Gewährleistung
Wir übernehmen für dieses Gerät für 5 Jahre vom Kaufdatum an volle Gewähr. Diese Gewähr-
leistung gilt für einwandfreies Arbeiten bei bestimmungsgemäßer Verwendung und Beachtung
der Gebrauchsanweisung. Während der Dauer der Gewährleistung werden auftretende Fehler
und Mängel am Gerät kostenlos beseitigt, soweit sie nachweislich auf Material-, Verarbeitungs-
und/oder Konstruktionsfehlern beruhen. Rügt ein Besteller einen Sachmangel, so trägt er stets
die Beweislast dafür, dass das Produkt bereits bei Erhalt der Ware mangelhaft war. Diese Gewähr-
leistung bezieht sich nicht auf solche Schäden, die durch Abnutzung, fahrlässigen Gebrauch, Ver-
wendung von nicht Original-HEINE-Teilen, durch Eingriffe nicht von HEINE autorisierter Personen
entstehen oder wenn Vorschriften in der Gebrauchsanweisung vom Kunden nicht eingehalten
werden. Weitere Ansprüche, insbesondere Ansprüche auf Ersatz von Schäden, die nicht am
HEINE Produkt selbst entstanden sind, sind ausgeschlossen.
Bei Reparaturen wenden Sie sich an Ihren Fachhändler, der das Gerät an uns oder unsere
zuständige Vertretung weiterleitet.
Warranty
We guarantee this device for five years from date of purchase. We guarantee the proper function
of the unit provided it is used as intended by the manufacturer and according to the instructions for
use. Any faults or defects which occur during the guarantee period will be repaired free of charge
provided they are caused by faults in material, design or workmanship. In the case of a complaint
of a defect in the product, the buyer must prove that any such defect was present at the time the
product was delivered. This guarantee excludes any defects which occur because of wear and tear,
incorrect use, the use of non-original HEINE parts. Also excluded are repairs or modifications made
by persons not authorised by HEINE or cases where the customer does not follow the instructions
supplied with the product. Further claims, in particular claims for damage not directly related to
the HEINE product, are excluded.
For repairs, please contact your supplier, who will return the goods to us or our authorized agent.

Nous garantissons cet appareil pendant cinq ans à partir de la date d’achat. Nous garantissons
le bon fonctionnement de l’instrument fourni, s’il est utilisé comme prévu par le fabricant, en
respectant le mode d’emploi. Tout dysfonctionnement ou panne intervenant pendant la période de
garantie seront réparés gratuitement, à condition qu’ils résultent de défauts dans les matériaux

Asumimos para este aparato la garantía durante cinco años a partir de la fecha de compra. Este
compromiso se basa en un funcionamiento de acuerdo con la finalidad del aparato y cumpliendo
las instrucciones de manejo. Durante el período de garantía se reparan los fallos o deficiencias que
pueda sufrir el aparato sin gastos, siempre que estos tengan su origen en deficiencias de material,
mano de obra o constructivos. En el caso de queja por defecto en el producto, el comprador debe
demostrar que el producto en el momento de su recepción ya era defectuoso. Esta garantia no es
aplicable para deterioros que surjan por desgaste, empleo descuidado, incorporación de repuestos
no originales de HEINE intervenciones de personal no autorizado por HEINE o en caso de que el
cliente no respete las instrucciones del manual de usuario. Otras reclamaciones como p.ej. sustitu-
ción por daños que no se hayan originado directamente en el producto de HEINE quedan excluidos.

Garantiamo questo dispositivo per 5 anni dalla data di acquisto. La garanzia è valida se il dispositivo
viene utilizzato in base alle indicazioni d’uso stabilite dal produttore e secondo le istruzioni d’uso.
Durante il periodo di garanzia verranno riparati gratuitamente imperfezioni e difetti riscontrati come
difetti di produzione, di progettazione o di materiali. In caso di reclamo l’acquirente deve dimostrare
che tali difetti erano presenti all’atto dell’acquisto. La garanzia non copre tutti i difetti occorsi a
causa di usura, di uso improprio, di impiego di parti non originali HEINE. Esclude anche riparazioni
e modifiche apportate da persone non autorizzate da HEINE e i casi in cui il cliente non si è attenuto
alle istruzioni d’uso fornite con il prodotto. Sono inoltre esclusi ulteriori reclami, in particolare
richieste di risarcimento danni non riconducibili al prodotto HEINE.

geldt bij normaal gebruik volgens de voorschriften in deze gebruiksaanwijzing. Storingen worden
gedurende de garantie-periode kostenloos verholpen, indien deze aantoonbaar zijn ontstaan door
materiaal-productie- of constructiefouten. In geval van een garantie-aanspraak dient de koper aan
te tonen dat het defect al direct bij ontvangst aanwezig was. De garantie is niet van toepassing
op gebruiksslijtage, bij onoordeelkundig gebruik en gebrekkig onderhoud, bij gebruik van niet
originele HEINE onderdelen, door ingrepen door anderen dan door HEINE geautoriseerd personen
of´wanneer voorschriften in de gebruiksaanwijzing door de gebruiker niet worden opgevolgd.
Verdere aanspraken, met name aanspraken op schadevergoeding, die niet aan het HEINE artikel
zelf zijn ontstaan, zijn uitgesloten.

funcionamento adequado desta unidade desde que utilizada conforme o estipulado pelo fabricante
e as suas instruções para utilização. Quaisquer danos ou defeitos que ocorram durante o período
de garantia serão reparados gratuitamente, desde que sejam devidos a falhas no material, no seu
projeto ou mão de obra. No caso de reclamação por defeito no produto, o comprador deverá provar
que tal defeito se revelou logo que o produto lhe foi entregue. Esta garantia exclui quaisquer defeitos
que ocorram devido a desgaste do produto, uso incorrecto, uso de peças suplentes não-originais

Gebrauchsanweisung
Lesen Sie vor Inbetriebnahme des HEINE EN50®, des HEINE EN50-m®oder
des HEINE mPack®diese Gebrauchsanweisung sorgfältig durch und bewahren
Sie sie zum späteren Nachschlagen auf.
Das Produkt muss einer getrennten Sammlung
von Elektro- und Elektronikgeräten zugeführt werden.
Sicherheitsinformationen
Bestimmungsgmäße Verwendung: Die HEINE EN50®Stromquellen (HEINE
EN50®, HEINE EN50-m®oder HEINE mPack®) sind ausschließlich zum Betrieb
von HEINE Instrumenten (6V) bestimmt. Die HEINE EN50®Stromquellen sind nicht
kompatibel zu dem HEINE EN15C®und HEINE E10®.
Zur allgemeinen Sicherheit: Öffnen Sie keinesfalls das Gehäuse. Lassen Sie
Reparaturen (ausgenommen Wechsel der Ladebatterie am mPack) nur von
qualifiziertem Fachpersonal durchführen.
Beim Austausch der Ladebatterie am mPack, ist nur die original Ladebatterie
HEINE Li-ion mPack®zu verwenden.
Zum sicheren Betrieb:
Beachten Sie die beiliegenden Montagehinweise bzgl. des Instrumenten-
halters und der Wandhalterung.
Bei Wandmontage ist, um den sicheren Halt des Kopfbandes zu gewähr-
leisten, unbedingt der mitgelieferte Instrumentenhalter (2) zu verwenden.
Die auf dem Typenschild des Steckertrafos angegebene Betriebsspannung
muss mit der örtlichen Netzspannung übereinstimmen.
Verwenden Sie nur den geeigneten HEINE Steckertrafo zum Anschluss an
das örtliche Stromnetz.
Ziehen Sie den Steckertrafo bei längeren Betriebspausen aus der Steckdose.
Vermeiden Sie häufiges Aufladen oder Entladen des mPack.
Die optimale Ladetemperatur liegt zwischen +10 °C und +35 °C.
Setzen Sie die Ladebatterie Li-ion mPack nicht Temperaturen über +45 °C aus.
Der Betrieb der Geräte EN50, EN50-m und mPack in Räumen mit Explosions-
gefahr ist nicht zulässig.
Eine einwandfreie Funktion ist nur mit original Ersatzteilen und Zubehör von
HEINE gewährleistet.
Lassen Sie die Stromquelle bei einem Wechsel von einem kalten an einen
warmen Standort ca. 1h ruhen, damit sich das Gerät den Umgebungs-
bedingungen anpassen kann.
Inbetriebnahme und Handhabung
1 Handhabung HEINE EN50®
Schließen Sie das Instrument an der Cinch-Buchse (6) an und stellen Sie mit
dem Regler (4) die Instrumentenhelligkeit ein. Der EN50 wird am Regler (4) mit
einem hörbaren „Click“ abgeschaltet.
Die Betriebsanzeige (5) muss leuchten, sobald der EN50 mit dem Regler (4)
oder – wenn vorhanden – einem HEINE Kopfbandregler eingeschaltet ist. Sie
muss ausgehen, wenn der EN50 abgeschaltet oder die Klappe (3) niederge-
drückt wird.
Wird mit dem EN50 gleichzeitig der Kopfbandregler HC50 verwendet, ist der
Regler (4) am EN50 ohne Funktion. Die Helligkeitsregelung erfolgt dann aus-
schließlich durch Drehen des Reglers am Kopfbandregler.
Hinweis: Bei Verwendung von Instrumenten mit Kopfbandregler (OMEGA 500
und 3S LED HeadLight) wird empfohlen, den Regler des mPack auszuschalten.
Verwendung des EN50 an der Wand: Montieren sie den EN50 mit der Wand-
halterung (1) an die Wand. Schieben Sie den Instrumentenhalter (2) auf die
Klappe (3). Beim Aufhängen des Kopfbandes auf den Instrumentenhalter (2)
wird die Instrumentenbeleuchtung ausgeschaltet. Beim Aushängen des Kopf-
bandes vom Instrumentenhalter (2) schaltet der EN50 die Instrumentenbe-
leuchtung automatisch wieder ein.
DEUTSCH 2 Handhabung des HEINE mPack®bzw. HEINE EN50-m®
Mit dem mPack kann die EN50 Stromquelle zum EN50-m erweitert werden.
Dadurch ist sowohl ein stationärer und bei Bedarf ein mobiler Einsatz mit einem
HEINE Instrument möglich.
Falls Sie einen EN50 mit dem mPack erweitern, führen Sie die folgenden Schritte
durch:
Entfernen Sie die Regeleinheit (7) des EN50 aus der Grundeinheit (8) indem
Sie die Regeleinheit (7) nach oben herausziehen. Stecken Sie dann den
mPack (9) in das Aufnahmefach der Grundeinheit (8).
Schließen Sie das Instrument an der Cinch-Buchse (10) des mPacks an.
Wird der mPack in der Grundeinheit (8) betrieben (HEINE EN50-m®), sind die
folgenden Funktionen gleich dem EN50:
- Ein- und Ausschalten (hörbarer „Click“)
- Helligkeitsregelung
- Funktion bei Betrieb mit Kopfbandregler
- Ausschalt-Funktion bei Wandmontage mit Klappe (3).
Laden Sie den mPack vor der ersten Verwendung 2 Stunden. Laden Sie den
mPack entweder an der Buchse (13) mit einem separaten HEINE Steckertrafo
oder stecken Sie dann den mPack (9) in das Aufnahmefach der Grund-
einheit (8).
Der mPack kann geladen werden, unabhängig davon, ob die Stromquelle
aus- oder eingeschaltet oder ein Instrument angeschlossen ist.
Leuchtdioden-(LED) Anzeige (11) am HEINE mPack®:
Während des Ladevorganges werden die LED’s (11) ein- und ausgeschaltet
(Lauflicht), sonst leuchten sie dauerhaft (➛ Betriebsanzeige).
Bleiben die LED’s (11) dauerhaft aus, ist kein Betrieb möglich oder der mPack
ist ausgeschaltet.
Die Anzahl der leuchtenden LED´s zeigen den Ladezustand der Li-ion Batterie
an. Die volle Betriebsdauer wird erreicht, wenn alle 5 LED´s leuchten.
Wenn die gelbe LED blinkt, müssen Sie die Ladebatterie aufladen. Schalten
Sie hierzu den mPack aus und laden ihn mit dem HEINE Steckertrafo oder
der EN50 Grundeinheit auf.
Der Clip am Gehäuse des mPacks dient zum Einhängen des mPacks am Gürtel,
Hosenbund usw.
Batteriewechsel:
Der Wechsel der Ladebatterie Li-ion mPack ist nur dann nötig, wenn die Batterie
nicht mehr genügend Ladung aufnimmt – bei richtiger Behandlung nach etwa
3 bis 5 Jahren.
Trennen Sie die Stromversorgung zum mPack indem Sie den Steckertrafo
entfernen oder ziehen Sie den mPack aus der Grundeinheit (8) des EN50.
Lösen Sie die Schraube am Deckel auf der Rückseite des mPacks und
nehmen Sie den Deckel ab.
Die Batterie ist nur eingelegt, und lässt sich nach Abziehen des Kabelsteckers
von der Platine ohne Werkzeug entfernen.
Legen Sie die neue Ladebatterie Li-ion mPack so in den mPack, dass das
Etikett lesbar ist und das Batteriekabel zum Regler (4) weist.
Verbinden Sie den Kabelstecker der Batterie mit der Platine.
Beim Schließen des Deckels ist darauf zu achten, dass das Kabel nicht
zwischen Deckel und Gehäuse eingeklemmt wird.
Zum Schließen des Deckels hängen Sie zuerst die beiden Laschen am Deckel
in das Gehäuseunterteil ein. Klappen Sie dann den Deckel zu und ziehen Sie
die Schraube wieder an.
Laden Sie die neue Ladebatterie Li-ion mPack vor der ersten Verwendung
2 Stunden.
Hinweis: Die Ladebatterie Li-ion mPack nicht dem Restmüll zuführen sondern
bei einem regionalen Entsorgungsunternehmen entsorgen.

Aufbereitung
- Vor allen Arbeiten ist der Netzstecker zu ziehen.
- Für das Abwischen der Oberflächen aller Teile kann ein weiches, flusenfreies
Tuch genutzt werden.
- Ein Abwischen mit feuchtem Tuch ist möglich. Sofern hierzu ein Haushalts-
reiniger verwendet wird, soll dieser für Oberflächen aus Kunststoff geeignet
sein.
- Eine desinfizierende Reinigung kann mit Flächendesinfektionsmittel auf Basis
von Alkohol durchgeführt werden.
- Sprühdesinfektion, das Tauchen in Lösungen und maschinelle Aufbereitung
sind nicht zulässig.
- Prüfen Sie regelmäßig die einwandfreie Funktion der Geräte.
- Verwenden Sie die Geräte nur, wenn die einwandfreie Funktion sichergestellt ist.

Instructions for use
Read these instructions carefully before using the HEINE EN50®, EN50-m or
the HEINE mPack®and keep them in a safe place for future reference.
In accordance with local regulations this product
should be disposed of as an electronic device separately.
Safety Information
Range of Applications: The HEINE EN50®power sources (HEINE EN50®,
HEINE EN50-m®or HEINE mPack®) are designed solely for use with HEINE
instruments (6V). The HEINE EN50®power sources are not compatible with
HEINE EN15C®and HEINE E10®.
General Safety: Do not open the housing. All repairs should be carried out by
qualified personnel, with the exception of a battery change with mPack.
When changing the battery, use only the original rechargeable battery HEINE
Li-ion mPack®.
Safety in use:
Follow the instructions supplied with the unit regarding installation of the
instrument support and the wall-mounting bracket.
For wall-mounting, be sure to use the instrument support (2) supplied with
the unit to be sure that the instrument headband is located safely.
Make sure that the local mains voltage is the same as that shown on the
identification plate of the plug-in transformer.
Use only the appropriate HEINE mPack plug-in transformer to connect the
unit to the local mains supply.
If not used for long periods, unplug the mains transformer from the mains.
Avoid excessive cycles of charge and discharge of the mPack.
The ideal temperature for charging is between +10° and +35 °C.
Do not expose the Li-ion mPack battery to ambient temperatures above +45 °C.
Do not use the EN50, EN50-m and mPack in rooms where an explosion
hazard is present.
We can only guarantee the safety and performance of this unit if it is fitted
with original HEINE accessories and spare parts.
When moving from a cold to a warm environment, leave the power source
switched off for up to one hour to allow it to adapt to the new conditions.
Setting up and operation
1 HEINE EN50®operation
Connect the instrument to the cinch connector (6) and select the required
brightness by means of the brightness control (4). The EN50 switches off
with an audible click (4).
The indicator (5) lights up as soon as the EN50 is switched on either by the
control (4) or-if fitted- the headband brightness control. It switches off when
the EN50 is switched off or the actuator (3) is pushed down.
If the headband control HC50 is used with the EN50, the control (4) on the
EN50 has no effect. The brightness is controlled in this case by adjusting the
control on the headband control HC50.
Note: We recommend that the mPack brightness control is switched off when
used with instruments fitted with a headband brightness control (OMEGA 500
and 3S LED HeadLight).
EN50 for wall-mounting: Use the wall-mounting bracket (1) to fix the EN50
to the wall. Fit the instrument support (2) on to the actuator (3). The instrument
light will switch off when the headband is placed onto the instrument
support (2).

2 HEINE EN50-m®and HEINE mPack®operation
The EN50 power source can be transformed into an EN50-m by adding the
mPack. This equips the instrument for both mobile and static use.
The EN 50 is modified with the mPack in the following way:
Remove the control unit (7) of the EN50 from the basic unit (8) by pulling it
upwards. Insert the mPack (9) into the opening in the basic unit (8).
Plug in the instrument to the socket (10) of the mPack.
If the mPack is used with the basic unit (8) (EN50-m), the following functions
are identical to those of the EN50:
- On/Off (audible click)
- Brightness Control
- Operation with the HC50 headband control
- On/Off switching by the actuator (3) when wall-mounted.
Charge the mPack for two hours before use. Charge the mPack either by
means of the socket (13) with the HEINE external plug-in transformer or insert
the mPack into the opening in the basic unit (8).
The mPack is automatically recharged even when switched off or when no
instrument is connected.
LED indicators (11) on the HEINE mPack®:
During charging the LED’s operate sequentially, otherwise they remain
switched on (➛ stand-by).
If the LEDs (11) remain switched off, the unit is non-operational or the mPack
is switched off.
The number of illuminated or sequentially-switched LEDs give an indication
of the state of charge of the Li-ion battery. All five LEDs illuminated indicate a
fully-charged battery.
If the yellow LED flashes on and off, the battery must be recharged. Switch
off the mPack and recharge it by means of the HEINE mains transformer or
the EN50 basic unit.
The HEINE mPack®clip is used to clip the HEINE mPack®to a belt or trouser
pocket etc.
Changing the battery:
The Li-ion mPack only needs replacement when the battery no longer recharges
to give sufficient capacity. This usually occurs after 3 to 5 years if properly used.
Disconnect the plug-in transformer of the mPack from the mains or remove
the mPack from the basic unit (8) of the EN50.
Unscrew the lid screw on the back of the mPack and remove the lid.
Remove the old battery and disconnect the cord. No tools are necessary.
Insert the new Li-ion mPack battery into the mPack so that the label is visible
and the battery cord is to the front control (4).
Connect the plug of the battery to the printed circuit board.
Take care when closing the lid that the cord is not pinched between lid
and body.
To close, locate the two pins on the lid in the cut-outs in the lower half of
the housing. Close the lid and tighten the screw.
Charge the new Li-ion mPack battery for two hours before use.
Note: The HEINE Li-ion mPack®battery must be disposed of properly.
Care and maintenance
- Always disconnect from the mains before cleaning.
- A soft cloth can be used to wipe all surfaces clean.
- It is possible to wipe with a damp cloth. If a cleanser is used, it must be
approved for use on plastics.
- Disinfectant cleaning can be done using an alcohol-based surface disinfectant.
- Spray disinfection, soaking or disinfection in a machine is not permitted.
- Check the function of each unit regularly.
- Use the units only when they are functioning correctly.

Informations de Sécurité

Nous ne pouvons garantir la sécurité et les performances de cet appareil
que s’il est équipé d’accessoires ou de pièces détachées d’origine HEINE.
En passant d’une ambiance froide à une ambiance chaude, laissez la source
de courant éteinte pendant au moins une heure pour lui permettre de
s’adapter aux nouvelles conditions.
Mise en route et utilisation
1 Utilisation du HEINE EN50®
Branchez l’instrument à la prise cinch (6) et sélectionnez la luminosité requise
grâce au réglage de luminosité (4). L’EN50 s’éteint avec un clic audible (4).
Le voyant (5) s’allume dès que l’EN50 est connecté soit par le réglage de
luminosité (4) soit par le contrôle de luminosité du bandeau. Il s’éteint quand
on éteint l’EN50 ou en poussant le support (3) vers le bas.
Si la commande du bandeau HC50 est utilisée avec l’EN50, le rhéostat (4)
de l’EN50 n’a aucun effet. La luminosité se règle dans ce cas avec le rhéostat
de bandeau HC50.
Note: Nous conseillons d’éteindre le bouton de réglage de luminosité du mPack
quand on l’utilise avec des instruments connectés avec un réglage de
luminosité de bandeau (OMEGA 500 et 3S LED HeadLight).
EN50 pour fixation murale : Utilisez le système de montage (1) pour fixer
l’EN50 au mur. Réunissez le porte instrument (2) au support (3). La
lumière s’éteindra quand le bandeau aura rejoint son support (2).
2 Fonctionnement des HEINE EN50-m®et HEINE mPack®
La source de courant mPack peut se transformer en EN50-m par l’ajout du
mPack. Ceci permet une utilisation fixe ou mobile.
L’EN50 se modifie par le mPack de la façon suivante :
Retirez l’unité de contrôle (7) de l’unité de base de l’EN50 (8) en agissant sur
la touche (7) de l’unité de base de l’EN50 (8) en agissant sur la touche (7) en la
tirant vers le haut. Insérez le mPack (9) dans l’ouverture de l’unité de base (8).
Branchez l’instrument à la prise (10) du mPack.
Si le mPack est utilisé avec l’unité de base (8) (EN50-m), les fonctions
suivantes sont identiques à celles de l’EN50:
- Marche/Arrêt (clic audible)
- Réglage de luminosité
◊- Fonctionnement avec la commande de bandeau HC50
◊- Marche /arrêt par le support (3) en cas de montage mural.
Chargez le mPack pendant deux heures avant utilisation. Chargez le mPack
soit au moyen de la prise (13) avec un transformateur externe connectable ou
insérez le mPack (9) dans l’ouverture de l’unité de base (8).
Le mPack se recharge automatiquement quand on l’éteint, ou si aucun
instrument n’est connecté.
Voyants LED (11) du mPack®HEINE:
Pendant la charge, les LED clignotent séquentiellement, sinon elles restent
allumées (➛ stand-by).
Si les LED (11) restent éteintes, l’appareil n’est pas opérationnel ou le mPack
est débranché.
Le nombre de LED allumées donne une indication de l’état de charge de la
batterie Li-ion. Les cinq LED allumées indiquent une batterie complètement
chargée.
Si le LED jaune clignote, il faut recharger la batterie. Déclencher le mPack et
rechargez-le avec le transformateur à fiche ou l’unité de base EN50.
Le clip HEINE mPack®s’utilise pour mettre le HEINE mPack®à la ceinture ou
dans une poche de pantalon, etc.
Changement de batterie:
Le mPack Li-ion ne doit être changé que si la batterie ne se recharge plus pour
une capacité suffisante. Ceci survient après 3 ou 5 ans en cas d’utilisation
normale.
Débranchez du secteur le transformateur connectable du mPack ou retirez
le mPack de l’unité de base (8) du EN50.
Dévissez l’écrou du couvercle à l’arrière du mPack et retirez-le.
Retirez l’ancienne batterie et débranchez la prise. Aucun outil n’est nécessaire.
Insérez la nouvelle batterie Li-ion mPack dans le mPack de façon que
l’étiquette soit visible et que le câble de batterie se situe en avant.
Branchez la prise de la batterie au circuit imprimé.
Vérifiez en refermant le couvercle que le câble ne soit pas coincé entre le
couvercle et le boîtier.
Pour refermer, positionnez les deux guides du couvercle dans les fentes de
la partie inférieure du boîtier. Fermez le couvercle et revissez l’écrou.
Chargez la nouvelle batterie Li-ion mPack pendant deux heures avant
utilisation.
Note: Ne vous débarrassez d’un Li-ion mPack®HEINE que dans un container
approprié.

Nettoyage et entretien
- Toujours débrancher du secteur.
- Un chiffon doux peut être utilisé pour essuyer toute surface.
- On peut utiliser un chiffon humide. Si on utilise un détergent, il doit être

Información de seguridad

No exponga el EN50, EN50-m y mPack a ambientes con peligro de explosión.
Unicamente podemos garantizar la seguridad asi como el funcionamiento
correcto de este aparato si se provee de accesorios y piezas de recambio
originales HEINE.
En caso de traslado de un lugar frio a otro mas cálido, desconecte de la
fuente de alimentación durante una hora para permitir adaptarse a las nuevas
condiciones.
Ajuste y funcionamiento
1 funcionamiento de HEINE EN50®
Conecte el aparato al conector pequeño tipo cinch (6) y seleccione la
luminosidad deseada mediante el regulador de luminosidad (4) El EN50 se
apaga mediante click audible (4).
El indicador (5) se ilumina tan pronto como se encienda el EN50 bien mediante
el control (4) o en caso de llevar la cinta craneal con el regulador de lumino-
sidad. Se apaga cuando el EN50 esté apagado o el botón de funcionamiento
(3) está pulsado hacia abajo.
En caso de utilizar el regulador de la cinta craneal HC50 con el EN 50, el
regulador (4) sobre el EN50 no tiene efecto. En este caso se controla la
luminosidad ajustando el regulador en la cinta craneal HC50.
Nota: Recomendamos mantener el regulador de luminosidad mPack apagado en
caso de utilizarlo con los instrumentos equipados con un regulador de lumino-
sidad en la cinta craneal. (OMEGA 500 y 3S LED HeadLight)
EN50 para montaje mural: Utilice el soporte de montaje mural (1) para fijar el
EN50 a la pared. Coloque el soporte del instrumento (2) en el actuador (3).
La luz del instrumento se apagará una vez que se coloque la cinta craneal
en el soporte del instrumento (2).

2 funcionamiento de HEINE EN50-m®y HEINE mPack®
La fuente de alimentación del EN50 se puede transformar en un EN50-m
añadiendo el mPack. Ello equipa al instrumento tanto para su uso móvil así
como estático.
El EN50 se puede modificar con el mPack de la siguiente manera:
desmonte la unidad de control (7) del EN50 de la unidad base (8) estirándola
hacia arriba. Inserte el mPack (9) en la abertura de la unidad base (8).
Conecte el instrumento en el enchufe (10) del mPack.
En caso de utilizar el mPack con la unidad base (8) (EN50-m) las funciones
que detallamos a continuación son idénticas a las del EN50:
- Encendido/Apagado (click audible)
- Control de luminosidad
- Funcionamiento con cinta craneal HC 50 con reostato
- Conmutación de encender/apagar mediante el actuador (3) en
caso de montaje mural
Cargue el mPack durante dos horas antes de su uso. Cargue el mPack
mediante el enchufe (13) con el transformador externo HEINE o inserte el
mPack en la abertura de la unidad base (8).
El mPack se recarga automáticamente aunque se encuentre apagado o el
instrumento no está conectado.
Indicadores LED (11) en el mPack®HEINE:
Durante la carga las LEDs se encienden y apagan secuencialmente, de lo
contrario quedan encendidos (➛ stand-by).
En caso que los LEDs (11) queden apagados, el aparato no está funcionando
o el mPack está apagado.
El número de LEDs iluminadas o encendidas secuencialmente indican el
estado de carga de la batería Li-ion. Si se encuentran todos los cinco LEDs
iluminados significa que la batería está cargada completamente.
En caso de parpadear la LED amarilla, hay que recargar la batería. Para ello
apague el mPack y carguelo con el transformador de enchufe HEINE o la
unidad básica EN 50.
El clip de HEINE mPack®se utiliza para engancharlo a un cinturón o a un bolsillo
de la bata.
Cambiar la batería:
El Li-ion mPack solo necesita ser sustituído en el caso que la batería ya no
cargue lo suficiente para dar la capacidad necesaria. Esto ocurre normalmente
después de 3 o 5 años usándola correctamente.
Desconecte el transformador de enchufe del mPack de la red o desmonte el
mPack de la unidad base (8) del EN50.
Desenrosque el tornillo de la parte posterior del mPack y desmonte la tapa.
Desmonte la batería usada y desconecte el cable. No es necesario utilizar
herramientas.
Inserte la nueva batería Li-ion mPack en el mPack de manera que la etiqueta
esté visible y el cable de la batería esté colocado hacia delante.
Conecte la clavija de la batería a la platina de circuito impreso.
Al cerrar la tapa tenga cuidado que el cable no esté enganchado entre la tapa
y el cuerpo.
Para cerrar coloque las dos lenguetas de la tapa en la parte inferior de la
carcasa. Cierre la tapa y aprete el tornillo.
Cargue la nueva batería Li-ion mPack durante dos horas antes de usar.
Note: La Li-ion mPack de HEINE debe ser desechada correctamente.
Cuidado y mantenimiento
- Antes de realizar la limpieza desconectar siempre de la red.
- Para limpiar todas las superficies se puede utilizar un paño suave.
- Se puede utilizar un paño húmedo. En caso de utilizar algún producto de
limpieza, éste ha de ser apto para uso en plásticos.
- Se puede realizar una limpieza desinfectante utilizando un desinfectante para
superficies que contenga alcohol.
- Está prohibido realizar una desinfección mediante pulverización, sumergir en
liquido o en máquinas de desinfección.
- Compruebe las funciones regularmente.
- Utilice únicamente las unidades si funcionan correctamente.

Attenersi alle istruzioni di montaggio allegate, relative al supporto da tavolo e
da parete dello strumento.
Nel caso di un montaggio a parete, utilizzare in ogni caso il supporto (2) in
dotazione, che garantisce una sistemazione sicura del caschetto.
La tensione di alimentazione indicata sulla targhetta del trasformatore a rete
deve corrispondere alla tensione della rete locale.
Per il collegamento alla rete elettrica locale, utilizzare unicamente il trasforma-
tore a rete HEINE.
Qualora lo strumento non venga utilizzato per un periodo prolungato,
scollegare il trasformatore dalla presa.
Evitare di caricare o scaricare di frequente la batteria del mPack.
La temperatura ideale di caricamento è di +10 °C/ + 35 °C.
Non esporre la batteria Li-ion mPack a temperature superiori a 45 °C.
Non è consentito utilizzare gli strumenti EN50, EN50-m e mPack in locali con
pericolo di esplosione.
Il corretto funzionamento può essere garantito solo con l'utilizzo di ricambi e
accessori originali HEINE.
In caso di spostamento da un luogo freddo ad un luogo caldo, lasciare spento
l'alimentatore per ca. 1 ora in modo da permettere allo strumento di adattarsi
alle condizioni ambientali.
Messa in funzione ed utilizzo
1 Utilizzo del HEINE EN50®
Connettere lo strumento alla presa RCA (cinch) (6) e regolare la luminosità
dello strumento tramite il regolatore (4). L'EN50 si spegne mediante il
regolatore (4) che segnala l'operazione con un „click“.
Quando l'EN50 viene acceso mediante il regolatore (4) o, se provvisto, con il
reostato del caschetto HEINE, la spia di funzionamento (5) si accende. La
stessa si spegne quando l'EN50 viene spento o lo sportello (3) viene chiuso.
Qualora l'EN50 venga utilizzato con il reostato HC50 del caschetto, il rego-
latore (4) dell'EN50 non ha alcuna funzione. La regolazione della luminosità si
effettua in questo caso solo ruotando il regolatore del reostato HC50.
Nota: Se si utilizzano strumenti con reostato (OMEGA 500 e 3S LED HeadLight),
consigliamo di spegnere il regolatore del mPack.
Utilizzo dell'EN50 fissato a parete: fissare l'EN50 alla parete con l'ausilio del
supporto (1). Infilare il supporto (2) dello strumento sullo sportello (3). Quando
il caschetto viene appeso al supporto (2) dello strumento, la spia dello stru-
mento si spegne. Sganciando il caschetto dal supporto (2) dello strumento,
l'EN50 riaccende automaticamente la spia dello strumento.
2 Utilizzo di HEINE mPack®o di HEINE EN50-m®
L'articolo EN50 può essere integrato con il mPack per formare l'EN50-m. Ciò
consente sia un utilizzo fisso che mobile con un unico strumento HEINE.
Qualora l'articolo EN50 venga abbinato al mPack, procedere come segue:
Togliere il modulo di controllo (7) dell'EN50 dall'unità di base (8) estraendola
verso l'alto. Inserire quindi l'articolo mPack (9) nello scomparto dell'unità di
base (8).
Collegare lo strumento alla presa RCA (cinch) (10) del mPack.
Con l'utilizzo del mPack nell'unità di base (8) (HEINE EN50-m®), le seguenti
funzioni sono identiche a quelle dell’EN50:
- Accendere/spegnere (segnalato da un „click“)
- Regolazione della luminosità
- Funzionamento con l'impiego del reostato HC50
- Accendere/spegnere tramite lo sportello (3) quando montato a parete.
Caricare l’alimentatore mPack per due ore prima dell’uso. Caricare l'alimen-
tatore mPack allacciando alla presa (13) il suo trasformatore a rete HEINE
separato oppure inserendo la batteria mPack (9) nello scomparto dell'unità
di base (8).
Nell’Unità Base EN50 l’accumulatore mPack si ricarica automaticamente
anche quando l’interruttore è spento o quando non vi è collegato alcuno
strumento.
Indicatori LED (11) sull'alimentatore HEINE mPack®:
Durante la fase di caricamento i LED (11) si accendono e spengono in
sequenza, altrimenti restano accesi in continuo. (➛ spia di funzionamento)
Se i LED (11) restano spenti significa che l'alimentatore mPack non funziona
o che è spento.
Il numero di LED illuminati indica lo stato della carica della batteria Li-ion.
La batteria è completamente carica quando restano accesi tutti e 5 i LED.
Quando il LED giallo lampeggia, la batteria deve essere ricaricata. Spegnere
l’mPack e ricaricarlo con il trasformatore a rete HEINE o con l’unità base
EN50.
L'alimentatore mPack è provvisto di una clip per poterlo agganciare alla cintura,
ai pantaloni ecc.
Sostituzione della batteria:
La sostituzione della batteria ricaricabile Li-ion mPack è necessaria solo quando
la batteria non può più essere sufficientemente ricaricata (se usata correttamente,
dopo ca. 3 – 5 anni).
Scollegare l'alimentatore mPack dall'alimentazione elettrica staccando il
trasformatore a rete o estraendolo dall'unità di base (8) dell'EN50.
Svitare la vite del coperchio sul retro del mPack e togliere il coperchio.
La batteria è semplicemente inserita e può essere estratta senza utensili dopo
aver staccato la spina del cavo dalla scheda.
Inserire la nuova batteria ricaricabile Li-ion mPack nel mPack in modo tale
che l'etichetta sia visibile e che il cavo della batteria sia rivolto verso il
regolatore (4).
Inserire la spina del cavo della batteria nella scheda.
Rimontare il coperchio controllando che il cavo non venga incastrato tra il
coperchio e la scatola.
Per chiudere il coperchio, agganciare dapprima le due linguette del coperchio
nella base della scatola. Chiudere quindi il coperchio ed avvitare nuovamente
la vite.
Caricare la nuova batteria Li-ion mPack per 2 ore prima di utilizzare lo
strumento.
Nota: La batteria ricaricabile Li-ion mPack non può essere smaltita come rifiuto
non riciclabile.
Gettare la batteria esausta negli appositi contenitori di raccolta.

Preparazione
- Prima di ogni intervento, staccare la spina dalla presa di corrente.
- Per pulire le superfici di tutti i pezzi, utilizzare un panno morbido che non si
sfilacci.
- Le superfici possono anche essere pulite con un panno umido. Se per la pulizia

HEINE EN50-m®of HEINE m-Pack®in gebruik te nemen. Bewaar deze
gebruiksaanwijzing om hem op een later tijdstip te kunnen raadplegen.
Dit product niet als huishoudelijk afval behandelen maar apart
inleveren als verbruikt electrisch/electronisch apparaat volgens
de in uw gemeente geldende voorschriften.
Veiligheidsinformatie
Gebruiksdoeleinden: De HEINE stroombronnen (HEINE EN50®, HEINE EN50-m®
of HEINE m-Pack®) zijn uitsluitend bestemd om HEINE instrumenten (6 V.) van
stroom te voorzien. De HEINE EN50®stroombronnen zijn niet compatibel met de
HEINE EN15C®en de HEINE E10®.
Algemene veiligheid: Open in geen geval de behuizing. Laat alle voorkomende
reparaties uitvoeren door een gekwalificeerde vakman. Een uitzondering hierop
vormt het vervangen van de oplaadbare batterij in de mPack.
Het vervangen van de batterij in de mPack, dient uitsluitend met de originele
HEINE Li-ion accu mPack®plaats te vinden.
Tips voor een veilig gebruik:
Volg de instructies voor montage van de instrumenthouder en de wandhouder
nauwkeurig op.
Bij gebruik als wandmodel dient instrumenthouder (2) beslist gebruikt te
worden om de hoofdband een veilige ondersteuning te geven.
Controleer of de op het typeplaatje aangegeven spanning overeenkomt met
de plaatselijke spanning van het lichtnet.
Gebruik uitsluitend de bijbehorende mPack stekkertransformator voor
aansluiting op het lichtnet.
Verwijder de stekkertransformator uit de contactdoos wanneer het instrument
voor een langere periode niet gebruikt wordt.
Vermijd onnodig ontladen en opladen van de mPack.
De optimale omgevingstemperatuur bij het laden ligt tussen +10 en +35 °C.
Stel de oplaadbare batterij Li-ion m-Pack niet bloot aan temperaturen boven
de 45 °C.
Gebruik de EN50, EN50-m en m-Pack niet in een ruimte waar explosiegevaar
aanwezig is.
Wij kunnen de veiligheid en prestaties alleen garanderen wanneer originele
HEINE onderdelen en toebehoren worden gebruikt.
Wanneer de transformator of mPack van een koude naar een warme ruimte
wordt verplaatst dan dient een acclimatiseringsperiode van ca. 1 uur aange-
houden te worden, voordat het apparaat in gebruik wordt genomen.
Het opstellen en in gebruik nemen
1 Gebruik van de HEINE EN50®
Verbind het instrument met de stekkeraansluiting (6) en kies de gewenste
lichtsterkte door knop (4) te draaien. De EN50 wordt met een hoorbare “klik”
uitgeschakeld (4).
De indicator (5) licht op zodra de EN50 wordt ingeschakeld met knop (4) of
wanneer aanwezig met de regelknop op de hoofdband. De indicator gaat uit
bij het uitschakelen met knop (4) of wanneer het instrument met de hoofdband
aan houder/schakelaar (3) voorzien van (2) wordt gehangen.
Wanneer de traploos regelbare lichtregeling HC50 aan de hoofdband wordt
gebruikt, dan is de regeling met knop (4) automatisch uitgeschakeld. De
lichtsterkteregeling vindt dan uitsluitend via de HC50 plaats.
Advies: Bij gebruik van instrumenten met een lichtregeling aan de hoofdband
(OMEGA 500 en 3S LED) adviseren wij de regelknop van de mPack uit te zetten.
EN50 als wandmodel: Bevestig de EN50 met houder (1) aan de wand. Schuif
instrumenthouder (2) op schakelaar (3). Bij het ophangen van de hoofband op
de instrumenthouder, wordt de lamp van het instrument op de hoofdband
uitgeschakeld, bij het in gebruiknemen van het instrument met hoofdband,
schakelt de verlichting direct weer aan.

2 Gebruik van de HEINE mPack®en HEINE EN50-m®
De EN50 stroom-unit kan in een EN50-m worden veranderd, door deze uit te
breiden met de mPack. Hiermee is dan zowel een stationair als mobiel gebruik
van HEINE instrumenten mogelijk.
Op volgende wijze wordt de EN50 met de m-Pack uitgebreid:
Verwijder de controle-unit (7) van het basis-station (8) door deze vertikaal
weg te nemen. Plaats nu de mPack (9) in de vrijgekomen opening van het
basis-station (8).
Sluit het instrument aan in de stekker-opening (10) van de mPack.
Bij gebruik van de mPack in de basis-unit (8) zijn de volgende functies
identiek als bij de EN50:
- Aan/uit schakelink met een hoorbare klik
- Lichtsterkte-regeling (traploos)
- Functies bij gebruik van instrument met hoofdband/regeling
- Aan-uit schakelaar (3) met opzet (2) bij gebruik als wand-unit
Laad de mPack voor een eerste gebruik ca. 2 uur. Laad de mPack naar keuze
met de stekker- transformator via aansluiting (13) of plaats de mPack in de op
het lichtnet aangesloten tafel-unit (8).
De mPack wordt automatisch geladen, ongeacht of de schakelaar aan of uit
staat of dat er een instrument op is aangesloten.
LED indicators (11) op de HEINE mPack®:
Tijdens het laden gaan de LED’s (11) opvolgend aan en uit. Bij gebruik
branden ze continu.
Zijn alle LED's uit, dan is de EN50m buiten gebruik of is de mPack
uitgeschakeld.
Het aantal oplichtende dioden geeft de laadtoestand van de Li-ion batterij
aan. Wanneer alle 5 LED's branden, is de accu vol geladen.
Wanneer de gele LED knippert, moet de accu opnieuw geladen worden.
Schakel eerst de HEINE mPack uit en laadt de batterij met de HEINE
stekkertransformator of door middel van de EN-50 Basis-unit.
De clip aan de HEINE mPack®wordt gebruikt om de batterijhouder aan de riem
of zak van de jas te klemmen.
Vervangen van de batterij:
De Li-ion oplaadbare batterij hoeft pas vervangen te worden wanneer deze niet
meet voldoende op te laden is voor een normale gebruiksduur. Bij normaal
gebruik zal dit pas na 3 tot 5 jaar het geval zijn.
Bij gebruik van de stekkertransformator dient deze uit de contactdoos
genomen te worden. Bij gebruik van de EN50 dient de mPack uit de
basis-unit verwijderd te zijn.
Draai de schroef op de deksel aan de achterzijde van de mPack los en neem
de deksel weg.
Verwijder de oude batterij en maak de stekker-verbinding los. Hiervoor is geen
gereedschap nodig.
Plaats de nieuwe Li-ion batterij zodanig in de mPack dat het etiket leesbaar
is en de stekker naar de schakelaar (4) wijst.
Verbind nu de snoerstekker met de electronische regel-unit van de mPack.
Bij het sluiten van de deksel, let op dat het snoertje niet klem raakt tussen
huis en deksel.
Bij het aanbrengen van de deksel eerst beide nokjes in de uitsparingen aan
de onderzijde aanbrengen, dan sluiten en de schroef aandraaien.
Voor een eerste gebruik van de nieuwe Li-ion accu, deze eerst ca. 2 uur
opladen.
Attantie: De verbruikte Li-ion accu niet als huishoudelijk afval verwijderen. Lever
verbruikte batterijen in bij het plaatselijke depot of chemo-kar.
Aanwijzingen voor gebruik en onderhoud
- Voor het reinigen dient de tafel- of wand-unit van het lichtnet te worden
losgekoppeld.
- Gebruik voor het reinigen van het oppervlak van alle onderdelen een zachte doek.
- Alle kunststof oppervlakken mogen ook met een vochtige doek worden
gereinigd. Wanneer een schoonmaakmiddel wordt gebruikt, dient dit geschikt
te zijn voor plastics/kunststoffen.
- Desinfecterend reinigen kan met een middel voor oppervlakken op basis van
alcohol.
- Let op dat er geen vocht op de contacten achterblijft of in de behuizing
binnendringt.
- Desinfecteer-spray, onderdompelen in een desinfectant of machinaal
desinfecteren is niet toegestaan.
- Test regelmatig het goed functioneren van de verschillende onderdelen.
- Gebruik de apparaten alleen dan, wanneer u er zeker van bent dat deze goed
functioneren.

2 HEINE EN50-m®ja HEINE mPack®käyttö
EN50 teholähteeseen voi lisätä mPack-järjestelmän, jolloin siitä tulee EN50-m.
Tällöin laitetta voi käyttää sekä siirrettävänä että kiinteästi asennettuna. mPack
kytketään EN50:een seuraavalla tavalla:
Poista ohjausyksikkö (7) järjestelmästä (8) vetämällä sitä ylöspäin. Aseta
mPack (9) järjestelmään (8) vapautuneeseen tilaan.
Kytke laite mPack:n liittimeen (10).
Laitteen käyttöohjeet ovat identtiset edellä mainittujen kanssa myös silloin,
kun mPack on asennettuna järjestelmään (8).
- Päälle/pois (kirkkaussäätimestä)
- Kirkkaussäätö
- Käyttö HC50 otsapannan säätimestä
- Päälle/pois kytkentä kytkimellä (3), kun seinäkiinnitys on käytössä.
Lataa mPack akkuja kaksi tuntia ennen käyttöä. Lataa akut joko käyttämällä
erillistä HEINE muuntajaa (13) tai liitttämällä mPack järjestelmään (8) edellä
kuvatulla tavalla.
mPack latautuu automaattisesti myös silloin, kun laite on sammutettuna tai
mitään laitetta ei ole kytettty.
LED merkkivalot (11) - HEINE mPack®:
LED valot syttyvät vuorotellen kun lataus on käynnissä. Muulloin ne pysyvät
päällä ilmoittaen, että laite on standby-tilassa.
Jos valot ovat pois päältä, laite ei ole toiminnassa tai mPack on pois päältä.
Latauksen aikana lataustilanne näkyy palavien LED valojen määrästä. Kun
kaikki viisi valoa palavat, laitteen Li-ion akut ovat täynnä.
Jos keltainen LED valo vilkkuu, akku vaatii latausta. Sammuta mPack ja
yhdistä verkkovirtalaitteeseen tai EN50-yksikköön.
HEINE mPack®järjestelmään kuuluu klipsi, jolla mPack:n saa kiinnitettyä esim.
vyöhön tai taskuun.
Akkujen vaihtaminen:
Li-ion mPack akut tulee vaihtaa uusiin kun on havaittu, ettei niiden varaus riitä
laitteen käyttämiseen. Akkujen vaihtoväli on normaalikäytössä 3-5 vuotta.
Irrota mPack:n muuntajan virtajohto tai poista mPack EN50 järjestelmästä (8).
Poista kansi mPack:n takaa avaamalla ruuvit.
Poista vanha akku ja irrota akun johto. Tämä vaihe ei vaadi erillisiä työkaluja.
Aseta uusi Li-ion akku mPack:n akkukoteloon siten, että akun etiketti näkyy
ja johto on edessä.
Liitä akun johto piirilevylle.
Varo, ettei johto jää väliin, kun suljet kantta.
Aseta kansi kotelon alaosassa olevien kiinnikkeiden väliin ja paina kiinni.
Kiristä ruuvit huolella.
Lataa uutta Li-ion akkua kaksi tuntia ennen kuin otat sen käyttöön.
Huom: Huolehdi vanhan akun kierrätyksestä!
Huolto ja kunnossapito
- Poista aina virtajohto seinäpistorasiasta ennen puhdistamisen aloittamista.
- Pintojen puhdistaminen onnistuu parhaiten pehmeällä kankaalla.
- Myös kosteaa kangasta voidaan käyttää puhdistamiseen. Varmista, että
mahdollinen puhdistusaine on soveltuva muoveille.
- Desinfiointiin voi käyttää alkoholipohjaista pintadesinfiointiainetta.
- Desinfiointiaineen suihkutus, uppopuhdistus tai koneellinen desinfiointi ovat
kiellettyjä.
- Tarkista jokaisen laitteen toiminta säännöllisesti.
- Käytä vain täydessä toimintakunnossa olevaa laitetta.

Käytä ainoastaan alkuperäisiä HEINE Li-ion mPack®akkuja.
Turvallisuus käytössä:
Seuraa asennusohjeita tarkoin asentaessasi laitteen pidikettä ja
seinäkiinnikettä.
Säilytä laite pidikeessä seinään kiinnityksen aikana varmistaaksesi, että laite
on asennetaan turvallisesti.
Varmista, että paikallinen käyttöjännite on sama kuin muuntajan tiedoissa
ilmoitettu.
Käytä ainoastaan alkuperäistä HEINE mPack muuntajaa kytkiessäsi laitetta
verkkovirtaan.
Irrota muuntaja pistorasiasta, kun laitetta ei käytetä pitkään aikaan.
Vältä mPack akkujen liiallista lataamista ja purkamista.
Lataamisen suosituslämpötila on +10°... ...+35 °C.
Vältä säilyttämästä Li-ion mPack akkuja yli +45 °C:een lämpötilassa.
Älä käytä laitetta räjähdysherkkien materiaalien tai tilojen läheisyydessä.
Takaamme laitteen turvallisen toiminnan vain käytettäessä alkuperäisiä
HEINE varaosia ja tarvikkeita.
Kun laite tuodaan kylmästä lämpimään, kytke siihen virta vasta noin tunnin
kuluttua siirrosta. Tällöin laite ehtii sopeutua uusiin olosuhteisiin.
Asennus ja käyttö
1 HEINE EN50®käyttö
Kytke johto tiukasti liittimeen (6) ja säädä kirkkaus sopivaksi säätimestä (4).
EN50 kytkeytyy pois päältä kääntämällä säädintä (4).
Merkkivalo (5) syttyy, kun EN50 laite käynnistetään joko säätimestä (4) tai
otsapannan kirkkaudensäätimestä. Merkkivalo sammuu, kun EN50
sammutetaan tai kytkintä (3) painetaan.
Jos käytössä on otsapantaan asennettava säädin HC50, kirkkauden säätimellä
ei (4) ole vaikutusta laitteen toimintaan. Tällöin kirkkautta voi säätää ainoastaa
HC50:stä käsin.
Huom: Suosittelemme, että mPack kirkkaudensäätö on pois päältä, kun
käytetään otsapantaan asennettavaa säädinyksikköä (OMEGA 500 ja 3S LED
HeadLight).
EN50 seinäkiinnitys: Kiinnitä EN50 seinään käyttäen tarkoitukseen suunniteltua
seinäkiinnikettä (1). Aseta laitetuki (2) kytkinvarteen (3). Laitteen merkkivalo
sammuu, kun otsapanta asetetaan laitetukeen.

Informação de Segurança
Gama de Aplicações: As fontes de energia HEINE EN50®, (HEINE EN50®,
HEINE EN50-m®ou HEINE mPack®) são projetados somente para uso com
instrumentos HEINE (6V). As fontes de energia dos modelos da HEINE EN50®
não são compatíveis com HEINE EN15C®e HEINE E10®.
Segurança geral: Não abra o estojo. Todos os consertos deverão ser efetuados
por pessoal qualificado, com a exceção da mudança de bateria no mPack.
Ao trocar a bateria, use só a bateria recarregável original HEINE Li-íon mPack®.
Segurança de uso:

A temperatura ideal para carregar é entre +10 °C e +35 °C.
Não coloque a bateria Li-íon mPack a temperaturas superiores a +45 °C.
Não utilize EN50, EN50-m e mPack em ambientes onde exista algum perigo
de explosão.
Nós somente podemos garantir a segurança e o desempenho desta unidade
se ela for utilizada com partes, peças e acessórios originais HEINE.
Quando a unidade for transferida de um ambiente frio para um ambiente
quente, deixe a fonte de energia desligada por uma hora afim de que se
adapte às novas condições.
Modo de usar
1 Utilização do HEINE EN50®
Encaixe o instrumento ao conector de cilha (6) e selecione o brilho desejado
por meio do controle de brilho (4). O EN50 desliga com sonoro clique (4).
A luz indicadora (5) acende assim que o EN50 é ligado pelo seu controle (4)
ou se fixado em cinta de cabeça pelo controle de brilho. O indicador apaga
quando o EN50 é desligado ou se abaixado o apoio (3).
Se o controle de cinta de cabeça HC50 for utilizado juntamente com o EN50,
o reostato (4) no EN50 não terá nenhum efeito. Neste caso, o brilho é
controlado ajustando-se o controle do HC50.
Nota: Nós recomendamos que o controle de brilho do mPack esteja desligado
quando usado com os instrumentos montados com controle de brilho na cinta
de cabeça (OMEGA 500 e Fotóforo 3S LED)
EN50 para fixação mural: Utilize o sistema de fixação mural (1) para fixar o
EN50 à parede. Ajuste o apoio do instrumento(2) ao suporte.(3). A luz do
instrumento apagará quando o HC50 for colocado sobre o suporte do
instrumento (2).

2 Funcionamento da HEINE EN50-m®e HEINE mPack®
A fonte de energia do EN50 pode ser transformada em um EN50-m adicionan-
do-se o mPack. Isto equipa o instrumento para uso móvel e estático.
O EN 50 é modificado com o mPack do seguinte modo:
Remova a unidade de controle (7) do EN50 da unidade básica (8) puxando-a
para cima. Insira o mPack (9) na abertura da unidade básica (8).
Ligue instrumento a tomada (10) do mPack.
Se o mPack for utilizado com a unidade básica (8) (EN50-m), as seguintes
funções são idênticas às do EN50:
- Liga/Desliga (clique audível)
- Controle de Brilho
- Funcionamento com o controle do HC 50
- Liga/Desliga feito pelo suporte (3) da fixação na parede.
Carregue o mPack por duas horas antes do uso. Carregue o mPack através
do plugue (13) do transformador externo HEINE ou insira o mPack na abertura
da unidade básica (8).
O mPack é recarregado automaticamente até mesmo quando desligado ou
quando nenhum instrumento está conectado.
Indicadores Led (11) do mPack®HEINE:
Durante a carga, os LEDs operam sequencialmente, caso contrário eles
permanecem ligados. (➛ stand by)
Se o LEDs (11) estiverem desligados, o aparelho não está em uso, ou então
o mPack está desligado.
A quantidade de LEDs ligados indica o estado da carga da bateria. Quando
todo os cinco LEDs estão iluminados, eles indicam que a bateria está
completamente carregada.
Se a luz LED amarela acender e apagar, a bateria deverá ser recarregada.
Desligue o mPack e o recarregue com o trasformador HEINE ou a unidade
básica EN50.
O clipe HEINE mPack®é utilizado para prender o HEINE mPack®no cinto ou
no bolso da calça, etc.
Trocando a bateria:
A bateria do mPack só precisa ser substituída quando ela não está recarregando
adequadamente. Isto normalmente acontece depois de 3 a 5 anos de uso
correto.
Desconecte a tomada do transformador mPack ou remova o mPack da
unidade básica (8) do EN50.
Desparafuse e remova a tampa da parte de trás do mPack.
Remova a bateria velha e desconecte o fio. Nenhuma ferramenta é necessária.
Insira a nova bateria no mPack de forma que o rótulo fique visível e fio da
bateria fique na frente.
Conecte a tomada da bateria à placa de circuito impresso.
Cuidado ao fechar a tampa, verirfique se o fio não está preso entre a tampa
e o aparelho.
Para fechar, localize os dois pinos na tampa, encaixe-os e aperte os
parafusos.
Carregue a nova bateria do mPack durante duas horas antes do uso.
Nota: A bateria do HEINE Li-ion mPack®deve ser descartada corretamente.
Cuidado e manutenção
- Sempre desconecte da fonte de energia antes de limpar.
- Um pano macio pode ser usado para esfregar toda a superfície.
- É possível esfregar com um pano úmido. Se um produto de limpeza for
usado, verifique se ele pode ser utilizado em plásticos.
- Limpeza desinfetante pode ser feita, utilizando-se um desinfetante de
superfície a base de álcool.
- Desinfecção com aerosol, imersão ou desinfecção em uma máquina não
é permitida.
- Sempre verifque o funcionamento de cada dispositivo.
- Só utilize os aparelhos se eles estiverem funcionando corretamente.
