III. IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
Thefollowingbasicprecautionsshouldalwaysbefollowedwhenusingelectrical
appliance:
1.Readallinstructionsbeforeusing.
2.Makesurethevoltageinyourlivingareacorrespondingtotheoneshownonthe
ratinglabeloftheappliance.Andthewallsocketisproperlygrounded.
3.Toreducetheriskoffireintheovencavity:
a.Donotovercookthefood.
b.Removewiretwist‐tiesfrompaperorplasticbagsbeforeplacingbagsinthe
oven.
c.Donotheatoilorfatfordeepdryingasthetemperatureofoilcannotbe
controlled.
d.Afterusewipethewaveguidecoverwithadampcloth,followedbydryclothto
removeanyfoodsplashesandgrease.Built‐upgreasemayoverheatandbeginto
causesmokeorcatchfire.
e.Ifmaterialsinsidetheovenshouldsmokeorignite,keepovendoorclosed,turn
ovenoffanddisconnectthepowersupply.
f.Whenheatingfoodinplasticorpapercontainers,keepaneyeontheovendueto
thepossibilityofignition.
4.Toreducetheriskofexplosionandsuddenboiling:
a.WARNING:Liquidsandotherfoodsmustnotbeheatedinsealedcontainersince
theyareliabletoexplode;Babybottlesfittedwithascrewcaporteatare
consideredtobesealedcontainers.
b.Usethewide‐mouthedcontainertocookliquid,andthecookedliquidshould
notberemovedoutimmediately.Severalmomentsshouldbewaitedbefore
removing.Inordertoavoidpossiblehazardscausedbydelayederuptiveboilingof
liquids.
c.Potatoes,sausageandchestnutshouldbepeeledorpiercedbeforecooking.Eggs
intheirshell,wholehard‐boiledeggsshouldnotbeheatedinmicrowaveovens
sincetheymayexplode,evenaftermicrowaveheatinghasended.
d.Thecontentsoffeedingbottlesandbabyfoodjarsaretobestirredorshakenand
thetemperatureistobecheckedbeforeconsumption,inordertoavoidburns.
5.Ifthesupplycordisdamaged,itmustbereplacedbythemanufacturerorits
serviceagentoraqualifiedtechnicianinordertoavoidashockhazard.

8.Topreventtheturntablefrombreaking:
a.Lettheturntablecooldownbeforecleaning.
b.Donotplacehotfoodsorutensilsonthecoldturntable.

9.Makesuretheutensilsdonottouchtheinteriorwallsduringcooking.

12.Donotoperatetheovenwithoutanyliquidorfoodinsidetheoven.Thiswould
dodamagetheoven.

usetheovenunderadultsupervisionduetothetemperaturesgenerated.

V. CLEANING
MICROWAVE OVEN CARE
Theovenshouldbecleanedregularlyandanyfooddepositsremoved.
1.Removethepowercordfromthewalloutletbeforecleaning.Don'timmersethe
applianceinwaterorotherfluidswhencleaning.
2.Failuretomaintaintheoveninacleanconditioncouldleadtodeteriorationofthe
surfacethatcouldadverselyaffectthelifeoftheapplianceandpossiblyresultina
hazardoussituation
3.Neveruseharddetergent,gasoline,abrasivepowderormetalbrushtocleanany
partoftheappliance
4.Donotremovethewaveguidecover
5.Whenthemicrowaveovenhasbeenusedforalongtime,theremaybesome
strangeodorsexistinoven,Following3methodscangetridofthem:
a.Placeseverallemonslicesinacup,thenheatwithhighMicroPowerfor2‐3min.
b.Placeacupofredteainoven,thenheatwithhighmicropower.
c.Putsomeorangepeelintooven,andthenheatthemwithhighMicroPowerfor1
minute.
6.WARNING:Onlyallowchildrentousetheovenwithoutsupervisionwhenadequate

minutes.

Onthestandbystatus,pressInstant/Startbutton,theovenwillstartexpresscookwith
highpower;thedefaultcookingtimeisoneminute.Youcanincreaseordecrease
cookingtimebyturningTime/Weightknob.
6.CLOCKSETTING
Clockbuttonmakeitavailableforyoutoinputcurrentorpresettimewhen“:”flashes
