Warning: the force on each handle to move the goal is equivalent to 34Kg, therefore 4 People are required to move this goal.
Referring to instruction number INS565 (provided with the Wheel Assemblies) lift the Goal onto the Wheel Assemblies. The
Backbar acts as a Roller so that the Goal can be by 4 people pulling on the handles.manoeuvred

Identify the parts using the Pack Contents and Fig 1 overleaf. The Goal will be
initially assembled flat on the ground in 2 halves as shown in Fig 2.
- Lay the Crossbar (1) and Uprights (2 & 3) on the ground
with the slots facing upwards and Slide 3 Square Head Bolts (19) into to the slots at
both ends of the Crossbar, and 2 Square Head Bolts into the end of each Upright.
Fit the large ‘L’ Shaped Internal Corner Plates (7) into the ends of the Crossbar and
Uprights and slide them together. Fit the External Corner Plates (8) and net supports
(4) onto the Bolts in the Crossbar and the Uprights and secure with Washers (18) and
Nuts (17). Fit the Elbow Braces (5) between the Net Supports and the Crossbar with the
Spacer Blocks (6) and Secure with a 50mm Bolt (20), Washers (18) and Nuts (17), all as
shown in Fig 3.
- Position a Collar (23) in between the Axle Bracket Lugs
on one of the Side Bar Assemblies (11) and Insert theAxle Bar (12). Lock the end in
place with an 80mm Bolt (21) and Nut (17) as shown in Fig 4.
With a PlasticAxle Bush (25) inserted into the ends of a Roller Tube (13), slide over
the open end of the Axle Bar. In between every 4 of these Roller Assemblies slide a
Plastic Slim Axle Bush (24) (see Figs 1 & 4). When the Axle Bar is full, fit the other
Sidebar Assembly onto the open end of the Axle Bar and secure in the same way as in
Step 4.
- Fit the Wheel (15) and Handle (14)Assemblies to
each Side Bar following the Instructions included with these products, however
position them to the dimensions shown in Fig 5.
- Insert one
n Internal Corner Box (9) into the open end of
each Upright. Lift the whole Upright and Crossbar into the vertical position and slide
the Internal Corner Box previously fitted into the Sidebar. Secure together by fitting the
External Corner Bracket (10) with Washers and Nuts as shown in Fig 6.

side of the end pre-fitted Cap Head Screw. Place the end of the Net Supports over the
Square Head Bolts and then place the bracket (27) over the bolts so that it is facing in to
the goal (as shown in Fig 7)

Attach the hooks to the net approx 250mm apart, then insert the hook into the slot on
the goal section and twist to lock.As a guide you should fit 30 to the Crossbar and 10
to each Upright and each Sidebar.
To attach the net at the bottom simply thread the bar through alternative meshes on
the last row of the net and insert the bar into the bracket as shown in Fig.7
