Remove the net tension and unclip the net from the sidebars before beginning assembly
of your hinged net support.
2Place a Mount Plate (D) and Folded Bracket (C) over the two M10x25mm Square
Screws and secure using two M10 Binx Nuts (I).
1Remove the M10 Cap Screws in the sidebars and slide out the uprights and crossbar to
open a gap allowing three M10x25mm Square Screws (F) to be inserted into the
channel in the upright. Insert three M10x25mm Square Screws, sliding one towards the
rear of the sidebar and reassemble the sidebars.

Hinged Net Support to an existing Euro Portagoal (FBL-
683/674) please skip to step 2a overleaf.

2Replace the upright with the UEFA portagoal upright and re-fit the joining plate. Place the
Folded Bracket (C) over the two front square screws and secure with two M10 Binx Nuts (I).
Replace the two M10 Nyloc Nuts and Washers on the rear two screws.
3Insert the Net Sidebar (2) into a Net Bar Bracket (A,B) and secure with two M6 Joint
Connector Bolts (H). Repeat for both left and right hand brackets.

4Weave the Net Sidebar assembly through the bottom row of meshes in the side netting,
repeat for both sides.
5Weave the Backbar (1) through the bottom row of meshes in the back netting.

6Insert the Backbar into the Net Bar Brackets and secure with one M8x55mm Hex Bolt (G),
two M8 Nylon Washers (M), one M8 Nyloc Nut (J) and an M8 Nutcap (K). Repeat for both the
left and right hand Brackets.

7Locate the Net Bar Brackets in the channel of the Sidebars. Fix the Net Sidebars to the
Folded Brackets using an M8x55mm Hex Bolt, Two M8 Washers (L), two M8 Nylon Washers,
an M8 Nyloc Nut and an M8 Nutcap per Net Sidebar.

8Slide the M10 Square Screw in the rear of the Sidebar into the slot in the Net Bar Brackets.
Screw the M10 Handwheel (E) onto the M10 Square Screw to fix the Bottom Hinged Net
Support down.

9To release the Net Support loosen off the handwheel and slide the Screw/Handwheel
assembly back. Hinge the Net Support up at the Folded Bracket and secure in place using
the Net Support Straps (O).
