3. How does it work?
P2P Connection
Live Video Stream Sent Directly from Camera to Smart Devices
Through our P2P connection technology, the live videos will not be transmitted
through the cloud, or stored on the cloud server.
The cloud server only verifies users’identities in the encrypted connection process.
(The recorded videos & snapshots are stored only in your smart devices, too.)

4. Setup Process
1. Plug on the camera & make sure your home wifi
network is ready.
2. Download the Gynoii Baby APP on your smart
device & create account.
(Search for Gynoii Baby in Google play/ App Store)
3. Follow the instructions on the app to add camera and
start monitoring.
Note:
You can only register the camera with one
account at a time.
For multiple users, you can:
1. Login with this account on different devices
simultaneously.
2. Enable Guest Account. Guest users can view
the camera with limited control.

6. Features
a. Time Lapse Video
-- Make baby's hours-long
activities into a time-lapse video!
1. Tap the icon to start making
Time Lapse Video.
Tap the icon again to finish
recording.
(Note: The longest recording duration
is 2 hours 40 minutes.)
2. Wait for the app to automatically
convert the recorded video.
b. Guest Account Mode
-- Share the camera access with the
Guest Account!
1. Enter Setting Page & choose
Guest Account
2. Enable the Guest Account
Your family & friends can login to the
guest account to access the camera.
You can share the account to unlimited
number of users, but only up to 4 users
can connect to the camera at the same
time.

--Edit the video clips with
adorable music and frames!
1. Choose a video clip, and tap
the edit icon
(In iOS version, tap the edit icon )
2. Add music and frames
Tap to randomly switch music
and frames
Tap to save the edit.
d. Audio Only Mode
--Keep playing baby's voice in the
background of the smart device.
1. Switch on Audio Only Mode
2. Go to Live View Page, and press
home button or power button of your
smart device to go back to the desktop.
The app will keep streaming audio in
the background, then.

FAQs
1. Setup problems
Error Message1
"Cannot connect to your Wi-Fi. Please check the Wi-Fi SSID / password or Wi-Fi settings."
If you have seen this message in the setup process, it means you have entered wrong Wi-Fi password.
If the situation still occurs after you entered correct Wi-Fi password, please unplug the camera, and power
it on to try again. The camera only supports 2.4G Wi-Fi band, please also avoid using 5G Wi-Fi band.
Error Message2
"The camera is already registered. You can only register the camera with one account. Multiple users can
use the same account on different devices simultaneously. "
The camera can be registered with one account only.
For multiple users, you can choose to:
1. Login with this account on different devices simultaneously.
2. Enable the guest account. Guest users can only use limited app functions.
If you want to register the camera with another new account, please delete the camera from the original
account first (Option->Delete Camera), and then register the camera with the new account.
2. Camera disconnect or Video/Audio freezes
If the camera is offline or video freezes, you don’t need to reset the camera. It just means the internet
condition is not good. The camera will stream video again if the internet is back to normal condition.
1. Make sure the camera is close enough to the Wi-Fi router to receive the Wi-Fi signal. If the camera is
too far from your Wi-Fi router, it will lose connection.
2. We suggest having at least 2Mbps Wi-Fi upload bandwidth available in your house. If the Wi-Fi upload
bandwidth is not enough, the camera might lose connection.
3. Changing the video quality to Medium or Low. It will reduce the bandwidth required and improve the
connection.
3. Multiple Users on different devices
The camera can be registered with one account only.
For multiple users, you can choose to:
1. Login with this account on different devices simultaneously.
2. Enable the guest account. Guest users can only use limited app functions.
If you want to register the camera with another new account, please delete the camera from the original
account first (Option->Delete Camera), and then register the camera with the new account.

4. Night Vision (Black/White mode)
To receive a clearer image, the Infrared Night Vision (black and white) will be activated automatically when
it is not bright enough in the room.
If it is bright enough in the room, the camera will turn to color mode automatically.
5. Bring the camera to other place with different Wi-Fi
You can only setup the camera with one Wi-Fi network.
If you are using the same account, but want to bring the camera to other places with different Wi-Fi, you
will need to change the Wi-Fi settings:
1) Power on the camera in the new place.
2) Go to option page, tap "change wifi settings" and follow the instructions.
6. Unlink the camera and give it to a friend/relative
You can only setup the camera with one account and one Wi-Fi.
If you want to give the camera to your friend/relative, please follow the steps:
1) Go to option page, tap "Delete Camera" to unlink the camera from your account.
2) There is a reset button at the back of camera, press it for 5 seconds while the camera is powered on. This
will clear the original Wi-Fi settings.
7. Sound/Motion Alert
Sound Alert:
1) The app will send alert if detecting voices above threshold for accumulated 6 seconds.
2) The app will only send alert to you ONCE in the interval of 1 MINUTE.
The threshold varies depending on the sensitivity level.
Motion Alert:
1) The app will send alert right away when detecting movements above threshold.
2) The app will only send alert to you ONCE in the interval of 5 MINUTES.
The threshold varies depending on the sensitivity level.
8. Audio Only Mode
In Audio Only Mode, the app will keep streaming audio in the background of your smart device.
Follow the steps to activate Audio Only Mode:
1) Switch it on in Setting page.
2) Go to Live View page, and press the home button or power button of your smart device to go back to
your desktop. The app will keep streaming audio in the background, then.
