IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions
should always be followed including the following
Read all instructions.
Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
To protect against electrical hazards, do not immerse cord, plugs, or the
appliance in water or other liquid.
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the
appliance.
Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning or servicing.
Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance
malfunctions, or is dropped or damaged in any manner. Return appliance to the
manufacturer for examination, repair or electrical or mechanical adjustment. All
servicing should be performed by an authorized service representative.
Do not use outdoors.
Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot surfaces. Do not
let the power cord cross over carpeting or other heat insulators. Do not cover the
cord.
Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug cord into the wall outlet. To
disconnect, turn any control to ‘OFF’, then remove plug from wall outlet.
Do not use appliance for anything other than intended use.
Do not leave unit unattended while in use.
Plug the Ice Maker into an exclusive grounded 3-prong outlet. No other
appliance should be plugged into the same outlet. Be sure that the plug is fully
inserted into the receptacle.
If the Ice Maker is brought in from outside in wintertime, do not use for a few
hours, allowing the unit to warm up to the room temperature before operating.
Do not clean your Ice Maker with any flammable fluids. The fumes may create a
fire hazard or explosion.
WARNING: Do not touch the Evaporator when the Ice Maker is making ice,
it may burn your skin.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
This appliance must be plugged into at least a 15 AMP 120 VOLT 60 Hz
GROUNDED OUTLET. This appliance must be grounded. It is equipped with a
3-wire cord having a grounding plug. The plug must be plugged into an outlet that
is properly installed and grounded.
Avoid the use of an extension cord because it may overheat and cause a risk of
fire. However, if it is necessary to use an extension cord:
A. Use only 3-wire extension cords with 3-blade grounding plug.
B. The marked rating of an extension cord must be be equal to or greater than the
rating of this appliance.
C. It should be positioned such that it does not drape over the counter or tabletop
where it can be pulled on by children intentionally.
Attempting any maintenance or cleaning:
To minimize the possibility of electric shock, unplug this appliance from the power
suply or disconnect at the household distribution panel by removing the fuse or
switching off the circuit breaker before attempting any maintenance or cleaning.

The ice maker should be installed in accordance with the safety standard for
refrigeration systems. The ice maker shall not be installed in corridors or hallways

If the unit is with problem need to be maintained, that replacing with like
components and that servicing shall be done by factory authorized service
personnel, so as to minimize the risk of possible ignition due to incorrect parts or
improper service.

OPERATING PROCEDURES & MAINTENANCE
1. Remove the exterior and interior packaging. Check if ice basket and ice scoop are
inside. If any parts are missing, please contact our customer service.
2. Remove the tape for fixing ice shovel, ice basket & ice scoop. Clean the tank &
ice basket.
3. Put the ice maker on a level & flat counter top without direct sunlight and other
sources of heat (i.e.: stove, furnace, radiator). Maker sure that there is at least 4
inches gap between the back & left and right sides with the wall.
4. Allow one hour for the refrigerant fluid to settle before plugging the ice maker in.
5. The appliance must be positioned so that the plug is accessible.
WARNING: Fill with potable water only. Only use drinking water.
UNPACKING YOUR ICE MAKER
1. This unit should be properly grounded for your safety. The power cord of this
appliance is equipped with a grounding plug which mates with standard grounding
wall outlets to minimize the possibility of electric shock.
2. Plug your appliance into an exclusive, properly installed, grounding wall outlet. Any
questions concerning power and or grounding should be directed toward a certified
electrician.
3. This appliance requires a standard 120 Volt, 60Hz electrical outlet with good
grounding means.
Before using your ice maker, it is strongly recommended to clean it thoroughly.
Unplug the unit before cleaning or making any maintenance.
1. Take out the ice basket.
2. Clean the interior with diluted detergent, warm water and a soft cloth.
3. Then rinse the inside parts with water, and drain out the water by unplugging the
drain cap on the front bottom side.
4. The outside of the ice maker should be cleaned regularly with a mild detergent
solution and warm water.
5. Dry the interior and exterior with a clean soft cloth.
6. When the machine is not in use for a long time, drain water completely out and
dry the interior.

USING YOUR ICE MAKER
1. Open the cover, remove the ice basket and pour water into tank. Keep water
level below the water level mark.
2. Press “ON/OFF” button on the control panel to begin the ice making cycle.
3. Select the ice cube size by pressing the “SELECT” button. If the room
temperature is lower than 60°F, it is recommended to select small ice cube in
order to avoid ice sticking together.
4. The ice making cycle lasts approx. 6 to 13 minutes, depending on seletion of ice
cube size and the room temperature. The recommended room temperature is
50°F to 105°F.
5. If water pump can’t inject water, the ice maker will stop automatically, and the
“ADD WATER” indicator will be on. Press “ON/OFF” button, fill water up to the
max. water level mark and press “ON/OFF” button again to turn on the unit
again. Allow the refrigerant liquid inside the compressor at least 3 minutes to
settle before restarting.
6. The ice maker stops when the ice basket is full and the “ICE FULL” indicator will
be on.
Warning: Direct sunlight or sunlight reflection may cause infared sensor malfunction.
If the unit doesn’t stop even ice cubes obstruct sensor, move the unit where there is
no sunlight
7. Change water in the water reservoir every 24 hours to ensure a reasonable
hygiene level. If unit isn’t to be used, drain all the water and dry the tank.

CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ IMPORTANTES
Lorsqu’on utilise un appareil électrique, il faut toujours respecter
certaines règles de sécurité fondamentales, notamment les
suivantes
Lire toutes les instructions.
Ne pas toucher aux surfaces chaudes. Utiliser les poignées ou les boutons.
Pour éviter le risque de secousses électriques, ne pas immerger le cordon, la
fiche ou l’appareil dans l’eau ou tout autre liquide.
Cet appareil ne doit pas être utilisé par des personnes (y compris des enfants)
dont les facultés physiques, sensorielles ou mentales sont diminuées ou qui
manquent d’expérience ou de connaissances, à moins qu’elles soient sous la
surveillance d’une personne responsable qui les guidera dans l’utilisation de
l’appareil.
Une surveillance étroite est nécessaire quand l'appareil est utilisé par ou près
des enfants. S'assurer que les enfants ne puissent jouer avec l'appareil.

Ne pas placer cet appareil sur ou près d'un brûleur à gaz ou électrique chaud, ni
dans un four chaud.
Toujours attacher le cordon à l’appareil d’abord, ensuite le brancher dans la
prise murale. Avant de débrancher, mettre la commande à la position “ OFF ”
puis retirer le cordon de la prise murale.
Ne pas utiliser l’appareil à d’autres fins que celle pour laquelle il a été conçu.
Ne pas laisser l'appareil sans surveillance lorsqu’il est en fonction.
Brancher l’appareil à glaçons dans une prise murale triphasée, avec mise à la
terre, dédiée exclusivement à cet appareil. Aucun autre appareil ne doit être
branché dans la même prise. S’assurer que la fiche est bien insérée dans la
prise murale.
Si l’appareil est apporté de l’extérieur durant l’hiver, attendre quelques heures
avant de l’utiliser. Ne l’utiliser que lorsque l’appareil a atteint la
température ambiante.

Ne pas nettoyer l’appareil avec des liquides inflammables. Les émanations
peuvent causer un feu ou une explosion.
ATTENTION : Ne pas toucher à l’évaporateur lorsque l’appareil fabrique des
glaçons. On risque des brûlures.

INSTRUCTIONS DE SÉCURITÉ
Cet appareil doit être branché à une PRISE MISE À TERRE d’au moins 15 AMP
120 VOLT 60 Hz. Cet appareil doit être mis à terre. Il est muni d’un câble
d’alimentation à 3 fils avec une fiche mise à terre. La fiche doit être branchée à
une prise installée et mise à terre correctement.
AVERTISSEMENT!
Si la fiche n’entre pas dans la prise murale essayez dans l’autre sens.
Si cela ne marche toujours pas ne tentez rien, contactez un électricien
qualifié. N’essayez pas de régler le problème vous-même.

La machine à glaçons doit être installée conformément à la norme de sécurité
pour les systèmes de réfrigération. La machine à glaçons ne doit pas être
installée dans les couloirs ou les couloirs des bâtiments publics.
Si l'unité est en panne doit être maintenue, le remplacement par des
composants similaires et l'entretien doit être effectué par le personnel de service
agréé par l'usine, afin de minimiser les risques d'allumage en raison de pièces
incorrectes ou d'un service incorrect.

Évitez d’utiliser une rallonge car elle risque de surchauffer et d’entraîner un risque
d’incendie. Cependant, si vous devez utiliser une rallonge:
A. Utilisez uniquement une rallonge à trois lames, avec trois trous.
B. Le voltage de la rallonge doit être au moins égal à celui de l’appareil.
C. La rallonge ne doit pas pendre à travers la table ou le plan de
travail où les enfants peuvent tirer ou trébucher dessus.
Entretien et nettoyage:
Pour minimiser les risques de choc électriques, débranchez cet appareil de la
prise murale ou déconnectez le courant domestique en enlevant le fusible ou en
éteignant le disjoncteur avant toute tentative d’entretien ou de nettoyage.
N.B.: Le fait d’éteindre l’appareil en appuyant sur le bouton de mise en
marche (ON/OFF) NE DÉCONNECTE PAS l’appareil du courant.

PROCEDURES D'EXPLOITATION ET MAINTENANCE
1. Retirer les emballages extérieurs et intérieurs. Vérifiez si le panier à glace et la
cuillère à glace sont à l'intérieur. Si des pièces manquent, veuillez contacter notre
service clientèle.
2. Retirer le ruban adhésif qui fixe la pelle à glace, le panier à glace et la cuillère
à glace. Nettoyer le réservoir d'eau et le panier de glace.
3. Placer la machine à glace sur une surface plane afin d'éviter la lumière directe du
soleil et d'autres sources de chaleur (p. ex., poêles, fours, radiateurs). Assurez - vous
qu'il y a au moins 4 pouces d'espace entre l'arrière et les murs à gauche et à droite.
4. Laisser le liquide réfrigérant se déposer pendant une heure avant de l'insérer dans
la machine à glace.
5. L'équipement doit être placé dans une position où les bouchons sont accessibles.
Attention: Remplissez seulement d'eau potable. N'utilisez que de l'eau potable.
DÉBALLAGE DE LA MACHINE À GLACE
1. Pour votre sécurité, l'unit é doit être correctement mise à la terre. Le cordon
d'alimentation de l'équipement est muni d'une prise à trois Fourches qui s'adapte
à une prise murale à trois Fourches standard afin de réduire au minimum les risques
de choc électrique.
2. Insérez votre appareil dans une prise murale au sol dédiée et correctement installée.
Toute question concernant l'alimentation électrique et / ou la mise à la terre doit être
adressée à un électricien agréé.
3. L'appareil nécessite une prise d'alimentation standard 120V, 60Hz avec trois broches
au sol.
Avant d'utiliser la machine à glace, il est fortement recommandé de la nettoyer soigneusement.
1. Sortez le panier de glace.
2. Nettoyer l'intérieur avec un détergent dilué, de l'eau chaude et un chiffon doux.
3. Rincez ensuite les parties internes avec de l'eau et retirez le couvercle de vidange
du bas avant pour drainer l'eau.
4. L'extérieur de la machine à glace doit être nettoyé régulièrement à l'aide d'une
solution de détergent doux et d'eau chaude.
5. Sécher l'intérieur et l'extérieur avec un chi�on doux propre.
6. Lorsque la machine n'est pas utilisée depuis longtemps, elle doit être
soigneusement drainée et séchée à l'intérieur.

UTILISATION DE LA MACHINE À GLACE
1. Ouvrez le couvercle, retirez le panier de glace et versez l'eau dans le réservoir.
Maintenir le niveau d'eau sous la ligne d'eau.
2. Appuyez sur le bouton marche / arrêt du panneau de commande pour démarrer
le cycle de fabrication de glace.
3. Appuyez sur le bouton sélectionner pour sélectionner la taille de la glace. Si la
température ambiante est inférieure à 60°F, Il est recommandé de choisir de
petits blocs de glace pour éviter que la glace ne colle ensemble.
4. Le cycle de fabrication de la glace est d'environ 6 à 13 minutes, selon la taille de
la glace et la température ambiante. Température ambiante recommandée 50°F
à 105°F.
5. Si la pompe à eau ne remplit pas l'eau, la machine à glace s'arrêtera
automatiquement et l'indicateur de remplissage d'eau s'allumera. Appuyez sur le
bouton on / off, ajoutez de l'eau à la marque de niveau d'eau maximale, puis
appuyez sur le bouton on / off pour rallumer l'unit é. Laisser le liquide réfrigérant
se déposer dans le compresseur pendant au moins 3 minutes avant le redémarrage.
6. Lorsque le panier de glace est plein, la machine à glace s'arrête et l'indicateur
« plein de glace» s'allume.
Avertissement: la lumière directe du soleil ou la réflexion du soleil peuvent causer
une défaillance du capteur infrarouge. Si l'unit é ne s'arrête pas et que même la
glace bloque le capteur, déplacez l'unité à un endroit exempt de lumière du soleil.
7. emplacer l'eau du réservoir toutes les 24 heures afin d'assurer un niveau
d'hygiène raisonnable.Si l'unit é n'est pas utilisée, videz toute l'eau et séchez le
réservoir.
