operate properly and perform its intended

TOOLS NEEDED
• 10 mm spanner
• 13 mm spanner / 1/2" spanner
BEFORE INSTALLATION
• Check that the product has not suered
any damage during transport or storage.
• Keep the workstation away from heat and
sharp edges.
INSTALLATION
1. Put the workstation up-side down on the
floor and attach the 4 castors on the base
of workstation using bolt & washer sets
(Size 13 mm)
Note: Swivel caster with toe lock should
be mounted on the same side as the
handle.
2. Now keep the workstation upright. Insert the
side handle into the cabinet wall and attach
with bolt & washer sets (Size 10 mm).
Note: The side handle should be mounted
on the same side as the swivel caster with
toe lock.
3. The workstation is ready to use.
4. To remove a drawer with roller slides, pull
the drawer completely out. Press down
the left tab and lift up the right tab on the
sliders, pull drawer o slides.
5. To reinstall the drawer, realign it with the
internal drawer slide and push in until locked
in place.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
• To avoid tipping, open one drawer at a time.
• Close all drawers when moving the unit.
• Every workstation has a unique number written
on its lock. Only the key with that number can
be used to lock or unlock the drawers.
• Close all drawers before locking. If a drawer is
not locked, unlock the unit and push drawer
to the closed position and then lock the unit
again.
MAINTENANCE
Periodically lubricate casters and tighten all
hardware
DISPOSAL
The components or the used product must be
given to companies that specialize in the disposal
and recycling of industrial waste.
