INSTRUCTIONS DE SÉCURITÉ
Ce manuel d’utilisation comprend des indications sur le
fonctionnement de l'appareil et les précautions à suivre pour
la sécurité de l'utilisateur. Merci de le lire attentivement avant
la première utilisation et de le conserver soigneusement pour
toute relecture future. Ces instructions doivent être lues et
bien comprises avant toute opération. Toute modication ou
maintenance non indiquée dans le manuel ne doit pas être
entreprise. Tout dommage corporel ou matériel dû à une
utilisation non-conforme aux instructions de ce manuel ne
pourra être retenu à la charge du fabricant. En cas de problème
ou d’incertitude, consulter une personne qualiée pour manier
correctement l’appareil.Cet appareil doit être utilisé uniquement
pour faire de la recharge et/ou du démarrage dans les limites
indiquées sur l’appareil et le manuel. Il faut respecter les
instructions relatives à la sécurité. En cas d’utilisation inadéquate
ou dangereuse, le fabricant ne pourra être tenu responsable.
Cet appareil peut être utilisé par des enfants âgés d’au moins
8 ans et par des personnes ayant des capacités physiques,
sensorielles ou mentales réduites ou dénuées d’expérience ou
de connaissance, s’ils (si elles) sont correctement surveillé(e)
s ou si des instructions relatives à l’utilisation de l’appareil en
toute sécurité leur ont été données et si les risques encourus
ont été appréhendés. Les enfants ne doivent pas jouer avec
l’appareil. Le nettoyage et l’entretien par l’usager ne doivent pas
être e󰀨ectués par des enfants sans surveillance.
A n’utiliser en aucun cas pour charger des piles ou des
batteries non-rechargeables.
Utiliser exclusivement le chargeur fourni avec l’appareil pour la
recharge des batteries.
Ne pas utiliser l’appareil, si le cordon d’alimentation ou la che
de secteur sont endommagés.
Ne pas utiliser l’appareil, si le cordon de charge est
endommagé ou présente un défaut d’assemblage, an d’éviter
tout risque de court-circuit de la batterie.
Ne jamais charger une batterie gelée ou endommagée.
Ne pas couvrir l’appareil.
Ne pas placer l’appareil à proximité d’une source de chaleur et
à des températures durablement élevées (supérieurs à 60°C).
Le mode de fonctionnement automatique ainsi que les
restrictions applicables à l’utilisation sont expliqués ci-après
dans ce mode d’emploi.

Risque d’explosion ou de projection d’acide en cas de mise en
court-circuit des pinces ou en cas d’une connexion du booster
12V sur un véhicule 24V ou inversement.
Risque d’explosion et d’incendie!
Une batterie en charge peut émettre des gaz explosif.
• Pendant la charge, la batterie doit être placée dans un
emplacement bien aéré.
• Eviter les ammes et les étincelles. Ne pas fumer.
• Protéger les surfaces de contacts électriques de la batterie à
l’encontre des courts-circuits.
• Ne pas laisser une batterie en cours de charge sans
surveillance sur une longue durée.
Risque de projection d’acide !
• Porter des lunettes et des gants de protection.
• En cas de contact avec les yeux ou la peau, rincer
immédiatement à l’eau et consulter un médecin sans tarder.
Connexion / déconnexion :
• Déconnecterl’alimentationavantdebrancheroudedébrancher
les connexions sur la batterie.
• La borne de la batterie non reliée au châssis doit être connectée
la première. L’autre connexion doit être e󰀨ectuée sur le châssis
loin de la batterie et de la canalisation de combustible.
• Après l’opération de démarrage, débrancher le booster. Dans
un premier temps retirer la connexion du châssis et enn la
connexion de la batterie, dans l’ordre indiqué.
Raccordement :
• Cet appareil doit être raccordé à un socle de prise de
courant relié à la terre.
• Le raccordement au réseau d’alimentation doit être e󰀨ectué
conformément aux règles d’installation nationales.
Entretien :
• Si le câble d’alimentation est endommagé, il doit être
remplacé par un câble ou un ensemble spécial disponible
auprès du fabricant ou de son service après-vente.
• L’entretien doit être e󰀨ectué que par une personne qualiée
• Avertissement ! Débrancher toujours la che de la prise
secteur avant d’e󰀨ectuer des travaux sur l’appareil.
• Régulièrement, enlever le capot et dépoussiérer à la sou󰀪ette.
En proter pour faire vérier la tenue des connexions électriques
avec un outil isolé par un personnel qualié.

nettoyants agressifs.

Mise au rebut :
• Ce matériel fait l’objet d’une collecte sélective. Ne pas jeter
dans une poubelle domestique.
• La batterie doit être retirée de l’appareil avant que celui-ci ne
soit mis au rebut.
• L'appareil doit impérativement être déconnecté du réseau
d'alimentation avant de retirer la batterie.
DESCRIPTION GÉNÉRALE
L’Energy Station FP est un démarreur autonome (livré sans batteries) destiné au démarrage des véhicules équipés
d’une batterie 12 / 24 V. Ce chariot permet de positionner 1 ou 2 batteries de 12 V (6 éléments de 2 V) d’une capacité
allant jusqu’à 375 Ah chacune.
L’appareil intègre un chargeur de batterie 12 V / 30 A pour charger les batteries plomb présentes sur le chariot (par
alternance) mais aussi une batterie externe. Il possède également une fonction testeur de batterie.
Pour le bon fonctionnement de l’appareil et pour préserver la durée de vie des batteries positionnées sur le chariot, il
est impératif de raccorder l’Energy Station FP au secteur après chaque utilisation.

Avant toute utilisation, installer les deux batteries
« internes » (non fournies): batteries au plomb
12 V d’une capacité de 100 à 375 Ah chacune.
Leurs dimensions ne doivent pas excéder 45 x 53
x 23 cm et le poids total max 100 kg.
Pour les installer :
• Débrancher le cordon secteur ou mettre l’inter-
rupteur de ON/OFF en position « 0 ».
• Fixer les 4 cosses de batterie fournies sur les 4
câbles.
• Raccorder les batteries à l’Energy Station en res-
pectant les polarités :
- câble rouge au + de la batterie.
- câble noir au – de la batterie.

TEST DES BATTERIES
ou • Débrancher le cordon secteur ou mettre l’interrupteur sur OFF.
• Appuyer sur le bouton Test (test de 1 ou 2 batterie(s) suivant les batteries branchées).
• Voyant vert : batterie chargée (>12,8 V). Démarrage possible.
• Voyant orange : batterie partiellement chargée (tension comprise entre 12,4 et 12,8 V). Il est forte-
ment conseillé de recharger avant utilisation. Un démarrage est cependant possible.
• Voyant rouge : batterie déchargée (tension inférieure à 12,4 V). Démarrage impossible.
• Aucun voyant : Batterie très fortement déchargée ou pas de batterie détectée (moins de 4 V). Dé-
marrage impossible.
Le test n’est signicatif que si la/les batteries(s) est/sont au repos depuis au moins 15 minutes.
FONCTION DÉMARREUR
Mode 12 V
Pour démarrer en 12 V, une seule batterie peut être présente sur le chariot. Dans ce cas, elle
doit obligatoirement être positionnée sur le côté droit (vue de l’arrière) pour être reliée au (-)
de l’appareil.
• Débrancher le cordon secteur (batterie préalablement chargée).
ON
• Positionner le coupe batterie sur OFF.

• Connecter les câbles sur la sortie 12 V de l’Energy Station (câble rouge sur 12 V, câble noir
sur “-”)
• Brancher la pince rouge au (+) et la pince noire (-) de la batterie du véhicule (en cas d’inver-
sion de polarité, l’Energy Station l’indique : buzzer + LED rouge allumée ).

• Mettre le coupe batterie sur ON.

• Se rendre au poste de contrôle du véhicule et tourner la clef de contact. Si le moteur ne
démarre pas, attendre 3 minutes entre chaque tentative de démarrage (6 sec max).
- En cas de non-respect du temps préconisé entre chaque essai (3 min) ou si la durée d’essai
est trop longue (>6 secondes) les chances de démarrage sont réduites (risque de perte de
puissance).
- Risque de fuite d’acide et de destruction de la batterie interne en cas de non-respect des
durées préconisées.
- Si le véhicule ne démarre pas, il peut y avoir un autre problème qu’une batterie en mauvais
état : alternateur, bougie de préchau󰀨age...

FONCTION CHARGEUR
Recharge des batteries internes de l’Energy Station FP
Doté d’un chargeur 12 V / 30 A, la recharge des 2 batteries internes est réalisée alternativement (cycle de 30 minutes
chacune).
Câbler les batteries à charger.
Brancher le chargeur sur l’alimentation secteur 230 V (50/60 Hz).
ON
Positionner le coupe batterie sur OFF
Mettre l’interrupteur sur ON.
La charge démarre automatiquement.
Durant la charge, l’appareil indique l’état d’avancement.

Pour ne recharger qu’une seule batterie (dans le cas d’un démarrage 12 V par exemple). Déconnecter l’une des deux
batteries internes. Le temps de charge sera plus rapide.
Etant un chargeur 12 V, l’Energy Station FP charge à tour de rôle une batterie puis l’autre par cycle
de 30 min. Il est fortement déconseillé d’e󰀨ectuer une manipulation sur l’une des batteries pendant la
charge (remplacement de batterie, réajustement des polarités si elles étaient inversées...).
S’il est nécessaire d’e󰀨ectuer une manipulation sur l’une des deux batteries, débrancher impérative-
ment le produit du secteur, e󰀨ectuer la manipulation, puis rebrancher.

Les 2 voyants sont allumés (fixe). Protection thermique du chargeur. Le chargeur est en surchauffe car la tempéra-
ture ambiante est trop élevée. Il reprend auto-
matiquement la charge lorsque la température
a suffisamment baissé.
Un voyant est allumé. Le temps de charge est trop long. Batterie interne H.S.
Les voyants clignotent. La tension des batterie est trop haute. Vérifier le câblage.
CONDITIONS DE GARANTIE
La garantie couvre tous défauts ou vices de fabrication pendant 2 ans, à compter de la date d’achat (pièces et main
d’oeuvre).
La garantie ne couvre pas :
• Toutes autres avaries dues au transport.
• L’usure normale des pièces (Ex. : câbles, pinces, etc.).
• Les incidents dus à un mauvais usage (erreur d’alimentation, chute, démontage).
• Les pannes liées à l’environnement (pollution, rouille, poussière).
En cas de panne, retourner l’appareil à votre distributeur, en y joignant :
- un justicatif d’achat daté (ticket de sortie de caisse, facture….)
- une note explicative de la panne.

appliance and the safety precautions to be followed. Please

These instructions must be read and fully understood before any
operations are performed. Do not undertake any modications
or maintenance work that is not explicitly stated in this user
manual. The manufacturer cannot be held responsible for any
bodily injury or material damage resulting from use that does
not comply with the instructions in this manual. If you have any
problems or queries, consult a qualied person to operate the
appliance correctly. This equipment should only be used for
recharging and/or starting vehicles within the limits indicated
on the appliance and in this manual. These safety instructions
must be followed. The manufacturer cannot be held responsible
if the machine is used improperly or dangerously.
This machine may be used by children aged at least eight
years old as well as by people with reduced physical, sensory
or mental capabilities or by those lacking relevant experience
or knowledge. However, this is only permitted if these people
are properly supervised or if they have been given suitable
instructions in order to safely operate the machine. Also,
the risks involved must have been explained and properly
understood. Children must not play with the device. Cleaning
and maintenance work must not be carried out by children
unless they are supervised.
Under no circumstances should be used to charge non-
rechargeable batteries.
Only use the charger supplied with the device to recharge the
batteries.
Do not use the device if the power lead or mains plug is
damaged.
To avoid any risk of short-circuiting the battery, do not use this
equipment if the charger is damaged or has an assembly fault.
Never charge a frozen or damaged battery.
Do not cover this device.
Do not position the appliance near a heat source or anywhere
with permanently high temperatures (above 60°C).
The automatic operating mode and usage restrictions are
explained further in this manual.
Risk of explosion or acid projection in case of short-circuit of
the clamps or if the 12V booster is connected to a 24V vehicle
or vice versa.

A charging battery can emit explosive gases.

ventilated location.
• Avoid ames and sparks. Do not smoke.
• Protect the batteries’ electrical contact surfaces against short
circuits.
• Do not leave a charging battery unattended for long periods
of time.
Risk of acid spatter!
• Wear protective goggles and gloves.
• If contact occurs with the eyes or skin, rinse immediately with
water and seek medical advice.
Login / Logout:
• Disconnect the power supply before connecting or
disconnecting the battery.
• The battery terminal that is not connected to the chassis must
be connected rst. The other connection should be made on
the chassis away from the battery and fuel line.
• After the start-up operation, disconnect the booster. First
removethechassisconnectionandthenthebatteryconnection,
in the order shown.
Connection:
• This appliance must be connected to an earthed socket outlet.
• Connecting to the mains supply must be done in accordance
with national installation regulations.
Maintenance:
• If the power supply cable is damaged, it must only be replaced
by a cable specied or supplied by the manufacturer or its
after-sales service.
• Maintenance work should only be carried out by qualied
persons.
• Warning! Always remove the plug from the mains socket
before carrying out any work on this equipment.
• Regularly remove the machine’s protective cover and dust
with compressed-air. Take this opportunity to have a qualied
person check the electrical connections with an insulated tool.
• Never use solvents or other aggressive cleaning products.
• Clean the machine’s surfaces with a dry cloth.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The ENERGY STATION FP is an autonomous starter (supplied without batteries) designed specically for starting
vehicles tted with a 12 - 24 V battery. This trolley can be used to set up one or two 12 V batteries (6 x 2 V cells) with a
capacity of up to 375 Ah each.
The appliance includes a 12 V / 30 A battery charger to charge the lead batteries present on the trolley (alternately) as
well as to charge an external battery. It also has a battery testing function.
To guarantee the correct functioning of the equipment and to preserve the life of the batteries on the trolley, it is imper-
ative to connect the ENERGY STATION FP to the mains supply after each use.
INTERNAL BATTERIES AND CHARGING CLAMPS

Two ‘internal’ batteries (not included) must be tted
before using the unit: 12 V, lead-acid batteries with
a capacity of 100 - 375 Ah each. Their size should
not exceed 45 x 53 x 23 cm and the total max.
weight is 100 kg.
To install them:
• Disconnect the power lead or set the ON/OFF
switch to the ‘0’ position.
• Attach the four supplied battery terminals to the
four cables.
• Connect the batteries to the ENERGY STATION
FP ensuring correct polarity:
- the red cable to the positive (+) battery terminal
- the black cable to the negative (-) battery terminal

• Press the test button (test one or two batteries depending on the batteries connected).
- Green indicator light: battery charged (> 12.8 V). Start-up is possible.
- Orange indicator light: battery is partially charged (voltage between 12.4 -12.8 V). We strongly rec-
ommend recharging the batteries before using the machine. However, it is possible to start a vehicle.
• Red indicator light: battery is discharged (voltage < 12.4 V). Unable to start.
• No indicator light: Battery very deeply discharged or no battery is detected (< 4 V). Unable to start.
The test is only valid if the battery (or batteries) has been idle for at least 15 minutes.
STARTER FUNCTION
12 V Mode
For starting with 12 V, only one battery can be tted to the trolley. In this case, the one battery
must be positioned on the right side (when viewed from behind) in order to be connected to
the device’s negative (-) terminal.
• Unplug the mains lead (battery charged beforehand).

• Set the battery switch to the ‘OFF’ position.

• Connect the cables to the ENERGY STATION FP’s 12 V output (red cable to the 12 V outlet,
black cable to the battery’s negative [-] terminal).
• Connect the red clamp to the battery’s positive (+) terminal and the black clamp to the

OPERATING THE CHARGER
Charging the ENERGY STATION FP’s internal batteries
Fitted with a 12 V / 30 A charger, the two internal batteries are recharged one at a time by alternating 30-minute charging
cycles.
Connect the batteries to be charged.
Connect the charger to the 230 V (50 - 60 Hz) mains supply.
ON
Set the battery switch to the ‘OFF’ position.
Set the switch to the ‘ON’ position.
Charging will start automatically.
During the charging process, the device will indicate the state of progress.
If recharging only one battery (e.g. in the case of a 12 V start up), disconnect one of the two internal batteries. The
recharging time will be much faster.

Being a 12 V charger, the ENERGY STATION FP alternately charges each battery individually for 30
minutes. Any manipulation of the batteries during the charging process is strongly discouraged (re-
placing batteries or readjusting the polarities if they have been inverted, etc.).
If carrying out an operation on one of the two batteries is absolutely necessary, disconnect the product
from the mains supply, carry out the operation and then reconnect it.

• Incidents due to improper use (power-supply errors, falls or dismantling, etc.).
• Environmentally related faults (pollution, rust or dust, etc.).

Explosions- und Brandgefahr!
Eine Batterie kann beim Auaden explosives Gas abgeben.
• Während des Auadens muss die Batterie an einem gut
belüfteten Ort stehen.
• Flammen und Funken sind zu vermeiden. Nicht rauchen.
• Die elektrischen Kontaktoberächen der Batterie müssen vor
Kurzschlüssen geschützt werden.
• Eine Batterie während des Auadens nicht während längerer
Zeit unüberwacht lassen.
Gefahr von Säurespritzern!
• Schutzbrillen und Schutzhandschuhe tragen.
• Bei Kontakt mit den Augen oder der Haut sofort mit Wasser
spülen und unverzüglich einen Arzt heranziehen.
Anstecken / Abstecken:
• Die Batterie vor dem Anstecken oder Abstecken der Anschlüsse
auf der Batterie von der Stromversorgung trennen.
• Der nicht mit der Karosserie verbundene Batteriepol muss zuerst
angeschlossen werden. Der Anschluss des anderen Batteriepols
darf nicht in der Nähe der Batterie und der Kraftsto󰀪eitung
erfolgen.
• Trennen Sie nach dem Startvorgang den Booster ab.
Entfernen Sie zuerst den Fahrgestellanschluss und dann den
Batterieanschluss in der angegebenen Reihenfolge.
Anschluss:
• Dieses Gerät muss an eine geerdete Netzsteckdose
angeschlossen werden.
• Der Anschluss an das Stromnetz muss den nationalen Ins-
tallationsvorschriften entsprechen.
Instandhaltung:
• Ist das Netzkabel defekt/beschädigt, lassen Sie es unverzüglich
von dem Hersteller bzw. dem Kundenservice austauschen.
• Alle Instandhaltungsarbeiten müssen von qualiziertem und
geschultem Fachpersonal durchgeführt werden
• Warnung! Vor der Ausführung von Arbeiten am Gerät immer
den Stecker aus der Netzsteckdose ziehen.
• Nehmen Sie regelmäßig (mindestens 2- bis 3-mal jährlich) das
Gehäuse ab und reinigen Sie das Innere des Geräts mit Pressluft.
Lassen Sie regelmäßig die elektrischen Anschlüsse von einem
qualizierten Techniker mit isoliertem Werkzeug prüfen.
• Verwenden Sie niemals Lösemittel oder andere aggressive
Reinigungsmittel.
• Reinigen Sie die Oberächen des Gerätes mit einem trockenen Tuch.
