Description
The HDV17-MIC is designed to improve your sound recording
quality. It is designed to fit camcorders and SLR cameras and
is easily installed. It has a built-in, high-performance, super-
cardioid pickup with dual-head technology for long pickup
distances (approximately 12 feet), wide frequency responses,
and high quality sound.

Getting Started
1. Open the battery compartment and install the 1.5V “AAA”
battery, using correct polarity.
2. Mount the microphone by sliding on the adapter and use
the tightening wheel to secure to the camcorder.
3. Plug the 3.5mm plug of the microphone into the MIC
(microphone) connector of the device.
4. Turn on the microphone and the camcorder.
5. Select desired sensivity (0dB or +20dB) based on
recording environment.
