1.1 WORK AREA SAFETY
1.2 PERSONAL SAFETY
1.3 OPERATION SAFETY
■Prepare your workspace before turning on your machine. Ensuring a clean and
well-lit workspace should always be the first step in using your Green Machine®
Snow Thrower.
■Clear the area before each use. Remove all objects such as rocks, broken glass,
nails, wire, or string that can be thrown or become entangled in the auger.
■Never operate your power tool in the presence of flammable liquids, gases, or dust.
■Do not use on a graveled surface.
■Keep children away and pets away. All non-operators should be kept at a safe distance
from the work area.
■Don’t force the snowblower. It will perform better and be safer at the rate at which it
was designed to operate.
■Keep hands away from moving parts. Keep clear of the discharge opening at
all times.
■Stay alert and entirely focused when operating a power tool. Never use your cordless
snow blower while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. You should also avoid using
your machine while you are feeling overly tired or ill.
■Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry. They can be caught in moving
parts. Wear protective clothing, use work gloves, long pants, a long-sleeved shirt, and
safety footwear is recommended when working outdoors. Wear protective hair covering
to contain long hair.
■Always wear proper protective equipment. This includes, but is not limited to, eye

■Remove the battery from the equipment when not in use.
■Use the battery only in conjunction with your power tool. This measure alone protects
the battery against dangerous overload.
■Keep the battery charger away from rain or moisture. Penetration of water in the battery
charger may cause damage and increase the chance of injury.
■Do not charge other batteries. The battery charger is suitable only for charging lithium-ion
batteries within the listed voltage range. Otherwise, there is a danger of fire and explosion.
■Keep the battery charger clean. Contamination can lead to a danger of an electric shock.
■Before each use, check the battery charger, cable, and plug. If damage is detected, do
not use the battery charger. Never open the battery charger yourself. Have repairs
performed only by a qualified technician and only using original spare parts. Damaged
battery chargers, cables, and plugs increase the risk of an electric shock.

No intente limpiar pendientes pronunciadas.

sobrecalentarse y causar quemaduras.
