Replacing Brushes
Unpack the replacement brushes (BWP-026), place the Large Brushes 610x75x25mm (2) into the channel, use
the 5.5x25 Hex Drill Screws (4) to fix the brushes into place. Place the Boot Wiper onto its side and drill 4 -
3mm pilot holes into the underside of the large brushes before inserting screws in bottom.
Place the Smaller Boot Wiper Brushes 152x73x25mm (3) into the vertical channel and, again, fix in place with
the 5.5x25 Hex Drill Screws (4).
General Maintenance
Periodically hose or wash down to get rid of any excess soil. Check screws for tightness and touch up any chips
and scratches with paint to prevent rust and bubbling of paint. Replace brushes when necessary to keep boot
wiper in full working order.

1Using scissors (Do not use a knife), remove all the packaging
and Identify the parts using the Pack Contents and Fig 1
overleaf.
2Assemble the Boot Wiper Free Standing Plates (6) and the
Premier Boot Wiper Frame (1) using the M10x30 CS Screws
(8), M10 C Form Washers (7), M10 Nylock Nuts (10) and M10 Nut
Protection Caps (9) as shown in Fig. 3 below.

3Repeat step 2 for the remaining plates. Once assembled, stand
on an even surface.
1Using scissors (Do not use a knife), remove all the packaging
and Identify the parts using the Pack Contents and Fig 1
overleaf.
2Dig two holes, 300mm deep with 300mm square ground
coverage around the socket. Fill each hole with concrete,
placing the sockets in each. Position the sockets with the top
flush with ground level, ensuring the socket centres are
placed the correct distance apart as shown in Fig.4.

3Using a spirit level, periodically check the sockets are
vertical. Allow the concrete to cure before erecting the
boot wiper.
4Slide the Boot Wiper into the sockets, ensuring It bottoms
out in the socket.
For a less permanent socket solution, turf screw
sockets are available. Please contact your supplier
and quote part numbers;
