Conformité
Ce matériel a été conçu et construit en conformité vis-à-vis du marqua e CE et des directives CEE qui lui sont
applicables :
• Directive "Sécurité machine" 98/37/CEE du 22/06/98.
• Directive "Compatibilité électroma nétique" 2004/108/CE
• Directive "Basse tension" 2006/95/CE
La modification ou la transformation de cet équipement, l'adaptation et l'instal-
lation d'accessoires non préconisés par GRAVOGRAPH, l'installation de cet
équipement dans un processus de fabrication, le pilotage par un automate, la
connexion àun robot externe, modifient les caractéristiques de ce matériel et
peuvent le rendre non conforme aux Directives Européennes qui lui sont appli-
cables. Ces modifications annulent la responsabilitédu fabricant.
Dans ce cas, c'est l'installateur de la machine et des équipements qui est
responsable de la conformitéCE du poste de travail final.
Sécuritéélectrique
Les différents fusibles de l'appareil sont conformes à la norme CEI 127-2.
Les différents niveaux de sécurité auxquels répondent les entrées/sorties sont indiqués pour chaque
connecteur dans le para raphe "Ensemble aspirateur de copeaux". Deux niveaux de sécurité sont possibles:
- Niveau de tension dan ereux (alimentations, prises accessoires, etc ...).
- Niveau de tension TBTS (très basse tension de sécurité).
Sécuritémachine
Ce matériel est conforme aux exi ences des normes EN ISO12100-1 et EN ISO12100-2.
Compatibilitéélectromagnétique
Ce matériel est conforme aux normes de compatibilité électroma nétique suivantes :
• EN 55022 - classe B ; EN 61000-3-2 ; EN 61000-3-3 (émission en milieu résidentiel, commercial et industrie
lé ère)
• EN 61000-6-2 (immunité en environnement industriel)
Tous les câbles utilisés avec ce matériel doivent être conformes aux exi ences de compatibilité électronique
de la norme EN 55022 - classe B.
Aspects sécuritéélectrique
Ce matériel est de "classe 1". La prise secteur doit impérativement être conforme
au régime de neutre et àla réglementation en vigueur dans le pays d'installation.
Si vous ne disposez pas d'une prise de ce type, faites-en installer une par un
électricien agréé. Ne dérogez en aucun cas àcette consigne.
Toute modification ou utilisation contraire aux spécifications de construction et d'utilisation du fabricant,
notamment en ce qui concerne les éléments électriques/électroniques, annulent la responsabilité du fabricant
envers l'utilisateur.
Toute opération autre que celles citées dans le présent document doit être
exécutée par un technicien agréé Gravograph.
Ne pas démonter le matériel pour le réparer ou le nettoyer sous peine d'annuler
la garantie.
Ce symbole vous indique que cet équipement ne doit pas être jetéen fin de vie
avec les déchets municipaux non triés, en accord avec la Directive Européenne
2002/96/CE.
Cet équipement doit être déposéàun point de collecte appropriépour le
traitement, la valorisation, le recyclage des Déchets d'Equipements Electriques
et Electroniques (DEEE).
Les éléments constituants des Equipements Electriques et Electroniques peuvent

Information about regulations
Conformity standards
This hardware was desi ned and build in conformity with the relevant EC markin and EEC directives :
• "Machine Security" Directive 98/37/EEC (22/06/98).
• "Electroma netic compatibility" Directive 2004/108/EC
• "Low Volta e" Directive 2006/95/EC
The modification or transformation of this equipment, the adaptation and instal-
lation of accessories not recommended by GRAVOGRAPH, the installation of this
equipment in a manufacturing process, the piloting by a robot, the connection
to an external automaton, modify the characteristics of this material and can
make it not compliant with the European Directives it is subjected.These modifi-
cations voids the responsibility of the manufacturer.
In this case, the person who fits the machine and the equipment is responsible for
the EC compliance of the final work station.
Electrical security
The different fuses of this device comply with the IEC 127-2 norm (International Electric Committee).
The different security levels the input/output answer are indicated for each connector in the chapter «Chips
collector assembly». Two security levels are possible :
- Dan erous volta e (power supply, accessories, plu s ...).
- Very low security volta e.
Machine security
This hardware is in conformity with the norm EN ISO12100-1 and EN ISO12100-2.
Electromagnetic compatibility
This hardware is in conformity with electroma netic compatibility norms:
• EN 55022 - classe B ; EN 61000-3-2 ; EN 61000-3-3 (emission in residential, commercial, and li ht industrial
environment)
• EN 61000-6-2 (immunity in industrial environment)
All the cables used with this hardware must be in conformity with the electronic compatibility standards, norm
EN 55022 - class B.
Electrical security
This material is «class 1». The mains plug MUST always be connected to a neutral
socket and comply with the regulations in force in the country of installation. If
you do not have a plug of this type, have one installed by an approved
electrician. Under no circumstances should you depart from this instruction.
The manufacturer bears no responsibility towards any user where alterations have been carried out contrary
to the manufacturer’s specifications, notably with respect to electrical/electronic elements.
Any operation, other than those mentioned here, must only be carried out by an
approved Gravograph technician.
Do not take the machine apart to repair or clean it : this will void your guarantee.
This symbol indicates that once this equipment has reached the end of its useful
life, it must not be disposed of with non-sorted municipal waste, in accordance
with the European Directive 2002/96/EC.
The equipment must be disposed of at an appropriate collection point for
processing, sorting, and recycling of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment
(DEEE).
The elements which compose Electrical and Electronic Equipment may contain
substances which have harmful effects on the environment or on human health.
By following these instructions, you are helping the environment, contributing to
the preservation of our natural resources, and protecting human health.

finden, entworfen und her estellt :

Jegliche Änderung oder Umwandlung dieser Geräte, der Anschlußoder die

Sicherheit der elektrischen Anlagee
Sämtliche Sicherun en dieses Geräts entsprechen der Norm IEC 127-2 (International Electric Committee).
Die Sicherheits rade der Ein- und Aus än e sind für jeden Stecker im Abschnitt «Rückansicht der Maschine»
an e eben. Es ibt 2 Mö lichkeiten :

Sicherheit der Maschine
Dieses Material entspricht den Anforderun en der Normen EN ISO12100-1 und EN ISO12100-2.

Dieses Material entspricht den Normen betreffend die elektroma netische Vereinbarkeit :

Diese Maschine entspricht der Schutzklasse 1. Der Netzstecker mußunbedingt mit
einem gültigen Nulleitersystem ausgestattet sein und den Rechtsvorschriften
entsprechen, die in dem Land gelten, in dem sie installiert wird. Wenn Sie keine
derartige Steckdose haben, müssen Sie sie von einem amtlich zugelassenen
Elektriker installieren lassen. Weichen Sie keinesfalls von dieser Vorschrift ab.
Je liche Änderun , die ent e en den Bauanweisun en der Herstellers vor enommen wird, insbesondere
betreffend die elektrischen und elektronischen Elemente, befreit den Hersteller von einer evtl. Haftun
e enüber dem Benutzer.
Jeglicher Eingriff, der nicht im vorliegenden Dokument beschrieben ist, mußvon
einem von Gravograph zugelassenen Techniker vorgenommen werden.
Demontieren Sie das Material nicht, um es zu reparieren oder zu reinigen, da
sonst die Garantie verfällt.
Sobald dieses Gerät das Ende seines nützlichen Lebens erreicht hat, zeigt dieses
Symbol in Übereinstimmung mit der europäischen Richtlinie 2002/96/EG an, daß
es nicht mit den unsortierten Siedlungsabfälle entledigt werden darf.
Dieses Gerät mußan einem passenden Ansammlungspunkt für die Behandlung,

Présentation
L'aspirateur de copeaux est un accessoire destiné à aspirer les copeaux provenant de la ravure. Il est relié
directement à la broche de la machine à l'aide d'un tube et d'un nez ré ulateur de profondeur aspirant .
Il permet d'éviter toutes projections de copeaux et laisse propre la zone de travail.
Il peut être utilisé de façon autonome en ne le connectant pas à la machine.
Connecté sur le port "Entrées/Sorties" de la machine, l'aspirateur de copeaux est automatiquement piloté par
la machine.Il se met en route automatiquement et uniquement dès qu'un travail de ravure est lancé.
Le montage de cette carte doit être exécutépar un technicien agréé
GRAVOGRAPH. Ne pas démonter le matériel pour le réparer ou le nettoyer sous
peine de rendre nulle la garantie.
L'installation de l'aspirateur de copeaux IS sur les anciennes machines IS400,
IS6000, IS7000 et IS8000, nécessite la présence de la carte optionnelle "tourne-
cylindre - Entrées/Sorties" (connecteurs (4) et (5)) :

This card must only be mounted by a qualified Gravograph technician. Do not
disassemble any equipment for repairs or cleaning as this way void your
guarantee.
To install the chips collector IS on the old machines IS400, IS6000, IS7000 and
IS8000 the "cylinder attachment - Inputs/Outputs" optional board is neccessary
(connectors (4) and (5)) :
Presentation
The chips collector is an accessory desi ned to collect the chips comin from the enn ravin . It is connected
directly to the machine spindle with a tube and a depth re ulatin vacuum nose.
It allows to avoid all projections of chips and it leaves clean the workin area.
It can be used in an autonomous way by not connectin it to the machine.
Connected on the "Inputs/Outputs" port (5) of the machine, the chips collector is controlled automatically by
the machine.It starts only to run as soon as an en ravin work is launched.

Die Absau vorrichtun ist ein Zusatz erät, das entworfen ist, um die Späne (die vom Gravieren kommen) zu
absau en.
Sie ermö licht, alle Spannprojektionen zu vermeiden.
Indem man es nicht an die Maschine anschließt, kann er unabhän i benutzt werden.
Verbunden auf der "Ein än e/Aus än e"Verbindun der Maschine wird die Absau vorrichtun automatisch

Die Montage dieser Karte mußvon einem von GRAVOGRAPH zugelassenen
Techniker durchgeführt. Demontieren Sie nie das Material, um es zu reparieren
oder zu reinigen, da sonst die Garantie verfällt.
Für die Installation der Absaugvorrichtung IS auf den alten Maschinen IS400,
IS6000, IS7000 und IS8000, die Präsenz der Optionskarte "Abrollvorrichtung -
Eingänge/Ausgänge" (Verbinder (4) und (5)) ist notwendig:

Each connection responds to one of
the following security levels :
- Dangerous voltage.
- Very low safety level
A4 - "Inputs/Outputs" Sub-D female 9-pin connector -
Very low safety level.
A5 - External power supply connection -
Dangerous voltage.
The machine must always be switched
off before connecting or
disconnecting a cable as indicated
on label (E1) displayed on the back
of the machine.
A6 - General shutdown button used as an immediate
stop.
A8 - Drawer for fuses 5 A (T*) - gefährliches
Spannungsniveau.
(T*) = These fuses are temporized,
with a high breaking capacity and
comply with the IEC 127-2 norm.

Beschreibung
Absaugvorrichtung
A1 - Deckel.
A2 - Hauptteil.
A3 - Eingang der eingesaugten Späne.
Jeder Anschluss entspricht einem der
beiden folgenden Sicherheitsniveaus:
- gefährliches Spannungsniveau.
- sehr schwaches Spannungsniveau.
A4 - Verbinder "Eingänge/Ausgänge" Sub-D 9-poliger
Buchse - sehr schwaches Spannungsniveau.
A5 - Versorgungsstecker - gefährliches
Spannungsniveau.
Schalten Sie die Maschine stets aus,
bevor Sie ein Kabel anschließen oder
entfernen, entsprechend der
Anweisung auf dem Etikett (E1) auf
der Rückseite der Maschine.
A6 - Sicherheitsausschalter.
A8 - Schubfahr für Sicherungen 5 A (T*) - gefährliches
Spannungsniveau.
(T*) = Diese Sicherungen sind
unbedingt temporisiert und
entsprechen der Norm IEC 127-2.

Installation
Montage du tube
d'aspiration
Mettre la machine hors tension avant
de poursuivre l'opération : débran-
cher le cordon d'alimentation de la
prise secteur.
1. Retirez le nez régulateur présent sur la bro-
che de la machine (ex : GravoTech M20).
2. Glissez le tube d'aspiration dans le con-
necteur flexible et vissez le tout sur
l'entrée de l'aspirateur de copeaux .
Ne pas trop visser le connecteur flexi-
ble pour éviter de créer un bou-
chon.
3. Passez le tube d'aspiration àtravers la
trappe àl'arrière de la machine
(ex : GravoTech M20).
4. Installez un nez aspirant sur le tube
d'aspiration et sur la broche de la machine
(ex : GravoTech M20).

Installation
Mounting the suction tube
Switch off the machine before
proceeding with any operation:
unplug the power supply cable from
the mains.
1. Remove the depth regulating nose which is
mounted on the spindle of the machine
(example : GravoTech M20).
2. Slide the flexible connector onto the
suction tube and screw the connector
with hose on entry of the chips collector
.
Do not over tighten the flexible
connector to avoid creating an
obstruction.
3. Pass the suction tube through the trap
door to the back of the machine
(example : GravoTech M20).
4. Install a vacuum nose on the suction
tube and on the spinde of the machine
(example : GravoTech M20).

Montage des
Absaugschlauchs
Bevor Sie die folgenden Vorgänge
durchführen, schalten Sie die
Maschine aus : ziehen Sie das
Strohmzufuhrkabel heraus.
1. Entfernen Sie die Tiefenreglernase, die auf
der Spindel der Maschine (zum Beispiel :
GravoTech M20) installiert ist.
2. Schieben Sie den Absaugschlauch in
die biegefähige Stecker und schrauben
Sie das Ganze auf den Eingang der
Absaugvorrichtung .
Um die Schaffung einer Sperrung zu
vermeiden, ziehen Sie nicht zu fest
die biegefähige Stecker an.
3. Gehen Sie den Absaugschlauch durch
die Klappe zum hinteren Teil der
Maschine über. (z. B. : GravoTech M20)
4. Installieren Sie eine absaugende
Tiefenreglernase auf dem Absaug-
schlauch und auf der Spindel der Maschine

Connexion de l'aspirateur
de copeaux
Mettre la machine hors tension avant
de poursuivre l'opération : débran-
cher le cordon d'alimentation de la
prise secteur.
Toujours éteindre la machine avant
de connecter ou de déconnecter l'as-
pirateur de copeaux.
7. Brancher le câble de liaison "Entrées/
Sorties" sur le connecteur Sub-D 9 points
femelle de l'aspirateur de copeaux et sur
le connecteur Sub-D 15 points femelle ,
situéàl'arrière de la machine.
8. Brancher le cordon secteur sur la prise
d'alimentation del'aspirateurdecopeaux
et ensuite sur le secteur.
9. Mettre la machine et l'aspirateur de co-
peaux sous tension.

Connecting the chips
collector
Switch off the machine before
proceeding with any operation:
unplug the power supply cable from
the mains.
Always switch off the machine before
connecting or disconnecting the chips
collector.
7. Plug the "Input/Output" connection cable
into the Sub-D female 9-pin connector
of the chips collector and into the Sub-D
female 15-pin connector found at the
rear of the machine.
8. Plug the mains cable into the power
supply connection of the chips collector
and then into the mains socket.
9. Switch on the machine and the chip
collector.
