Turning on Smart Guard
1. Open Smart Guard with the help of screw driver.
2. Insert SIM card in Sim Holder, slide to lock.
3. Insert Battery wire into battery port into board.
4. Smart Guard LED Blink to indicate Smart Guard On.
5. Wait for few seconds.
6. Device will give beep for ready to use.
7. Close Smart Guard Screws.
8. Plug-in Hotter wire into Smart Guard.
9. Plug-in 12 Volt Adapter cum Charger.
Smart Guard Configuration
1. To register the user no. “Device Code R”(Exp. Like device code is
SG12 then we have to send SG12 R” ) from the mobile which has
to be registered. We can register up to 6 users maximum. The First
user registered will be the admin who has right to format all the
users in device.
2. To unregister the user no. “Device Code U” (Exp. Like device code
is SG12 then we have to send “SG12 U” ) from the mobile which
has to be unregistered. The First user admin can only format the

system but not unregister from the device.
3. To format/delete all user’s Mobile Number “Device Code F” (Exp.
Like device code is SG12 then we have to send SG12 R” ) from the
mobile of admin user. The First user/ admin can format the system
only.
Note: Before configuring makes sure that there is sufficient balance in the SIM for
SMS or SMS pack shall be activated for reply of commands. For usage also there
shall be sufficient balance for SMS and call.
Sensors Configuration
We can add up to 8 Sensors at One Smart Guard Device from S01 to S08
with customize message with particular Sensor. Example: For adding Shutter
Sensor, Send SMS “Device Code S01 Tamper Shutter 1 at Pizza Shop#” [
Note S01 to S08 is Fixed after you can add custom message for Sensor up to
50 character, at end put #], Once you get message from Device for active
Sensor to save sensor ID, use/ activate that particular sensor .
Location Configuration
We can add Smart Guard Device location with customize message. Example:
For adding location, Send SMS “Device Code LO ALERT FROM Pizza
Shop#” [add custom message for location up to 100 characters, at end put #].
Other Information
1. To check all user nos. stored in device “Device Code N” from the
mobile of any registered user. 1st user in the list will be mater user.
2. To check Signal Strength of device “Device Code ST” from the mobile
of any registered user. Best Signal from 10 to 14 OK, 15 to 19 Good,
20 to 30 Excellent.
3. To check Balance of device’s SIM “Device Code B”USSD code”” from
the mobile of any registered user.

1. To Active (Arm) Smart Guard Press A/Lock Button button from Remote
OR Send SMS from Registered Number as “Device code EN”. All
registered number will get message of as “Smart Guard is Activated”,
if by SMS “Smart Guard is Active By 9958--9898” with Registered
number who Active (Arm) Smart Guard.
2. To De-Active (Disarm) Smart Guard Press B/Unlock Button button from
Remote OR Send SMS from Registered Number as “Device code DI”.
All registered number will get message of as “Smart Guard is Active”,
if by SMS “Smart Guard is Deactivated By 9958--9898” with Registered
number who Di-Active (Disarm) Smart Guard.
3. For using Panic Button in any distress situation Press C/Panic Button
from Remote, instantly a SMS is flashed on four pre configured mobile
numbers and simultaneously the device connect a call to the first
configured mobile number. One have to receive call and press 2 key to
cut the call otherwise it will continue and terminate after 60 seconds
and One’ll get the call again and again .
4. For Playing Hooter Press D/Alarm Button from Remote, instantly
Hooter will ON, for off again Press D button from Remote.
5. Smart Guard is Activated and any intruder tries to tamper (open) the
any configured Sensor(E.g. Door/Shutter Sensor) for just an inch then
immediately Smart Guard starts executing its function which causes
instant hooter play , then instantly call and SMS goes to the four pre
configured mobile numbers respectively. The Device will keep on
calling on all the four numbers stored one by one till any one number
picks the phone to acknowledge that he has got the message for
emergency situation.
Note :-
1. It will acknowledge all the above commands with a return message
from device with the details for command sent. If the password or
command is wrong then it will send ” INVALID COMMAND OR

WRONG PASSWORD, PLEASE SEND THE COMMAND AGAIN”
message.
2. We have to use adopter to provide power .If there is no power,
there is a rechargeable battery inside the device that can provide
power backup minimum 24 hrs.
3. Door/Shutter/other sensor battery works minimum 4 months.
