ATTENTION: DISCONNECT THE BUSBARS FROM THE ELECTRICAL CURRENT BEFORE
REALIZINGTHE FOLLOWING OPERATIONS

Se la linea è già assemblata,
smontare il coprigiunto e il
giunto monoblocco.
If the line is mounted, dismount
the cover joint and the monobloc
joint.

Posizionare nella parte chiusa
dell’involucro il coprigiunto in
alluminio (4) inserendo le viti 5MA
(5) e bloccare i dadi (6).
Install the aluminium joint cover
(4) on the closed part of the case,
inserting the 5MA screws (5) and
block the nuts (6).

Inserire il giunto monoblocco (1)
fornito con la cassetta e serrare
con chiave dinamometrica con la
coppia di serraggio dei giunti
standard (vedere la tabella in
fondo).
Insert dedicated monobloc joint
(1) supplied with tap off box and
tighten with a torque wrench
with torque as standard joints
(see the table at the bottom).

Inserire la cassetta di derivazione
sulla linea e fissarla tramite le
staffette (2), (vedere l’immagine
nel passaggio successivo). Ciò
dopo lo smontaggio della
protezione in vetroresina
all’interno della scatola.
Insert tap off box on the line and
fix the supports (2), (see the
image in the next step), before it
dismount the fibreglass protection
inside the box.

Bloccare le bandelle partenti dal sezionatore sul giunto monoblocco (1).
Block the conductors starting from fused switch on monoblock joint (1).

3 –Cassetta di derivazione / Tap off Box

Collegare il cavo di terra alla vite
8MA posta all’inizio della cassetta
lato uscita cavi.
Connect the earth cable to the
screw 8MA located at the
beginning of the box on the cable
exit side.

Terminare l’assemblaggio fissando
la lastra in vetro poliestere alla
cassetta con le viti fornite.
Finish the assembly with fixing the
glass-polyester cover sheet to the
tap off box with the supplied
screws.

INDICAZIONI FINALI
FINAL INSTRUCTIONS
Prima di mettere in funzione la linea accertarsi di:
1) Aver correttamente serrato i bulloni come indicato;
2) Effettuare la prova di isolamento con almeno 2200 V.
La resistenza deve essere maggiore di 1000 Ω/V verso terra per ogni
circuito.
Before setting the line at work check that:
1. The bolts are correctly tightened;
2. Make the isolation test under 2200 V at least.
The resistance of each circuit towards earth must be higher than 1000
Ω/V.
