Servicehinweise
Achtung: ESD-Vorschriften beachten
Vor Öffnen des Gehäuses Netzstecker ziehen.
Ersatzteile
Als Ersatzteil sind nur folgende Baugruppen verfügbar:
- Gehäuse
- Subwoofer
- Rückwand mit Kühlkörper, Netzschalterplatte, Bedienplatte, Netz-
sicherung und Netzkabel
- Verstärkerplatte
- Netzteilplatte
- Trafo
Verstärkerplatte
Vor der Montage des Verstärkers auf dem Kühlkörper muss auf folgende
Bauteile eine Wärmeleitpaste (handelsüblich) dünn aufgetragen werden:
– Gleichrichter RS806
– Endstufe STK404-140
Leitungsverlegung
Bevor Sie die Leitungen lösen, muss die Leitungsverlegung zu den
einzelnen Baugruppen beachtet werden.
Nach erfolgter Reparatur ist es notwendig, die Leitungsführung wieder
in den werkseitigen Zustand zu versetzen um evtl. spätere Ausfälle
oder Störungen zu vermeiden.
Service Hints
Attention: Observe the ESD safety regulations
Disconnect the mains plug before opening the set.
Spare Parts
Only the following sub-assemblies are available:
- Housing
- Subwoofer
- Rear Panel complete with heat sink, mains switch PCB, operating
PCB, mains fuse and power cord
- Amplifier PCB
- Power supply PCB
- Transformer
Amplifier PCB
Before assemble the amplifier board at the heat sink lay on a coating of
heat-conductive paste (commercially available) at following components:
– Rectifier RS806
– Power Amplifier STK404-140
Wiring
Before disconnecting any leads observe the way they are routed to the
individual assemblies.
On completion of the repairs the leads must be laid out as originally
fitted at the factory to avoid later failures or disturbances.
