
Belt tension adjustment is very important as it ensures an optimal and rm surface. The running belt is
pre-adjusted at the factory but may loosen during transport or during use.
We recommend that you turn o the power after running the treadmill for 60 minutes.
The belt needs to be tensioned when it starts to slip, slide sideways, or curl during training.
Place the equipment on a at surface. Run the equipment at about 6–8 km/h and note the deviation of the
running belt.
Adjustment must be made on the right and left side of the rear rollers to tension the belt with the Allen wrench
provided. The adjusting bolt is located at the end of the rails as the diagram shows:
A belt that is too loose may stop despite a running motor.
Do not over tighten the belt as it may damage the motor, shaft, or bearings.
A correctly stretched belt can be lifted on the sides up to about 5–7.5 cm. The belt is tensioned correctly if
you can t three ngers under it.
CENTRING THE RUNNING BELT
The treadmill can be deviate to one side for dierent running modes (generally due to having more weight on
one leg than the other). That is why it requires adjustment from time to time. To centre the belt, set the speed to
3km / h and check which way it drifts:
•
•
•
INCREASING BELT TENSION
Place the Allen key in the left rear bolt and turn it 90° clockwise. This way, you will stretch the rear roller and
increase the belt tension. Repeat the procedure with the other bolt . Make sure that both bolts are tightened the
same.
REDUCING BELT TENSION
To reduce the tension, repeat the previous procedure backwards, turning the bolts counterclockwise.
Fig. A
Fig. B
Fig. C
Fig. B
Fig. C
Fig. C
If it deviates to the right, place the wrench on the right rear bolt and turn 90 ° clockwise. Check that it has
been centred; if it is not yet centred, rotate 90 ° more clockwise.
If it deviates to the left, place the wrench on the left rear bolt and turn 90 ° counterclockwise. Check that it
has been centred; if it is not yet centred, turn 90 ° more counterclockwise.

every man and woman, it provides the important information for adjusting ones weight with other health
indicators. The ideal FAT is between 20-24. Less than 19 is too thin, between 25-29 is overweight and more
than 30 is obese. This data is only for reference, it should not be considered for medical purposes.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Note: Before starting any exercise program, consult your doctor. This is vitally important for people over the age
of 35 or people with pre-existing health problems. Pulse sensors are not medical devices. Various factors, includ-
ing movement, can aect the accuracy of the heart rate. The pulse sensors are only an aid to measure your heart
rate during exercise.
Exercising is the best way to control your weight, improve your tness, and reduce the eect of fatigue and stress.
The key to success is exercising regularly and making it enjoyable in your everyday life.
