4.9 3 modes setting program.
The countdown time is initially set to 10:00 minutes, the setting range is 5:00---99:00 minutes, and
the step is 1:00. Countdown calories set initial calories: 50 kcal, setting range is 20---990 kcal, step
10.
Countdown distance set the initial distance to 1.0 km, the setting range is 1.0---99.0 km, and the
step is 1.0.
The cycle switching sequence is manual, time, distance, calories.
4.10 Physical Fitness Test (FAT)
In the standby state, continuously press the "program" button to enter the human body mass index
(FAT) test, the window displays "FAT". Press the "Mode" key to select the parameters to be set (F1--
Gender, F2-Age, F3-Height, F4-Weight), and press the "Speed+" and "Speed-" buttons to set these
parameters. After the setting is completed, press the "mode button" to switch the display to F5, hold
the pulse device in your hand and enter the physical fitness test, and check whether your weight and
height are commensurate.
