WATER HEATER 25L
1. Read all instructions carefully.
2. Before use, check the rating label and make sure that the Sparge Water Heater voltage is t for your outlet voltage.
3. The earth terminal of the plug should be connected to the earth block of the power supply.
4. Do not use the Sparge Water Heater if the cord or plug is damaged. If the power supply cord is damaged, it must be
replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent, or a qualied person to avoid a hazard.
5. Turn the unit o at the power switch and power outlet before unplugging.
6. Do not move the product while in use or contains liquid.
7. Grasp the plug when you remove it. Do not pull the cord.
8. Do not let the power cord hang over the edge of a table or counter.
9. Keep the power cord and plug away from water.
10. Do not use this product with a power extension cord or a multi socket plug as an overload may occur.
11. Do not operate the unit without water.
12. Do not overll the unit as boiling water may overow.
13. Do not place near a gas cooker, electric burner, heated oven, or other re sources.
14. Unplug the power cord from the outlet and let the plug cool before cleaning.
15. Switch the unit o and unplug the power cord aer use.
16. Do not use this appliance outdoors.
17. The appliance is only to be installed in locations where it can be overseen by experienced personnel.
18. Never leave the unit unaended while in operation.
19. Do not remove the lid while boiling.
20. Position the lid so that steam is directed away from the handle.
21. This product is not intended for use by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack
of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the
appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
22. Do not use a high-pressure washer when cleaning. The product must not be immersed in water or liquid.
NOTE: Further to the safeguards listed, we do not recommend the use of this product by children. Not following the
safety information could result in serious injuries and may void your warranty.
SAFETY INFORMATION

We recommend reading the following
safety information before use.
HOW TO USE
1. Remove the lid and ll the Sparge Water Heater with
tap water. Do not ll past the ‘max’ level indicator that
can be found on the inside of the unit.
2. Replace the lid and plug the unit into a power socket.
3. Press the ‘on’ switch. The heating light will illuminate
and the water will begin to heat.
4. Set the required temperature on the thermostat dial.
Once the temperature has been reached, the ‘keep warm’
light will automatically switch on and the water will be
kept at the specic temperature until required.
NOTE: The thermostat has a hysteresis of 5°C (10°F),
so it is important to have a thermometer to check the
temperature and ensure that the water is at
75°C (167°F).
5. Use the tap to dispense the water.
6. Always make sure that approximately 3 cups of water
remain in the appliance while it is turned on to avoid it
overheating.
NOTE:
This device has a thermal cut o switch to prevent
a dry boil. If the element overheats, the thermostat will
automatically turn o the machine. If you experience
overheating, please wait a few minutes for the appliance
to cool down and reset the temperature.

ADVICE FOR
CLEANING & STORAGE
• Always disconnect the appliance from the power
source before cleaning.
• Before use, rinse with clean water to remove any
dust and cardboard debris.
• Aer use, the appliance should be cleaned
immediately. If the remnants of wort and malt
appear on the surfaces, do not let these dry
out as this will signicantly complicate the
cleaning process.
• All stainless steel components can be cleaned
using a conventional, unscented detergent.
Abrasive agents and sponges/brushes could
cause scratching and are not suitable for use.
Ideally, use a dish brush to clean the base of
the unit.
• Clean the valve and all components.
• Aer cleaning, allow the product to air dry or
use a towel.
• Do not store in a damp area as this could cause
damage to the product.
