2Insert the channel on the Dummy Post (2)
into the End Bar and secure with two
M10x25mm Button Screws and two M10
Washers. Repeat for the Winder Post (1).

Assembly Instructions
6mm 1Insert the Connector Channels (5) into the Centre Bar (3) and secure using two M10x25mm Button
Screws (14) and two M10 Washers (15) each end. Slide the End Bars (4) over the Connector Channel
and secure using two M10x25mm Button Screws and two M10 Washers.

4Insert the M6 Eyebolt (13) into the centre rivnut in the Centre Bar.

5Fix the Wheel Brackets (7,8) to the Centre Bar Using an M8x30mm Button Screw (10) and M8 Nylon
Washer. Ensure the brackets are on the same side as the wheels on the posts.
6Attach the 100mm Wheels (6) to the Brackets using the M8x100mm Hex Bolt (9), M8 Nyloc
Nut (11) and three M8 Nylon Washers. Ensure a Nylon Washer sits between the Wheels.
Cover the Bolt head and Nut with two M8 Nutcaps (16).

2Thread the blank end of the headline
through the top of the Winder Post,
behind the brass pulley. Insert the blank end
into the hole in the winder drum.
4Using the brass winder, tension the net in accordance with the laws of the game.
!WARNING: notDo over tension tennis net. Doing so may cause
damage to both the posts and court surface.

Optional Extras
TEN-081: T4 Adjuster Set.
To fit the Adjuster Set, clip the band to the M6 Eyebolt in the centre bar. Wrap the band around the net
and clip in place. Adjust the band, ensuring the net achieves regulation height without over tensioning
the posts.

Attaching the Net
1Wrap the loop end of the net headline
around the stud on the Dummy Post.
3Hook each end of the net onto the hooks on each post.

1With one person at each end of the system, place one foot on the bottom wheel to anchor
the posts and pull the top of the upright towards the wheel. Slowly lower the posts as to
rest them on the top wheels.
WARNING: two peopleMinimum of required to move this tennis
system. Wear appropriate footwear when moving posts.

2Use the wheels to manouevre the system to the desired location.
3To return the system to the upright position, lift both posts, again using one foot as an
anchor, until the posts stand upright. Ensure the centre bar is straight before resuming play.
IMPORTANT: upright positionAlways store the system in the . Failure
to do so may cause damage to the court surface and/or tennis system.
