Important!
When using equipment, a few safety
precautions must be observed to avoid injuries
and damage. Please read the complete operating
manual with due care. Keep this manual in a safe
place, so that the information is available at all
times. If you give the equipment to any other
person, give them these operating instructions as
well. We accept no liability for damage or
accidents which arise due to non-observance of
these instructions and safety information.
GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR ELECTRIC
TOOLS
Caution!
Read all safety regulations and instructions.
Any errors made in following the safety regulations
may result in an electric shock, fire and/or serious
injury.
Workplace safety
Keep your work area clean and well illuminated.
Do not operate the electric tool in an environment
where there is a risk of explosions and where there
are inflammable liquids, gases or dust.
Keep the electric tool out of the reach of children
and other persons.
Electrical safety
The connector plug from this electric tool must fit
into the socket.
Avoid bodily contact with earthed surfaces such as
pipes, heating, ovens and fridges.
Keep the tool out of the rain and away from
moisture.
Do not use the cable to carry the electric tool, to
hang it up or to pool it out of the socket. Keep the
cable away from heat, oil, sharp edges and moving
parts of the appliance. If you are working outdoors
with an electric tool, only use extension cables
which are designed specifically for this purpose.
If operation of the electrical tool in a damp
environment cannot be avoided, use an earth-
leakage circuit-breaker.
Safety of persons
Be careful, watch what you are doing and use an
electric tool sensibly. Do not use the tool if you are
tired or under the influence of drugs, alcohol or
medication.
Wear personal protection equipment and always
wear safety goggles.
Make sure that the appliance cannot start up
accidentally.
Remove the keys and wrenches before switching
on the electric tool.
Avoid abnormal working postures. Make sure you
stand squarely and keep your balance at all times.
Wear suitable work clothes. Do not wear loose
clothing or jewelry.
If vacuuming devices and draining devices can be
fitted, make sure that these are correctly attached
and correctly used.
Usage and treatment of the electric tool
Do not overload the appliance. Use the correct
tool for your work.
Do not use an electrical tool with a defective
switch.
Pull the plug out of the socket and/or remove the
battery before making any adjustments to the
appliance, changing accessories or put the
appliance down.
Keep unused electric tools out of the reach of
children.
Make sure to use electric tools, accessories,
attachments, etc. in accordance with these
instructions. Take the conditions in your work area
and the job in hand into account.
Additional safety instructions for compressors
Before connecting the compressor to the power
source, make sure that the power supply
parameters match the information on the
compressor identification plate. If the voltage is
too high, serious injuries and equipment damage

may occur. If you are not sure about the voltage
values, do not connect the compressor. If the
network voltage is too low, the motor may
damage. Always remove the plug from the socket
before any maintenance or adjustment operations.
Do not try to remove parts from the compressor
while under pressure.
Do not attempt to remove electrical components
while the compressor is still connected to the
power source.
Turn off the equipment and unplug it. Do not
adjust the safety valve.
Do not use extension cords. If the exhaust valve
under the pressure controller case (2) is not
working when you press the on / off button, turn
off the power supply and try to identify the
malfunction cause.
Make sure that the greasing oil is clean and that its
level is maintained in the middle of the red circle
on the level indicator (17).
Be careful when you aerate the pressure tank –
compressed air can be extremely dangerous. Make
sure that air blowing does not engage dust, rocks
or other foreign bodies. Please ensure that the air
is exhausted in safe conditions.
In order to reduce fire or explosion risks, do not
spray flammable liquids in confined spaces. The
motor produces sparks during its normal
operation. When these sparks come into contact
with gasoline vapours or flammable liquids, they
cause fires or explosions.
Use the compressor in well ventilated rooms and
do not smoke while spray painting. Do not paint in
the proximity of sparks or open flames. Place the
compressor as far as possible from the spraying
location.
Do not inhale directly the compressed air
produced by the compressor. Do not use the
compressed air to fill breathing cylinders.
Do not use welding equipment near the
compressor. Do not weld anything on the pressure
vessel of the compressor; it could dangerously
loosen the tank.
Do not operate the compressor in the rain or
placed on humid surfaces. Electrocution hazard!
Always turn off the compressor after using it or
before any maintenance operation.
Press the on / off button, wait for the compressed
air to be exhausted by the exhaust valve and then
unplug the compressor.
Check the maximum allowable pressure of all the
equipment used with the compressor. The
pressure delivered by the compressor must be
adjusted so that it does not exceed the maximum
allowable pressure of the used devices and
accessories.
In order to reduce the risk of injury by contact with
mobile parts, do not use the compressor if its
protection is disassembled. Allow hot parts to cool
before touching them.
Read carefully all the labels and instructions on the
paint bottle or other spraying materials.
Strictly observe all safety instructions. Use the
breathing mask if there is any risk of inhaling
sprayed material.
Before using the mask, check if it works properly.
Use goggles whenever using the compressor.
Do not point the accessory nozzle towards your
body or other persons.
Do not attempt to adjust the pressure controller or
the exhaust valve under the case.
Drain the condensation from the tank on a daily
basis in order to avoid corrosion.
Pull the safety valve ring to make sure that it works
properly.
Place the compressor at minimum 300 mm away
from the wall to provide sufficient ventilation for
cooling purposes.
Before transporting the compressor, exhaust the
air from the tank, then from the compressor and
fix the equipment well.
Protect the air hose and the cables from damages.
Check regularly if they have weak points or signs of
wear and replace them if applicable.
Do not use the extension cord for this product.
Instead of any extension cord, use an additional air
hose to avoid power decrease and motor damage.
After a longer period of use, the external metal
parts may overheat.

Press the on / off button to turn off the
compressor. Only after doing that you may
disconnect power from source or remove the plug
from the socket.
Before working with the compressor, check the oil
level. It must be next to the round circle on the
indicator.
After using the compressor, press the on / off
button, disconnect power from source and open
the exhaust valve to reduce pressure.
Do not attempt to remove equipment parts while
it is under pressure.
Make sure that the greasing oil is clean and
available in sufficient quantity at any time.
Once connected to the power network and the
“on” button pressed, the equipment starts
automatically.
Do not inhale the air coming out from the
compressor.
Always check the pressure control valve before
starting work.
Drain the condensation from the tank in order to
avoid its corrosion.
Disconnect power from the network, remove the
plug from the socket and exhaust pressure before
starting maintenance operations.
Do not point the air stream towards your body or
other persons. No not attempt to block air with
your finger or other parts of your body.
Service
Have your electric tool repaired only by trained
personnel using only genuine spare parts.

Before starting the equipment
Make sure that the compressor location is clean,
dry and well ventilated.
To start using the compressor you must first
assembly it.
Start with the handle; in the accessory box you will
find two screws that must be inserted in the
handle tubes.

To fix the wheels, first introduce an axle through
the wheel. Then place the spacer under the wheel.
Fix the wheel assembly through the hole of the
flange under the tank. Fix the plain washer and the
nut. Tighten the nut from under the wheel and
then fix the wheel cover.
Fix the rubber pins on the flange on the front side
of the tank using the provided screws, washers
and nuts.
Oil
Add oil before using the equipment for the
first time!
Using the equipment without oil causes
irreparable damages and warranty loss.
Remove the plastic oil cap located above the
crankcase on the compressor cover.
Pour oil in the crankcase until the oil level in the
indicator reaches the middle of the red circle.
Assembly the provided oil cap and tighten.
According to the temperature of the environment
where the compressor is to operate, you
are recommended the following:
-SAE 5W-30 –for temperatures below 0⁰
-SAE 10W-30 - for temperatures between -15⁰ and
30⁰
-SAE #40 –for temperatures over 30⁰.
Check oil level before any startup.
Air filter
The air filter must be assembled before first
operation. Using the compressor without an air
filter causes damages and cancels warranty.
Remove the plastic plug of the air filter, which is
located on the compressor cap.
First of all, disassemble the filter. Then remove the
butterfly nut and the washer from the filter.
Remove the cover and the air filter.
Pull out the fixing central piece and screw it
manually as tight as possible on the air plug.
Fix the air filter base, then the air filter, the cover,
the washer and the butterfly nut.
Open the adjustable exhaust valve (7).
Operation
As compressed air comes out through the
outlet nozzle, it must not be pointed
towards the user or other persons nearby. Do not
inhale the air delivered by the compressor.
Check the pressure control valve before each time
the equipment is used.
To start the equipment up, lift the on / off button
on the pressure controller cover. When starting
the equipment for the first time, leave the
compressor to run for 10 minutes with no load and
with the exhaust halve open so that all the parts
are properly oiled.
To start up, press the on / off button.
Tank pressure is controlled by the pressure
controller under the case. When the selected
maximum pressure is reached, the pressure
controller is activated and the motor stops.
Pressure keeps on decreasing by air consumption
of the coupled pneumatic tool until the selected
minimum pressure is reached.
After that the pressure controller reactivates the
motor.
Motor start up and shutdown are determined by
the increase and decrease of the air pressure in
the tank, and for this reason the motor starts up
without any other prior warning signal.
The minimum and maximum pressure are set by
default. Do not change these settings.
The pressure of the delivered air can be adjusted
using the outlet manometer, by rotating the
adjustment valve.
In order to read the manometer value
appropriately, the adjustment valve must be set
and the compressed air must go out through the
outlet nozzle. To increase air pressure, rotate the

valve to the right. To decrease the pressure, rotate
the valve to the left.
Whenever you finish work or leave the compressor
unattended:
- press the on / off button;
- wait for the compressed air to go out through the
exhaust valve under the pressure controller case
(you should hear a half a second, short air outlet);
- turn off the equipment and remove the plug from
the socket;
- pull the safety valve ring to ensure that the
compressed air exited the tank or unscrew the
exhaust cap of the tank to release pressure.
Cleaning and maintenance
After the first 10 hours of operation, drain the oil
from the crankcase and add clean oil. Once you do
this, oil shall be changed every 500 hours of
operation.
After each operation, unscrew the drain plug to
exhaust condensation from the tank. Check the
filtering element inside the air filter and replace it
whenever necessary.
Check the functionality of the safety valve on a
daily basis.
Bring the tank under pressure and pull the safety
valve ring outward.
There must be air coming out through the valve.
When you release the valve ring, the air flow must
stop.
Keep your face away from the safety valve
as the air is released with a very high
pressure. Wear goggles!
If the safety valve is not working properly, turn off
the compressor immediately and call our
authorized repair department to have it checked.
Check all fixing bolts and their tightness on a
regular basis.
Check the condition of the power supply cord on a
regular basis, at short time intervals.
To avoid any risks, damaged cables must be
immediately replaced by qualified personnel.
Keep the inlet and outlet air plugs clean and free.
Remove dust and dirt on a regular basis, using a
soft brush or a damp cloth.
Grease all mobile parts on a regular basis.
When cleaning the compressor, wipe it with a
damp, soft cloth.
Do not use alcohol, gasoline or other detergents.
Do not use caustic cleaners on plastic object.
Compressor must not come into contact with
water.
RECYCLING
Electrical and electronic equipment waste (WEEE)
might contain dangerous materials which can have
a negative impact on the environment and human
health if not collected separately.
This item is in conformity with the European
Directive EU WEEE (2012/19/EU) and is marked
with an electronic and electrical waste logo

Siguranța punctului de lucru
Mențineți suprafața de lucru curată și bine

Nu suprasolicitați aparatul.
Nu utilizați unelte electrice cu întrerupătorul
defect.
Scoateți ștecherul din priză și/sau îndepărtați
acumulatorul înaintea oricăror reglaje, schimbarea
pieselor auxiliare sau depozitarea aparatului..
Nu lăsați echipamentele electrice nefolosite la
îndemâna copiilor.
Utilizați unealta electrică, accesoriile și părțile
detașabile etc. conform cu aceste instrucțiuni.
Instrucțiuni de siguranță suplimentare pentru
compresoare
Înainte de a conecta compresorul la sursa de
curent asigurați-văcăparametrii curentului de
alimentare corespund cu datele de pe plăcuța de
identificare a compresorului. Dacătensiunea din
rețea este prea mare, pot surveni răniri grave și
deteriorarea echipamentului. Dacă nu sunteți sigur
de valori, nu conectați compresorul. Dacă

tensiunea din rețea este prea mica, motorul se
poate deteriora. Scoateți întotdeauna ștecherul
din prizăînainte de orice operații de întreținere
sau reglare.
Nu încercați săîndepărtați piese din compresor
când acesta este sub presiune.
Nu încercați săîndepărtați piese electrice cât timp
compresorul este conectat la sursa de curent.
Opriți echipamentul de la întrerupător si scoateți
ștecherul din priză.
Nu reglați supapa de siguranță.
Nu utilizați prelungitoare electrice. Dacădopul de
evacuare de sub carcasa presostatului (2) nu
funcționează când acționați întrerupătorul de -
pornire/oprire, opriți alimentarea electrică și
încercați să identificați cauza defectului.
Asigurați-văcăuleiul de ungere este curat și că
nivelul se menține în centrul cercului roșu de pe
indicatorul de nivel (17).
Atenție când aerisiți rezervorul de presiune - aerul
comprimat poate fi extrem de periculos. Asigurați-
văca jetul nu antrenează praf, pietre sau alte
corpuri străine. Asigurați-vă că aerul este evacuat
în condiții de siguranță.
Pentru a reduce pericolul de incendiu sau explozie,
nu pulverizați lichide infamabile în spații închise. În
mod normal motorul produce scântei în timpul
funcționării. Când aceste scântei vin în contact cu
vaporii de benzina sau lichide infamabile provoacă
incendii sau explozii.
Utilizați compresorul în încăperi bine ventilate și
nu fumați în timpul vopsirii prin pulverizare. Nu
vopsiți în apropiere de scântei sau flacără deschisă.
Așezați compresorul la o distanță cât mai mare de
locul de pulverizare.
Nu inhalați direct aerul comprimat produs de
compresor. Nu utilizați aerul comprimat pentru
umplerea de butelii de respirat.
Nu utilizați echipamente de sudurăîn apropiere de
compresor. Nu sudați nimic pe vasul de presiune al
compresorului: aceasta ar putea slabi rezervorul în
mod periculos.
Nu lucrați cu compresorul în ploaie sau așezat pe
suprafețe umede. Pericol de electrocutare!
Opriți întotdeauna compresorul după utilizare sau
înainte de orice operație de întreținere.
Apăsați întrerupătorul de pornire/oprire și
așteptați evacuarea aerului comprimat prin supapa
de evacuare apoi scoateți ștecherul din priză.
Verificați presiunea maxima admisă a tuturor
aparatelor utilizate cu compresorul. Presiunea
livratăde compresor trebuie reglatăastfel încât sa
nu depășească presiunea maximăadmisăa
aparatelor și accesoriilor utilizate.
Pentru a reduce riscul de rănire prin contact cu
piesele mobile, nu utilizați compresorul cu
protecția demontată. Lăsați piesele fierbinți săse
răcească înainte de a le atinge.
Citiți cu atenție toate etichetele și instrucțiunile de
pe bidonul de vopsea sau alte materiale de
pulverizat.
Respectați cu strictețe toate instrucțiunile de
siguranță. Utilizați masca de respirat în cazul în
care exista riscul inhalării materialului pulverizat.
Verificați funcționarea corectăa măștii înainte de
utilizare.
Utilizați ochelari de protecție când lucrați cu
compresorul. Nu îndreptați duza accesoriilor spre
corpul dumneavoastră sau spre alte persoane.
Nu încercați săreglați presiunea presostatului sau
supapa de evacuare de sub carcasa acestuia.
Scurgeți zilnic condensul din rezervor pentru a
evita coroziunea.
Trageți inelul supapei de siguranță pentru a vă
asigura că funcționează corect.
Așezați compresorul la cel puțin 300 mm distanța
de perete pentru a asigura suficientă ventilație
pentru răcire.
Înainte de a transporta compresorul, evacuați
aerul din rezervor și evacuați aerul din compresor
fixați bine echipamentul.
Protejați furtunul de aer și cablurile de deteriorare.
Verificați periodic dacăacestea prezintăpuncte
slabe sau de uzurăși înlocuiți, dacăeste cazul.

După o perioadălungăde utilizare piesele
exterioare din metal se pot încinge foarte tare.
Apăsați întrerupătorul de pornire/oprire pentru a
opri compresorul. Numai după aceea întrerupeți
curentul de la sursăsau scoateți ștecherul din
priză.
Înainte de a lucra cu compresorul verificați nivelul
de ulei. Acesta trebuie sa se afle lângă cercul roșu
de pe indicator.
După utilizarea compresorului, apăsați
întrerupătorul pornire/oprire, întrerupeți curentul
de la sursăși deschideți supapa de evacuare
pentru a reduce presiunea.
Nu încercați săîndepărtați piese de pe echipament
cât timp acesta este sub presiune.
Asigurați-văcăuleiul de ungere este curat și
disponibil în cantitate suficientă în orice moment.
După conectarea la rețeaua electricăși la
întrerupătorul de pornire, echipamentul pornește
automat.
Nu inhalați aerul care iese din compresor.
Verificați întotdeauna supapa de control presiune
înainte de începerea lucrului.
Evacuați condensul din rezervor pentru a evita
corodarea acestuia.
Întrerupeți curentul de la rețea, scoateți ștecherul
din prizăși evacuați presiunea înainte de începerea
operațiilor de întreținere.
Nu îndreptați jetul de aer din compresor spre
dumneavoastră sau spre alte persoane. Nu
încercați săblocați ieșirea aerului cu degetul sau
alte parți ale corpului.
Service
Încredințați compresorul pentru reparații numai
personalului calificat, care utilizează numai piese
de schimb originale.

responsabil pentru eventualele daune sau
vătămări care sunt produse de nerespectarea
acestor instrucțiuni și a indicațiilor de siguranță.

Înainte de utilizare
Asigurați-vă că locul de amplasare a compresorului
este curat, uscat și bine ventilat.
Pentru a începe să utilizați compresorul este
necesar să realizați pentru început montarea
acestuia.
Începeți cu mânerul pentru care veți găsi în
accesoriile din cutie două șuruburi care trebuie
introduse în țevile mânerului.
Pentru a fixa roțile introduceți mai întâi o osie prin
roată. Așezați apoi șaiba distanțieră dedesubtul
roții. Fixați ansamblul rotii prin orificiul din brida
de sub rezervor. Fixați șaiba plată și piulița.
Strângeți piulița dinspre partea de dedesubt a roții
și apoi fixați capacul roții.
Fixați piciorușele din cauciuc pe brida din partea
din față a rezervorului cu șuruburile, șaibele și
piulițele livrate.
Uleiul
Alimentați cu ulei înainte de prima punere
în funcțiune!
Utilizarea echipamentului fără ulei duce la
deteriorarea iremadiabilă a acestuia și la pierderea
garanției.
Îndepărtați bușonul de ulei din plastic de deasupra
carterului aflat pe carcasa compresorului.
Turnați ulei în carter până când nivelul de ulei din
indicator atinge centrul cercului roșu.
Montați bușonul de ulei livrat și strângeți bine.
În funcție de temperatura mediului în care
compresorul va funcționa, vă recomandăm:
-SAE 5W-30 –pentru temperaturi sub 0⁰
-SAE 10W-30 - pentru temperaturi între -15⁰ și
30⁰
-SAE #40 –pentru temperaturi de peste 30⁰.
Filtrul de aer
Filtrul de aer trebuie montat înainte de prima
punere în funcțiune. Utilizarea fără filtru de aer
deteriorează compresorul și anulează garanția.
Îndepărtați dopul din plastic al filtrului de aer de
pe capul compresorului.
Demontați mai întâi filtrul. Îndepărtați piulița
fluture si șaiba de pe filtru. Îndepărtați capacul și
filtrul de aer.
Trageți în afară piesa centrala de fixare și
înșurubați-o manual cât mai strâns posibil pe priza
de aer.
Fixați suportul filtrului de aer, apoi filtrul de aer,
capacul, șaiba și piulița fluture.
Deschideți supapa de evacuare reglabilă (7).
Operare
Deoarece prin ștuțul de ieșire iese aer
comprimat, acesta nu trebuie săfie
îndreptat spre utilizator sau spre alte persoane din
apropiere. Nu inhalați aerul livrat de compresor.
Verificați supapa de control al presiunii înainte de
fiecare utilizare.
Pentru pornire ridicați butonul pornire/oprire
de pe capacul presostatului. La prima pornire lăsați
compresorul sa funcționeze 10 minute fără sarcină
și cu supapa de evacuare deschisă, pentru a
permite ungerea corectăa tuturor pieselor.
Pentru oprire apăsați butonul pornire/oprire.
Presiunea din rezervor este controlatăde
presostatul de sub carcasă. Când se atinge
presiunea maximăselectată, presostatul
acționează și motorul se oprește.
Presiunea scade prin consumul de aer al uneltei
pneumatice cuplate, pana când atinge presiunea
minimăselectată. După aceea presostatul
reactivează motorul.

COMPRESOR
Pornirea și oprirea motorului sunt
determinate de creșterea și scăderea
presiunii aerului din rezervor, motiv pentru care
motorul pornește fără alta avertizare prealabilă.
Presiunea maximăși minimăsunt reglate din
fabrică. Nu modificați aceste setări.
Presiunea aerului livrat poate fi reglatăde pe
manometrul reglabil de ieșire, rotind robinetul de
reglare.
Pentru a putea citi corect valoarea pe manometru,
robinetul de reglare trebuie setat și aerul
comprimat trebuie săiasă prin ștuțul de livrare.
Pentru a mări presiunea aerului, rotiți robinetul
spre dreapta. Pentru a reduce presiunea, rotiți
robinetul spre stânga.
La terminarea lucrului sau când lăsați compresorul
nesupravegheat:
-apăsați butonul de pornire/oprire
-așteptați ieșirea aerului comprimat prin supapa
de evacuare de sub carcasa presostatului
(trebuie săauziți o scurtă ieșire de aer de
aproximativ o jumătate de secundă)
-opriți echipamentul și scoateți ștecherul din
priză
-trageți inelul supapei de siguranță pentru a vă
asigura căaerul comprimat a ieșit din rezervor
sau deschideți dopul de evacuare al rezervorului
pentru a elibera presiunea.
Curățarea și întreținerea
După primele 10 ore de funcționare scurgeți uleiul
din carter și alimentați cu ulei curat. După aceasta,
înlocuirea uleiului se va face la fiecare 500 de ore
de funcționare.
După fiecare zi de funcționare deșurubați dopul de
scurgere pentru a evacua condensul din rezervor.
Verificați elementul filtrant din interiorul filtrului
de aer și înlocuiți-l când este necesar.
Verificați zilnic funcționarea supapei de siguranță.
Aduceți rezervorul sub presiune și trageți inelul
supapei de siguranță spre exterior.
Prin supapa trebuie sa iasă aer. Când eliberați
inelul supapei, fluxul de aer trebuie să se oprească.
Nu vă apropiați cu fața de supapa de
siguranță deoarece aerul iese cu presiune
foarte mare. Purtați ochelari de protecție!
Daca supapa de siguranță nu funcționează corect
opriți imediat compresorul și apelați la service-ul
nostru autorizat pentru examinarea acesteia.
Verificați periodic toate bolțurile de fixare și
strângerea corectăa acestora.
Verificați periodic, la intervale scurte, starea
cablului de alimentare electrică. Cablul deteriorat
trebuie înlocuit imediat de personal calificat
pentru a evita orice pericol.
Mențineți prizele de intrare și ieșire aer libere și
curate. Îndepărtați periodic praful și murdăria cu o
perie moale sau cu o lavetăumedă.
Ungeți periodic toate piesele mobile.
Când curățați compresorul, ștergeți cu o laveta
moale și umedă. Nu utilizați alcool, benzina sau alți
detergenți.
Nu utilizați substanțe de curățare caustice pe
obiecte din plastic.
Compresorul nu trebuie să intre în contact cu apa.
RECICLAREA
Deșeurile de echipamente electrice și electronice
(DEEE) pot conține substanțe periculoase ce au un
impact negativ asupra mediului și sănătății umane,
în cazul în care nu sunt colectate separat.

Acest produs este conform cu Directiva UE DEEE
(2012/19/UE) și este marcat cu un simbol de
clasificare a deşeurilor de echipamente electrice și
electronice (DEEE), reprezentat grafic în imaginea
alăturată.

Weitere Sicherheitsanweisungen für
Druckluftkompressoren
Bevor Sie den Kompressor an der Stromversorgung
anschließen achten Sie darauf, dass die Parameter
des Stromanschlusses der dem Typenschild
entsprechen. Hochspannung kann Verletzungen
oder Beschädigung des Geräts verursachen. Sollten
Sie betreffend die Spannung nicht sicher sein,
dann schließen Sie das Gerät nicht an.
Unterspannung verursacht Motorschaden. Vor
Wartungsarbeiten oder Anpassungen Netzstecker
immer aus der Steckdose entfernen.
Falls unter Druck, Teile des Kompressors nicht
entfernen.
Elektroteile nie entfernen, wenn das Gerät mit
Strom versorgt ist. Gerät vom Schalter abschalten
und Netzstecker immer entkoppeln.
Sicherheitsventil nie einstellen.
Verlängerungskabeln nie verwenden. Sollte der
Deckel unter dem Druckschaltergehäuse (2) nicht
funktionieren beim Drücken des Ein/Aus Schalters,
dann schalten Sie die Stromversorgung ab und
versuchen Sie die Ursache der Störung zu
identifizieren.
Achten Sie darauf, dass die Schmierung rein ist,
und dass das Niveau in der Mitte des roten Kreises
der Ölstandanzeige ist (17).
Druckluft kann sehr gefährlich sein, wenn der
Druckluftbehälter gelüftet wird. Achten Sie darauf,
dass der Luftstrom kein Staub, Steine oder andere
Fremdkörper geschleppt werden. Achten Sie
darauf, dass die Druckluft unter
Sicherheitsbedingungen abgeblasen wird.
Um den Brandrisiko und Explosionsrisiko zu
vermindern, keine brennbare Flüssigkeiten in
umschlossene Räume spüren. Normalerweise
während der Funktionierung sprüht der Motor
Funken. Sollten diese Funken im Kontakt mit
Benzindämpfe oder Dämpfe von brennbaren
Flüssigkeiten kommen, dann können diese Brände
oder Explosionen verursachen.
Kompressor immer nur in gut gelüfteten Räume
benützen, während der Färbung ist das Rauchen
verboten. Nie in der Nähe von Funken oder
Flammen Färben. Druckluftkompressor so weit wie
möglich vom Sprühplatz platzieren.
Druckluft aus dem Kompressor nicht direkt
einatmen. Druckluft aus dem Kompressor nicht für
das Nachfüllen von Luftbehälter benützen.
Keine Schweißgeräte in der Nähe des Kompressors
benützen. Nie etwas auf dem Druckbehälter
schweißen: das kann gefährliche Beschädigungen
des Druckluftbehälters verursachen.
Nie Kompressor im Regen oder auf nassen Flächen
betätigen. Elektrische Gefahr!
Kompressor immer nach der Betätigung und vor
jeder Wartungsarbeit abschalten.
Ein/Aus Schalter drücken und warten Sie bis die
Druckluft durch das Auslassventil abgelassen ist,
danach Stecker aus der Steckdose entfernen.
Überprüfen Sie den Maximaldruck aller Geräte die
sie zusammen mit dem Kompressor benützen.
Erzeugten Druck des Kompressors muss so
einstellten, dass den Maximaldruck der
verwendeten Geräte nicht überschritten wird.
Um die Verletzungsgefahr zu vermindern, nie
Kompressor ohne Absicherung benützen. Heiße
Teile vor der Demontage abkühlen lassen.
Anweisungen des Lacks oder anderen Sprühmittel
immer einhalten.
Sicherheitsanweisungen immer einhalten. Sollte
Atemgiftgefahr bestehen, dann immer Atemschutz
verwenden. Richtige Aufsetzung des Atemschutzes
immer vor Beginn der Arbeit überprüfen.
Beim Betätigen des Kompressors immer
Schutzbrille benützen. Düse des Zubehörs nie an
den Körper oder anderen Personen richten.
Versuchen Sie nie den Druck des Druckschalters
oder des Auslassventils einzustellen. Um Korrosion
zu vermeiden Schwitzwasser aus dem Tank immer
entfernen.
Ring des Sicherheitsventils ziehen um
sicherzustellen, dass dieser richtig funktioniert.
Kompressor mindestens 300 mm von der Wand
setzen um eine richtige Ventilation für das
Abkühlen sicherzustellen.

Vor dem Transport, immer Luft aus dem
Drucklufttank ablassen und Kompressor gut
fixieren.
Luftschlauch und Kabeln schützen. Immer auf
Schwachstellen oder Verschleißstellen überprüfen,
ggf. ersetzen.
Keine Verlängerungsschläuche benützen. Anstatt
ein Verlängerungsschlauch benützen Sie einen
zusätzlichen Luftschlauch um
Leistungsminderungen und Motorschaden zu
vermeiden.
Nach einer längeren Laufzeit können sich die
Außenteile sehr stark erhitzen.
Ein/Aus Schalter drücken um den Kompressor
abzuschalten. Nur danach können Sie die
Stromversorgung abbrechen oder den Stecker aus
der Steckdose entfernen.
Vor Beginn der Arbeit, Ölstand des Kompressors
überprüfen. Dieser muss sich im Bereich des roten
Punkts der Anzeige befinden.
Nach der Nutzung, drücken Sie den Ein/Aus
Schalter, brechen Sie die Stromversorgung ab und
öffnen Sie das Auslassventil um den Druck zu
reduzieren.
Solange das Gerät unter Druck ist, Teile des
Kompressors nicht entfernen.
Die verwendete Schmierung muss immer rein und
in ausreichender Menge sein.
Nachdem das Gerät wieder an die
Stromversorgung angeschlossen ist und sie den
Ein/Aus Schalter drücken, wird es automatisch
starten.
Luft aus dem Kompressor nicht einatmen.
Vor der Betätigung Druckventil immer überprüfen.
Um Korrosion zu vermeiden Schwitzwasser aus
dem Tank immer entfernen.
Vor den Wartungsarbeiten, immer
Stromversorgung abbrechen, Stecker aus der
Steckdose abkoppeln und Druck ablassen.
Luftdruck aus dem Kompressor nie an den Körper
oder anderen Personen richten. Versuchen Sie nie
die Entlüftung mit dem Finger oder andere
Körperteile abzudecken.
Service
Lassen Sie ihr Elektrowerkzeug nur von qualifi
ziertem Fachpersonal und nur mit Original-
Ersatzteilen reparieren.

Vor der Verwendung
Der Kompressor muss an einem reinen, trockenen
und gut gelüfteten Platz gestellt sein.
Um den Kompressor verwenden zu können,
müssen Sie erst den Kompressor montieren.
Beginnen Sie mit dem Griff; dafür finden sie den
gesamten Zubehör in der Box, sowie zwei
Schrauben die im Griffrohr eingeschraubt werden.
Um die Räder zu fixieren, erst die Achse durch das
Rad eingeben. Abstandsscheibe unter dem Rad
setzen. Räder durch die Öffnung des Haltebügels
unter dem Tank fixieren. Unterlegscheibe und
Schrauben fixieren. Unterschrauben der Räder
anziehen und Räderdeckel fixieren.
Gummihaltestift vor dem Tank fixieren, alle
Schrauben und Scheiben wurden mit dem Gerät
zusammen geliefert.
Schmierung
Vor der ersten Verwendung mit Schmieröl
nachfüllen!
Nutzung des Geräts ohne Schmieröl kann zu
unersetzliche Schaden führen und zum Verlust der
Gewährleistungsrechte.
Öl Deckel entfernen.
Öl in
der Öffnung füllen bis die Ölstandanzeige in der
Mitte des roten Kreises ist.
Öltankverschluss montieren und gut anziehen.
Je nach Umgebungstemperator empfehlen wir
folgendes:
-SAE 5W-30 –für Temperaturen unter 0 °
-SAE 10W-30 - für Temperaturen zwischen -15°
und 30 °
-SAE #40 –für Temperaturen über 30 °.
Vor dem Einschalten Ölstand überprüfen.
Das Luftfilter
Vor der ersten Verwendung Luftfilter montieren.
Betreibung des Geräts ohne Luftfilter kann den
Kompressor beschädigen und zum Verlust der
Gewährleistungsrechte führen.
Kunststoffdeckel des Luftfilters vorne entfernen.
Filter erst demontieren. Unterlegscheibe und
Flügelmutter entfernen. Deckel und Luftfilter
entfernen.
Zentrale Fixierung entfernen und auf dem
Druckluftstecker so fest wie möglich anziehen.
Fixierklammer des Luftfilters fixieren, dann
Luftfilter, Deckel, Unterlegscheibe und
Flügelmutter.
Einstellbaren Auslassventil öffnen (7).
Betrieb
Da der Luftansaugstutzen Druckluft
ablässt, nie am eigenen Körper oder andre
Personen richten. Druckluft aus dem Kompressor
nicht direkt einatmen.
Vor der Betätigung Druckventil immer überprüfen.
Für das Einschalten Ein/Aus Schalter betätigen.
vom Deckel des Druckschalters. Beim ersten
Betrieb, Kompressor 10 Minuten lastfrei
funktionieren lassen mit geöffnetem Auslassventil,
um die richtige Schmierung aller Teile
sicherzustellen.
Für das Ausschalten, Ein/Aus Schalter betätigen.
Der Druck wird mittels des Druckschalters von
unter dem Gehäuse kontrolliert. Wenn der
Maximaldruck erreicht wurde, wird der Motor
durch den Druckschalter abgeschaltet.
Der Druck vermindert sich durch den
Luftverbrauch des gekoppelten Geräts, bis man
den eingestellten Mindestdruck erreicht. Danach
wird den Druckschalter den Motor wieder starten.

Ein/Ausschalten des Motors werden vom
Druckminderung, Druckerhöhung
bestimmt sowie von der Druckminderung des
Lufttanks, deswegen kann der Motor automatisch
Anlaufen.
Maximaldruck und Mindestdruck werden
werkseitig eingestellt. Einstellungen nicht ändern.
Druck des abgeblasenen Lufts kann mittels des
Druckmessers eingestellt werden, indem man das
Drosselventil dreht.
Um die Anzeige des Druckmessers richtig zu lesen,
muss der Drosselventil eingestellt werden und die
Druckluft durch den Ablaufstutzen abgelassen.
Um die Druckluft zu erhöhen, Regelklappe nach
rechts drehen. Um die Druckluft zu mindern,
Regelklappe nach links drehen.
Am Ende der Arbeitszeit oder wenn der
Kompressor nicht bedient wird:
-Ein/Ausschalter drücken
-Warten Sie bis die Druckluft durch das
Ablassventil abgeblasen wurde (warten Sie etwa
eine halbe Sekunde bis sie die abgeblasene Luft
hören)
-Gerät vom Schalter abschalten und Netzstecker
immer entkoppeln
-Ring des Sicherheitsventils ziehen um
sicherzustellen, dass die Luft abgeblasen ist
oder öffnen sie die Ablasskappe um den Druck
zu mindern.
Reinigung und Wartung
Nach den ersten 10 Betriebsstunden Öl aus den
Kurbelgehäuse fließen lassen und ersetzen.
Danach wird das Öl alle 500 Betriebsstunden
ersetzt.
Nach jedem Betriebszeit Ablassdeckel öffnen um
das Schwitzwasser zu entfernen.
Filterelemente des Luftfilters überprüfen und ggf.
ersetzen.
Sicherheitsventil täglich überprüfen. Kompressor
unter Druck bringen und Ring des
Sicherheitsventils nach Außen ziehen.
Durch das Ventil muss Luft blasen. Wenn der Ring
frei gelassen wird, muss der Luftstrom aufhören.
Nie mit dem Gesicht sehr nach an das
Sicherheitsventil stehen da der Luftdruck
sehr hoch ist. Schutzbrille benützen!
Sollte das Sicherheitsventil nicht richtig
funktionieren, Kompressor gleich abschalten und
kontaktieren Sie unsere Fachwerkstatt.
Alle Ankerbolzen regelmäßig überprüfen.
Stromkabel innerhalb kurzer Zeitbestände
überprüfen. Beschädigte Stromkabel müssen
gleich vom Fachpersonal ersetzt werden um
jegliche Gefahren zu vermeiden.
Lufteinlass und Auslass immer rein und freihalten.
Schmutz und Staub mit einer weichen Bürste oder
einen feuchten Lappen entfernen.
Alle mobile teile regelmäßig schmieren.
Bei der Reinigung des Kompressors benützen Sie
einen weichen feuchten Lappen. Kein Alkohol,
Benzin oder andere Reinigungsmittel verwenden.
Keine kaustischen Reinigungsmittel für die
Kunststoffteile verwenden.
Wasserkontakt des Kompressors vermeiden.
RECYCLING
Die Elektro- und Elektronik-Altgeräten können
gefährliche Stoffe mit potentiellen negativen
