wir beglückwünschen Sie zum Kauf dieses GreenLife Produktes und bedanken
uns für das entgegengebrachte Vertrauen.
Bitte überprüfen Sie dieses Gerät bei Warenannahme auf eventuelle
Transportschäden. Für Transportschäden haftet nicht der Hersteller oder der
Lieferant, sondern der Frachtführer. Nach Warenannahme ohne Transport-
schäden anzuzeigen können diese nicht mehr geltend gemacht werden. Sollte
die Verpackung beschädigt sein, ist sofort im Beisein des Anlieferers auszupa-
cken, um eventuelle Beschädigungen festzustellen, die dem Frachtführer
schriftlich anzuzeigen sind. Die Ware muss bis zur Klärung des Transport-
schadens beim Käufer verbleiben.
Bevor Sie dieses Produkt installieren, elektrisch Anschließen und/oder in
Betrieb nehmen ist es unbedingt notwendig diese Anleitung aufmerksam und
vollständig zu lesen und alle Sicherheitshinweise, die mit dem folgendem Zei-
chen gekennzeichnet sind, zu beachten.

Sicherheit
Bei sämtlichen Arbeiten sind die einschlägigen Unfallverhütungsvorschriften zu be-
achten (BGV C22).
Bei Begehung der Behälter ist eine zweite Person unbedingt erforderlich!
Bei sämtlichen Arbeiten an der Anlage bzw. Anlagenteilen ist immer die Gesamtan-
lage außer Betrieb zu setzen und gegen unbefugtes Wiedereinschalten zu sichern!
Der Behälterdeckel ist immer, außer bei Arbeiten im Behälter, geschlossen zu halten.
Sonst besteht höchste Unfallgefahr.
GreenLife bietet ein umfangreiches Sortiment an Zubehörteilen an. Die Verwendung
anderer Zubehörteile kann dazu führen, dass die Funktionsfähigkeit beeinträchtigt
und die Haftung für daraus entstandene Schäden aufgehoben wird.
Kennzeichnungspflicht
Alle Leitungen und Entnahmestellen von Brauchwasser sind mit den Worten „kein
Trinkwasser“ schriftlich oder bildlich zu kennzeichnen (DIN 1988 Teil 2, Abs. 3.3.2.)
um auch nach Jahren eine irrtümliche Verbindung mit dem Trinkwassernetz zu ver-
meiden.
Auch bei korrekter Kennzeichnung kann es noch zu Verwechselungen kommen, z. B
durch Kinder.
Ein möglicher Schutz vor Verwechslung durch Kinder sind Zapfstellen mit Kindersi-
cherung.

Wirkprinzip
Der Biovitor reinigt Regenwasser mittels eines patentierten Wirkprinzips.
Die optimal dimensionierten Größenverhältnisse der Kammern und Durchlässe ge-
währleisten einen bestmöglichen biologischen Ablauf mit höchstem Wirkungsgrad.
Überzeugend
• hohe Wasserausbeute da keine Verluste von Regenwasser durch verschmutzte
Filter
• sehr lange Wartungsintervalle (bei Laubanfall sollten Dachrinnengitter oder ein
Laubabscheider vorgeschaltet werden)
• ideal für Versickerung
• rein biologische Wirkprinzipien des Abbaus aller organischen Bestandteile
• keine chemischen Zusätze
• nichtorganische Bestandteile setzen sich ab
• in fast jeder Regenwasseranlage nachrüstbar

Einbau und Installation:
Der Einbau ist gemäß Bild durchzuführen.
Das Herstellungsverfahren und die Materialauswahl ermöglichen ein leichtes und
einfaches Handling aller Biovitoren.
Wichtig ist darauf zu achten, dass der Biovitor am Boden gehalten wird und sicher
steht. Dies wird zum großen Teil durch den im Lieferumfang enthaltenen Marmorkie-
sel getan. Die Stand- und Auftriebssicherheit kann aber durch zusätzlichen Kiesel
oder weitere Gewichte erhöht werden.
Ein Abzweiger ist als Notüberlauf am höchsten Punkt in der Zisterne zu platzieren.
Bitte beachten Sie die Abbildung.
Bei besonders starkem Laubabfall empfiehlt es sich die GreenLife Dachrinnengitter
zu installieren oder das Laub anderweitig in der Dachrinne oder im Fallrohr abzufilt-
rieren.

Wartung:
Eine Wartung besteht aus folgenden Elementen.
1. Entleerung des Erdtanks, so dass die Wartung des Biovitor ohne Einschrän-
kungen erfolgen kann.
2. Bei Begehung der Behälter ist eine zweite Person unbedingt erforderlich!
Bitte beachten Sie den Punkt Sicherheit in dieser Anleitung.
3. Die Biovitoren sind zu entleeren und zu reinigen. Ab den Größen DN150 ist
die Entleerung über die außen angebrachte Verschraubung mit Schraubkappe
möglich.
4. Reinigung mit Wasserstrahl und/oder Lappen oder weichem Spachtel. (Keine
chemischen Reinigungmittel erforderlich!)
5. Tank nach Reinigung des Biovitor auspumpen und reinigen.

Please check at the product acceptance that the packaging or it content have not been damaged
during transport. he producer and the distributor are not liable for damages occurred during
transport, and the liability for such damages is a matter for the carrier.
Damages occurred during transport and discovered after the product acceptance cannot be
claimed. In the case that the packaging is damaged it is necessary to unpack the product in the
presence of the deliver in order to detect possible product damages, which must be reported to
the carrier in written. Until the clarification of the damage the product remains with the Buyer.
Before the installation, electricity connection of the product and/or putting it into operation,
please read carefully the entire manual and follow all safety instructions marked with

During all maintenance and repair operations on the machine or its parts it is required the main
system must be shut down and secured against being restarted inadvertently!
The cover of the container must be always closed, except for operations inside the container.
Otherwise there is a high risk of accident.
GreenLife offers a wide range of accessories. Using other accessories can affect the functionality of
the machine and the liability for the damages caused will be nullified.
Marking obligation
All conducts and working water intakes must be identified with pictures and text as „Not for
drinking!” (DIN 1988 part 2, paragraph 3.3.2.), in order to avoid accidental connection to the potable
water circuit even after years.
Even with a correct marking confusion is possible, i.e. for children.
A possible way to avoid confusion for children are taps with child protection.

Operating principle
Biovitor cleans rainwater by a patented operating principle.
The adequately dimensioned compartments and culverts ensure the best possible biological flow
with maximum efficiency.
Advantages
• high water yields due to no rainwater losses through dirty filters
• long intervals between maintenance works (with leaf drop it is necessary to install before a roof
gutter grid or a separator for leaves).
• ideal for ground water infiltration

Mounting and installation:
The mounting shall be performer in accordance with the illustration.
The production procedure and the choice of material facilitate an easy handling of all Biovitor
devices.
It is important to ensure that the Biovitor device is well mounted to the ground and stands firmly.
This is largely ensured through the marble gravel which belongs to the scope of supply.
The stability of the mounting and the buoyancy safety can be increased with additional gravel or
additional weights.
The junction shall be placed as emergency spillway in the highest point of the tank.
Please follow the instruction in the illustration.
With extraordinarily intensive leaf drop it is recommended to install a roof gutter grid or another leaf
separation system at the downspout.

Maintenance:
A maintenance consists of the following elements:
1. Draining the underground tank so that unlimited maintenance of the Biovitor device is possible.
2. During inspection of the container the presence of an additional person is absolutely required!
Please observe the „Safety” section of these instructions.
3. The Biovitor device must be drained and cleaned. rom sizes DN150 draining through screws
placed outside is possible.
4. Cleaning with a jet of water and/or a cloth or a soft spatula. (No chemical cleaning agents are
required!)
5. After cleaning the Biovitor device must be drained and cleaned.

Bezpieczeństwo
Podczas wykonywania wszelkich robót należy przestrzegaćodpowiednich ustawy w zakresie

Pokrywa pojemnika musi byćzawsze, za wyjątkiem prac prowadzonych wewnątrz zbiornika,
zamknięta. W przeciwnym razie istnieje wysokie zagrożenie wypadkiem.
GreenLife oferuje szeroki asortyment akcesoriów. Stosowanie innych akcesoriów może
doprowadzićdo tego, że zostanie zakłócona funkcyjność urządzenia oraz zniesiona
odpowiedzialność za powstałe szkody.
Obowiązek etykietowania
Wszystkie przewody oraz miejsca pobrania wód przemysłowych należy słownie i za pomocą
ilustracji oznaczyćjako „woda niezdatna do spożycia“ (DIN 1988 część 2, ust. 3.3.2.), aby
uniknąć pomylenia z obiegiem wody pitnej nawet po latach.
Nawet przy prawidłowym oznaczeniu może dojść do pomylenia, np. przez dzieci.
