1. DerElevationswinkel (EL: vertikaler Erhebungswinkel) wird an demSchwenkprol
der Masthalterunggrob eingestellt.
2. Klappen SiedenKompassdeckel biszum Anschlag zurück und drehen SiedieKompass-
Scheibe soweit,bis der langegrüneStrich,dieKimmeder Lupe undder Visierdraht eine
Gerade bilden.Kompassnunsolange schwenken bis der Wert desAzimutwinkels
(AZ: horizontaler Winkel)sich unterdemgrünen Strich einpendelt. DieSatelliten-
Antenne nun soweit schwenkenbis der LNB-Ausleger die selbe Ausrichtung wieIhre
Kompassausrichtung hat.
3. DieGrobeinstellungIhrerSat-Antenneistdamit abgeschlossen.Fernsehbild kontrollieren
undFeineinstellung durchhorizontalesundvertikalesFeinjustieren vornehmen.
4. DieFeineinstellungistwesentlich erleichtert,wenn Siezusätzlich einen Sat-Levelmeter
ausdemHama-Lieferprogrammverwenden.
5. Natürlichkann derKompassauch alsnormaler Marsch-oder Peil-Kompassverwendet
werden.

Aligning the satellite reception antenna:
In addition to technically perfect components, the satellite reception antenna must be aligned
precisely for an optimal TV image.
See the AZ/EL table for the corresponding angle for your location.
1. The elevation angle (EL: vertical elevation angle) is adjusted roughly with the panning prole
of the mast bracket.
2. Open the compass cover as far as possible and turn the compass disk until the long green
line, the notch on the magnifying glass and the sighting wire form a straight line. Turn the
compass until the value of the azimuth angle (AZ: horizontal angle) levels out under the
green line. Now rotate the satellite antenna until the LNB boom is aligned with the compass
alignment.
3. That completes rough setting of your SAT antenna. Check the TV image and ne tune with ne
horizontal and vertical adjustments.
4. Using a SAT level meter from the Hama product range makes ne tuning signicantly easier.
5. Of course the compass, as well as normal or amplitude compasses can be used.

Orientation de l’antenne de réception satellite:
Conjointement avec l’utilisation de composants dans un état technique impeccable, une
orientation exacte de l’antenne de réception satellite est indispensable an d’obtenir une image
télévisée optimale.
Veuillez consulter le tableau AZ/EL ci-dessous pour toute indication concernant le lieu
d’implantation de l’antenne et son angle d’orientation.
1. L’angle d’élévation (EL : angle d’élévation vertical) est réglé grossièrement sur le prolé de
pivotement du mât.
2. Ouvrez le couvercle de la boussole jusqu’à la butée et tournez la plaque de la boussole
jusqu’à ce que le trait vert, la ligne de mire de la loupe et le l de visée soient alignés. Faites
pivoter la boussole jusqu’à ce que la valeur de l’angle azimutal (AZ : angle horizontal) se
stabilise sous le trait vert. Faites pivoter l’antenne satellite uniquement jusqu’à ce que le bras
du LNB ait la même orientation que celle indiquée par votre boussole.
3. Le règlement de base de votre antenne satellite est ainsi terminé. Contrôlez l’image de la
télévision, puis faites le réglage n en ajustant l’horizontalité et la verticalité de l’antenne.
4. Le réglage n sera d’autant plus simple à réaliser si vous utilisez également un indicateur de
niveau satellite de notre ligne de produits Hama.
5. La boussole peut bien sûr être utilisée comme boussole de marche ou compas de relèvement
normaux.
