Sitzhöhe
Ihr BIOSWING oneUP mit seiner speziellen Sitzpolsterform bietet eine Vielzahl
sehr flexibler Körperhaltungen in ganz unterschiedlichen Sitzhöhen an. Getreu
dem Motto, die nächste Sitzhaltung ist immer die bessere, verführt Sie die Ge-
staltung Ihres oneUP dazu, sowohl die Sitzhöhe als auch die Sitzposition wäh-
rend des Tages immer wieder zu verändern. Also normal sitzend, halb stehend
oder auch mal ganz im Stehen. Der Wechsel macht den Unterschied – und
dieser fällt mit dem oneUP besonders leicht. So können Sie beispielsweise
die Rückenlehne (ohne Nackenstütze) auch mal nach vorne nehmen, um den
Oberköper abzustützen. Nachdem Sie die jeweilige Höhe für ein bequemes
Sitzen oder Steh-Sitzen* eingestellt haben, passen Sie bitte anschließend die
Höhe des Tisches an.
* Achtung: diese Funktion ist auch abhängig von der gewählten Sitzhöhen-
gasfeder

lassen. Beachten Sie bitte beim Absenken der Sitzfläche die Klemmgefahr im
Fußbereich zwischen Fußkreuz und Sitzwerk.

Beckenbalance
Die Beckenbalance ermöglicht Ihnen eine harmonische Anpassung der Sitz-
fläche an unterschiedliche Sitzhaltungen. Das motiviert zum aktiven Sitzen mit
oenem Sitzwinkel und fördert damit zusätzlich die Stabilisierung Ihrer Rü-
ckenmuskeln.
Beckenbalance mit Permanentkontakt
Synchron zu Ihrer Sitzhaltung folgt die Sitz- und Rückenfläche 2 automatisch
Ihren Bewegungen. Körpergewicht einfach nach vorne oder hinten verlagern
und die Sitzfläche neigt sich entsprechend. Es ist keine gesonderte Bedie-
nung erforderlich.
2Armlehnen
Die Armlehnen sind an der Rückenlehne montiert und werden gemeinsam
mit dieser in der Höhe angepasst. Siehe hierzu bitte Punkt Rückenlehnenhö-
henverstellung.
Die Armlehnen sind um 180° drehbar und können sowohl beim normalen Sit-
zen verwendet werden als auch bei Bedarf weggedreht werden. Wenn Sie die
Rückenlehne zwischendurch nach vorne nehmen, können Sie die Armlehnen
komplett drehen und zur Abstützung der Unterarme nutzen.

Armlehnen über feine Rastung in die gewünschte Stellung drehen; hierbei
muss keine Auslösung gedrückt werden, das Anschieben am vorderen Teil
der Armlehne reicht aus;

4Rückenlehnenhöhenverstellung
Die Höhe der pendelnd gelagerten Rückenlehne können Sie an die persön-
lichen Wirbelsäulenmaße individuell anpassen.
Rückenlehne in der Höhe einstellen
Im Sitzen nach hinten greifen, den Bedienknopf 4 ziehen und die Rückenleh-
ne mit der anderen Hand in die gewünschte Höhe bringen. Sobald Sie den
Bedienknopf loslassen rastet die Rückenlehne in der nächstliegenden Raste
ein und bleibt in dieser Höhe fixiert.
Wichtig: Die Armlehnen werden dabei ebenfalls mitverstellt.

EcoMatic (Rückenlehnenneigung)
Die EcoMatic hat eine elastische Rückenlehnenanbindung. Sobald Sie sich zu-
rücklehnen, folgt die Rückenlehne Ihren Bewegungen und neigt sich je nach
Körpergewicht 5 - 10 Grad nach hinten.
Rückenlehnenneigung individuell einstellen
Bediengri 5 nach rechts drehen und die Rückenlehne kann bis zu 29 Grad
nach hinten gestellt werden. Nach links drehen und die Rückenlehne neigt
sich wieder nach vorne.

Nackenstütze
Vor allem in der nach hinten geneigten Entspannungshaltung dient die Na-
ckenstütze zur Entlastung der Halswirbelsäule. Die Nackenstütze können Sie
in Höhe und Neigung individuell einstellen.
Nackenstütze individuell einstellen
Die Nackenstütze 6 können Sie durch spürbaren Rastwiderstand in der
Höhe nach oben oder unten schieben. Die Neigung können Sie durch das
integrierte Gelenk optimal anpassen.
6Besondere Hinweise
Den Bürodrehstuhl bestimmungsgemäß nur zum Sitzen verwenden. Niemals
auf den Stuhl steigen!
Gasfeder
Austausch und Arbeiten im Bereich der Gasfeder zur Höhenverstellung dürfen
nur durch eingewiesenes Fachpersonal getätigt werden. Gasdruckfeder nicht
erhitzen oder gewaltsam önen.
Rollen
Zu Ihrer Sicherheit ist der Bürodrehstuhl seriell mit selbstbremsenden Rollen
ausgestattet, um bei unbelasteten Zustand ein Verschieben zu erschweren.
Achten Sie bei einem Wechsel des Bodenbelags auf die richtige Wahl der
Rollen.
Für den Einsatz auf weichen Böden (z.B. Teppich) sollte der Stuhl mit harten
Rollen ausgestattet sein. Die harten Rollen sind einfarbig.
Für den Einsatz auf harten Böden (z.B. Parkett, Fliesen, Linoleum) sollte der
Stuhl mit weichen Rollen ausgestattet sein. Die weichen Rollen sind zweifarbig,
d.h. die Lauäche hat eine andere Farbe.
Wartung und Pflege
Ihr Bürodrehstuhl ist bei normalem Gebrauch wartungsfrei. Lack/Kunststo und
Metalloberflächen mit einer weichen Handbürste oder Tuch und Feinwasch-
mitteln, Seifen oder Fett lösenden Spülmitteln reinigen. Je nach Einsatz ist eine
regelmäßige Reinigung/Pflege des Polsterbezuges empfehlenswert. Stobezü-
ge/Microfaser sind durch Absaugen oder mit handelsüblichen Trockenschaum
zu reinigen. Lederbezüge halten Sie durch handelsübliche Lederpflegemittel
für viele Jahre geschmeidig (Sonneneinstrahlung). Flecken sind möglichst so-
fort zu behandeln. Führen Sie jedoch an einer nicht sichtbaren Stelle einen Test
durch. Durch eine punktuelle Reinigung kann ein farblicher Unterschied zum
unbehandelten Polsterbezug sichtbar werden.

Sto- / Lederpflege
Damit Ihr Sto- bzw. Lederbezug seine Attraktivität
und Langlebigkeit behält, bedarf es regelmäßiger
Pflege mit geeigneten Mitteln.

Wissenswertes über Leder
Leder ist ein Naturprodukt und kann deshalb trotz sorgfältiger Auswahl op-
tische Unregelmäßikeiten aufweisen. Damit Leder seine Attraktivität, den
wunderbar weichen Gri und seine Natürlichkeit und Langlebigkeit behält,
benötigt es hin und wieder Ihre Hilfe. Sie sollten es regelmäßig reinigen und
anschließend essenzielle Feuchtigkeits- und Pflegewirkstoe zuführen. Dann
wird es lange so schön bleiben wie am ersten Tag.
Wichtig: Leder wird erst gereinigt und anschließend gepflegt. Denn – wie
auch bei unserer menschlichen Haut – kann Leder die Pflegewirkstoe wirk-
lich nur dann aufnehmen, wenn die Hautporen sauber frei von Verschmut-
zungen sind. Deshalb sind sogenannte „All-In-One-Pflegemittel“ für die re-
gelmäßige Pflege hochwertiger Ledermöbel schlecht geeignet, da man mit
ihnen bestenfalls den Schmutz mit einpflegt.

Der Hersteller Haider Bioswing GmbH gewährt auf sämtliche BIOSWING-Sitz-
systeme eine 5-jährige Herstellergarantie nach Maßgabe der nachfolgenden
Regelungen.
Der Garantiezeitraum beginnt mit dem Kauf des betreenden Sitzsystems. Der
räumliche Geltungsbereich der Garantieleistung des Herstellers erstreckt sich
auf Deutschland, Österreich, Schweiz, Frankreich, Belgien, Niederlande und
Luxemburg.
Im Garantiefall wenden Sie sich bitte an den Garantiegeber:

Wichtiger Hinweis: Durch diese Herstellergarantie werden die gesetzlichen
Rechte des Verbrauchers bei Mängeln nicht eingeschränkt, sondern können

Bedingungen eine Garantie für die hier definierten Garantieprodukte.
Die Garantie tritt neben etwaige gesetzliche oder vertragliche Ansprüche
und Rechte des Garantieberechtigten und lässt diese unberührt.
Garantieprodukte sind alle Sitzsysteme von HAIDER BIOSWING.
Berechtigt aus dieser Garantie ist nur der Eigentümer des Garantieprodukts.
Sonstige Personen haben keine Ansprüche aus dieser Garantie. Der Garan-
tiefall liegt vor, wenn ein Garantieprodukt innerhalb der Garantielaufzeit einen
Defekt aufweist und kein Garantieausschluss vorliegt. Die Garantie läuft 5 Jah-
re ab dem Zeitpunkt des Kaufs.

Ansprüche aus der Garantie sind ausgeschlossen,
• wenn der Defekt zurückzuführen ist auf unsachgemäße Nutzung oder un-
sachgemäßen Transport durch oder im Auftrag des Garantieberechtigten,
• bei unsachgemäßem Eingri (z.B. Reparaturversuche) in das Garantiepro-
dukt durch den Garantieberechtigten oder nicht von HAIDER BIOSWING
autorisierte Dritte,
• bei Schäden durch höhere Gewalt (Unwetter, Blitzschlag, Überspannung,
Feuer etc.),
• wenn der Defekt zurückzuführen ist auf üblichen Verschleiß, natürliche Ab-
nutzung oder Umwelteinflüsse
• wenn der Defekt auf eine vom Garantieberechtigten gewünschte Abwei-
chung von der Serienproduktion oder von ihm zur Verfügung gestellte Ma-
terialien zurückzuführen ist.
Im Garantiefall wird HAIDER BIOSWING den Defekt – nach eigener Wahl –
auf seine Kosten durch Reparatur des Garantieprodukts bei HAIDER BIO-
SWING, einem Händler oder dem Garantieberechtigten oder Lieferung neuer
oder generalüberholter Teile beheben. Ersetzte Teile werden Eigentum von
HAIDER BIOSWING.
Stellt sich bei Prüfung durch HAIDER BIOSWING heraus, dass kein Garantie-
fall vorliegt, und konnte der Garantieberechtigte dies erkennen, kann HAIDER
BIOSWING für die Prüfung und Bearbeitung eine Service-Gebühr nach seiner
jeweils aktuellen Preisliste geltend machen.
Zur Geltendmachung der Garantie benötigt HAIDER BIOSWING
folgende Angaben:
• Beschreibung des Defekts,
• Modellbezeichnung,
• Seriennummer,
• Lieferschein bzw. Rechnungsbeleg.
Durch die von uns erbrachte Garantieleistung wird die Garantiezeit weder un-
terbrochen, noch beginnt diese neu zu laufen.
Seriennummer und Modellbezeichnung sind durch ein Etikett an der Unter-
seite des Sitzsystems eindeutig erkennbar. Ohne Angabe dieser Daten kann
eine Garantieabwicklung durch HAIDER BIOSWING abgelehnt werden. Die
Garantieabwicklung geht noch schneller und einfacher, wenn HAIDER BIOSW-
ING ein Bild und/oder ein kurzes Video zusammen mit den oben genannten
Daten zugesandt wird.

Der Transport des Garantieprodukts zu HAIDER BIOSWING hat in Original-
oder gleichwertiger Verpackung zu erfolgen.
Diese Garantie unterliegt deutschem Recht. Ist der Käufer Kaufmann im
Sinne des Handelsgesetzbuchs, juristische Person des öentlichen Rechts
oder ein öentlich-rechtliches Sondervermögen, ist ausschließlicher – auch
internationaler – Gerichtsstand für alle sich aus der Garantie unmittelbar
oder mittelbar ergebenden Streitigkeiten der Geschäftssitz von HAIDER

Seat Height
Your BIOSWING oneUP with specially formed seat padding enables a variety of
highly flexible sitting postures with very dierent seat heights. As we all know,
the best sitting posture is one that changes regularly, and the design of your
oneUP encourages you to keep changing your seat height and sitting position
throughout the day. Sitting normally, half-standing or even standing up com-
pletely. Variety makes all the dierence – and with the oneUP this is particularly
easy to achieve. For example, you can move the backrest (without headrest)
to the front to support your upper body. Once you have set the right height for
comfortable sitting or sit-standing*, please also adjust the height of the table.
* Caution: this function is dependent on the selected seat height gas spring

2Device for Pelvis Balance
The device for pelvis balance allows you a harmonic adjustment of the seat
surface to dierent positions. This motivates you to sit actively with an open
angle, thereby promoting the stabilization of your back muscles.

automatically follow your movements. Simply shift your weight
to the front or to the back and the seat surface tilts correspondingly. Further
operation is not necessary.
Armrests
The armrests are mounted on the backrest and their height is adjusted jointly
with the backrest. See section on adjusting the backrest height.
The armrests can be rotated by 180° and can be used when sitting normally
or rotated out of the way as needed. If you temporarily move the backrest to
the front, you can rotate the armrests completely and use them to support
your forearms.
Rotating the armrests
Rotate armrests through the fine detent positions until the desired position is
reached; there is no release that needs to be pressed – it is sucient to push
the front part of the armrest.

Adjustment of Backrest Height
You can adjust the height of the swing-mounted backrest to suit the dimen-
sions of your spine.
Adjusting the height of the backrest
While seated, reach backwards, pull control knob 4 and use your other hand
to move the backrest to the desired height. As soon as you let go of the control
knob, the backrest will engage in the nearest detent position and will remain
fixed at this height.
Important: the armrests will also be adjusted jointly.

EcoMatic (backrest tilt)
The EcoMatic has got an elastic backrest junction. As soon as you lean back,
the backrest follows your motions and drifts back between 5 and 10 degrees
depending on your body weight.

Turn the handle 5 to the right; the backrest can be put back up to 29 degrees.
Turn the handle to the left to adjust the backlift forwards.

Headrest
The headrest supports the relief of the cervical spine, especially in the back-
ward tilted posture of relaxation. The headrest can individually be adjusted
in height and tilt.

While noticing some resistance, one can push the headrest

upward or down-
ward. The integrated joint guarantees an optimal adjustment.

Special Notes
Use the oce swivel chair only – as intended – to sit on it. Never stand on
the chair.
Gas Spring
In order to adjust the height, only specialist sta is allowed to make chang-
es and perform work in the area of the gas spring. Do not heat or open the
pneumatic spring with force.
Castors
For your safety, the oce swivel chair is equipped in series with self-braking
castors in order to impede the movement of an empty chair.
Pay attention to the correct choice of castors according to the floor covering.
If the chair is used on a soft floor (e.g. carpet), it should be equipped with hard
castors. Hard castors are single-colored.
If the chair is used on a hard floor (e.g. parquet, linoleum, tiles), it should be
equipped with soft castors. Soft castors are two-colored, which means that
the tread has a dierent color.
Maintenance and Care
If the oce swivel chair is used as intended, it is maintenance-free. Clean
paint/plastic and metal surfaces with a soft hand brush or cloth with mild de-
tergent, soap, or grease-dissolving liquid. According to how much the chair is
used, a regular cleaning of the upholstery cover is recommended. The fab-
ric/micro-fiber cover can be made dirt free by vacuum-cleaning it or with the
help of standard dry foam. Leather coverings can be kept smooth for years by
using standard leather-care products (solar radiation). Stains should be treat-
ed immediately. Check the eect of cleaning products first at a place that is
not visible. Otherwise, select cleaning-agents can cause color discrepancies
when compared to the untreated areas.

To ensure that your fabric or leather cover retains its
attractive appearance and durability, it requires reg-
ular care with appropriate products.
HAIDER BIOSWING recommends care products from
the leading expert LCK.

Useful information about leather
Leather is a natural product and it can therefore display visual irregularities
despite careful selection. To enable leather to retain its attractive appear-
ance, its wonderfully soft feel and its naturalness and durability, it needs
your help now and again. You should clean it regularly and then apply
essential moisturising and conditioning agents. This will help it to stay as
beautiful as it was on the day you bought it.
Important: Leather is first cleaned, and then conditioned. This is because,
like the skin of the human body, leather can only really absorb the condi-
tioning agents once its pores have been cleaned of any dirt. So-called
‘all-in-one conditioning products’ are therefore not appropriate for regu-
lar maintenance of high-quality leather furniture, as at best the leather will
absorb the dirt as well as the conditioning agents.

The manufacturer Haider Bioswing GmbH provides a five-year manufacturer’s
warranty for all BIOSWING seating systems in accordance with the following
provisions.
The warranty period begins with the purchase of the seating system in
question. The geographic scope of the manufacturer’s warranty covers
Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Belgium, the Netherlands and
Luxembourg.

Important note: This manufacturer’s warranty does not restrict the consumer’s
legal rights in the event of defects; such rights can still be asserted at no
cost. If the purchased item is defective, the customer can contact us un-
der the statutory guarantee, regardless of whether the defect is covered by
the warranty or whether a claim is being made under the warranty. HAIDER
BIOSWING GmbH (“HAIDER BIOSWING”) provides a warranty for the
warranty products defined here under the following conditions.
The warranty is supplementary to any legal or contractual claims and rights
of the warranty claimant and applies without prejudice to them.
All HAIDER BIOSWING seating systems are deemed warranty products.
Only the owner of the warranty product is authorised to assert claims on ba-
sis of this warranty. Other persons are not authorised to assert any claims
arising from this warranty. A warranty claim can be made if a warranty prod -
uct displays a defect within the warranty period and no warranty exclusion
applies. The warranty is valid for five years from the time of purchase.

Claims arising from the warranty are excluded:
• if the defect is the result of inappropriate use or inappropriate transport on
the part of or on behalf of the warranty claimant,
• in the case of improper tampering with the warranty product (e.g.
attempted repairs) on the part of the warranty claimant or a third party not
authorised by HAIDER BIOSWING,
• in the case of loss or damage arising from force majeure (storms, lightning,
excess voltage, fire etc.),
• if the defect is the result of normal wear, natural deterioration or environ-
mental influences,
• if the defect is the result of a deviation from series production desired by
the warranty claimant or materials provided by the warranty claimant.
In the event of a warranty claim, HAIDER BIOSWING shall rectify the defect
– at its option and at its own expense by repairing the warranty product on
the premises of HAIDER BIOSWING, a dealer or the warranty claimant or by
supplying new or refurbished parts. Replaced parts become the property of
HAIDER BIOSWING.
If investigation on the part of HAIDER BIOSWING reveals that no valid
warranty claim applies, and if the warranty claimant was able to recognise this,
HAIDER BIOSWING may charge a service fee for the investigation and process-
ing in accordance with its price list as amended from time to time.
For the assertion of warranty claims, HAIDER BIOSWING requires the fol-
lowing information:
• Description of the defect
• Model designation
• Serial number
• Delivery note or invoice document
Our honouring of the warranty claim does not interrupt the warranty period or
restart the warranty period.
The serial number and model designation are clearly depicted on a
label on the underside of the seating system. If this information is not cited,
HAIDER BIOSWING may choose not to process the warranty claim. HAIDER
BIOSWING can process the warranty claim even faster and more easily if it is
sent a picture and/or a brief video together with the above-mentioned data.

This warranty is governed by German law. If the buyer is a merchant under the

ness is the exclusive place of jurisdiction – including the international place
of jurisdiction – for all disputes arising directly or indirectly from the warranty.

Hauteur de l’assise
Grâce à la forme de son coussin d’assise, votre BIOSWING oneUP permet
d’adopter en toute flexibilité une multitude de postures à diérentes hauteurs.
Fidèle à la devise « La posture suivante est toujours la meilleure », la concep-
tion de votre oneUP vous invite à modifier au fil de la journée aussi bien la hau-
teur de votre chaise que la posture adoptée, à savoir l’assise classique, à moitié
debout et complètement debout. L’alternance des positions fait toute la dié-
rence. Et avec oneUP, rien de plus facile ! Pourquoi, par exemple, ne pas avan-
cer le dossier (sans appui-tête) pour maintenir votre buste ? Une fois que vous
avez correctement réglé la hauteur de votre siège et que vous êtes confor-
tablement assis(e) ou à moitié debout *, ajustez la hauteur de votre bureau.
*Attention : cette fonction dépend également du ressort à gaz de la hauteur
d’assise choisi
Baisser l’assise
Quand vous êtes assis, tirer le levier 1 vers le haut et ajuster à la hauteur sou-
haitée. Faites attention à ne pas coincer vos pieds entre les bras de l’étoile du
piétement et le dessous de l’assise lors du réglage!
Relever l’assise
Libérer l’assise de tout poids.
Tirer le levier 1 vers le haut
et lâcher à la hauteur souhaitée.

2Balance Bassin
Le système Balance Bassin (Corps Synchrone) permet d’adapter harmonieu-
sement l’assise selon les diérentes positions du corps. Ce système incite la
personne à s’asseoir activement: angle ouvert entre les cuisses et le dos. Cette
posture aide à stabiliser les muscles du dos.
Balance Bassin avec contact permanent
Le dossier et l’assise 2 du siège suivent automatiquement les mouvements
du corps d’une façon «corps-synchrone». L’inclinaison de l’assise suit automa-
tiquement les déplacements du point de gravité du corps, quand celui-ci se
déplace vers le devant ou l’arrière. Il n’y a pas de réglage, cette option fonc-
tionne automatiquement.

Accoudoirs
Les accoudoirs sont montés sur le dossier et leur hauteur se règle avec celle
du dossier. Reportez-vous à ce sujet à la section « Réglage de la hauteur du
dossier ».
Les accoudoirs pivotent sur 180° et sont utilisables en position assise clas-
sique ou peuvent être écartés au besoin. Si vous rabattez les accoudoirs vers
l’avant, vous pouvez les retourner entièrement et les utiliser pour maintenir
les avant-bras.
Tourner les accoudoirs
Tournez les accoudoirs dans la position souhaitée au moyen du réglage fin à
crans ; inutile pour se faire d’appuyer sur un déclencheur, il sut de pousser
l’accoudoir au niveau de la partie avant.

Réglage de la hauteur du dossier
En fonction de vos besoins, vous pouvez ajuster la hauteur du dossier oscillant
aux dimensions de votre colonne vertébrale.
Régler la hauteur du dossier
En position assise, passez la main à l’arrière, tirez le bouton de commande 4 et
réglez le dossier à la hauteur souhaitée avec l’autre main. En relâchant le bou-
ton de commande, le dossier s’enclenche dans le cran le plus proche et reste
fixé à cette hauteur.
Important : ce faisant, les accoudoirs changent également de réglage.

EcoMatic (Inclinaison du dossier)
L’EcoMatic possède un dossier flexible. Aussitôt que vous vous reposez contre
le dossier, ce dernier suivra les mouvements du dos et s’inclinera, selon la force
exercée, de 5 à 10 degrés vers l’arrière.
Réglage individuel de l’inclinaison
Pour incliner le dossier à l’arrière jusqu’à 29 degrés, il sut de tourner la ma-
nette 5 à droite. Tourner la manette 5 vers la gauche et le dossier se repo-
sitionne en avant.
