Dear Customer,

Thank you for purchasing this HENDI appliance. Read this

user manual carefully, paying particular attention to the safe-

ty regulations outlined below, before installing and using this

appliance for the first time.

Safety instructions

• Only use the appliance for the intended purpose it was de-

signed for, as described in this manual.

• The manufacturer is not liable for any damage caused by in-

correct operation and improper use.

• DANGER! RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK! Do not attempt

to repair the appliance by yourself. Do not immerse

the electrical parts of the appliance in water or other liquids.

Never hold the appliance under running water.

• NEVER USE A DAMAGED APPLIANCE! Check the electrical

connections and cord regularly for any damage. When dam-

aged, disconnect the appliance from the power supply. Any

repairs should only be carried out by a supplier or qualiﬁed

person to avoid danger or injury.

• WARNING! When positioning the appliance, route the power

cable safely if necessary to avoid unintentional pulling, being

damaged, coming into contact with the heating surface, or

causing a tripping hazard.

Special safety instructions

• This appliance is intended for commercial use.

• CAUTION! RISK OF BURNS! HOT SURFACES! The

temperature of the accessible surfaces are very high

during use. Touch only the control panel, handles, switches,

timer control knobs or temperature control knobs.

• WARNING! Fat and oil become very hot during operation. Be-

ware of this.

• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the

manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualiﬁed persons

Intended use

• This appliance is intended to be used for commercial appli-

cations, for example in kitchens of restaurants, canteens,

hospitals and in commercial enterprises such as bakeries,

butcheries, etc., but not for continuous mass production of

food.

• The appliance is designed for making wafﬂe only. Any other

use may lead to damage of the appliance or personal injury.

• Operating the appliance for any other purpose shall be

Grounding installation

This appliance is classiﬁed as protection class I and must be

connected to a protective ground. Grounding reduces the risk

of electric shock by providing an escape wire for the electric

current.

This appliance is ﬁtted with a power cord with grounding plug

or electrical connections with grounding wire. The connections

must be properly installed and grounded.

Preparation before use

• Remove all protective packaging and wrapping.

• Check that the device is in good condition and with all ac-

cessories. In case of incomplete or damaged delivery, please

contact the supplier immediately. In this case, do not use the

device.

• Clean the accessories and the appliance before use (See ==>

Cleaning & Maintenance).

• Make sure the appliance is completely dry.

• Place the appliance on a horizontal, stable and heat resistant

surface that is safe against water splashes.

• Keep the packaging if you intend to store your appliance in

the future.

• Keep the user manual for future reference.

NOTE! Due to manufacturing residues, the appliance may emit

a light odor during the ﬁrst few uses. This is normal and does

not indicate any defect or hazard. Make sure the appliance is

well ventilated.

Operating instructions

• Clean the baking plate by a moist cloth before ﬁrst time of

using.

• Connect the power plug with a suitable electrical outlet.

• Switch on the appliance with the ON/OFF switch, it will light

up. Then turn the temperature control knob clockwise to se-

lect the required baking temperature.

• When the baking plate is heating up, the Orange heating in-

dicator light up.

• Wait 5 to 10 minutes for preheating. Once the set temperature

is reached, the Orange heating indicator will go off automat-

ically.

• Now it is ready for baking. Lightly coat the lower baking plate

with butter, margarine or suitable baking oil. Then, spread the

wafﬂe dough evenly on the lower baking plates. Do not pour

too much tough.

• Close the lid by using the handle.

• Orange heating indicator lights up again for heating up. Af-

ter about 2 ~ 4 minutes (time depends on dough moisture,

content, etc) Orange heating indicator will go off again. The

wafﬂe is now ready.

• Remove the wafﬂes using a wafﬂe fork (supplied). Never use

abrasive utensils. This may damage the non-stick coating of

the baking plates. Never use bare hands to touch the food.

DANGER OF BURNS!

Note: When you pour the batter onto the hot baking plate, you

might hear some slight cracking noise caused by difference

in temperature. This is normal.

• Close the appliance if more wafﬂes are to be baked, in order

to maintain the temperature.

• After use: set the Temperature control knob to zero degree in

upwards position until the Orange heating indicator goes out.

Attention! Disconnect the power plug from the electrical

outlet and let it cool completely before cleaning and storing.

RESET the safety cut-out (Hi-limiter or thermal

Please note that a RESET button is equipped with the appliance

to avoid overheat.

• Disconnect the appliance from the power supply.

• Allow the appliance to completely cool down.

• Press the RESET button of the Hi-limiter (thermal cut-out).

You should hear a click sound.

• Connect to the power supply and you can use it again.

Cleaning & maintenance

• ATTENTION! Always disconnect the appliance from the pow-

er supply and cool down before storage, cleaning & mainte-

nance.

• Do not use water jet or steam cleaner for cleaning and do not

push the appliance under the water as the parts will get wet

and electric shock might be resulted.

• If the appliance is not kept in a good state of cleanliness, this

can adversely affect the life of the appliance and result in a

dangerous situation.

• Food residues should be regularly cleaned and removed from

the appliance. If the appliance is not cleaned properly, it will

reduce its lifespan and may result in a dangerous condition

during use.

Cleaning

• Clean the cooled exterior surface with a cloth or sponge

slightly dampened with a mild soap solution.

• For reasons of hygiene, the appliance should be cleaned be-

fore and after use.

• Avoid water contacting the electrical components.

• Never immerse the appliance in water or other liquids.

• Never use aggressive cleaning agents, abrasive sponges, or

cleaning agents containing chlorine. Do not use steel wool,

metallic utensils, or any sharp or pointed objects for clean-

ing. Do not use petrol or solvents!

• No parts are dishwasher safe.

Maintenance

• Check the operation of the appliance regularly to prevent se-

rious accidents.

• If you see that the appliance is not working properly or that

there is a problem, stop using it, switch it off and contact the

supplier.

• All maintenance, installation and repair work must be car-

ried out by specialised and authorised technicians, or recom-

mended by the manufacturer.

Transportation and Storage

• Before storage, always make sure that the appliance has

been disconnected from the power supply and completely

cooled down.

• Store the appliance in a cool, clean and dry place.

• Never place heavy objects on the appliance as this could

damage it.

• Do not move the appliance while it is under operation. Dis-

connect the appliance from power supply when moving and

hold it at the bottom.

• WARNUNG! Fett und Öl werden während des Betriebs sehr

heiß. Hüten Sie sich davor.

• Wenn das Netzkabel beschädigt ist, muss es vom Hersteller,

seinem Kundendienst oder ähnlich qualiﬁzierten Personen

Installation der Erdung

Dieses Gerät ist als Schutzklasse I eingestuft und muss an

eine Schutzerde angeschlossen werden. Die Erdung reduziert

das Risiko eines Stromschlags durch die Bereitstellung eines

Escape-Kabels für den elektrischen Strom.

Dieses Gerät ist mit einem Netzkabel mit Erdungsstecker oder

elektrischen Anschlüssen mit Erdungsdraht ausgestattet. Die

Anschlüsse müssen ordnungsgemäß installiert und geerdet

sein.

Vorbereitung vor Gebrauch

• Entfernen Sie alle Schutzverpackungen und -verpackungen.

• Überprüfen Sie, ob sich das Gerät in gutem Zustand und mit

allen Zubehörteilen beﬁndet. Bei unvollständiger oder be-

schädigter Lieferung kontaktieren Sie bitte umgehend den

Lieferanten. Verwenden Sie in diesem Fall das Gerät nicht.

• Reinigen Sie das Zubehör und das Gerät vor dem Gebrauch

(siehe ==> Reinigung und Wartung).

• Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Gerät vollständig trocken ist.

• Stellen Sie das Gerät auf eine horizontale, stabile und hitze-

beständige Oberﬂäche, die gegen Wasserspritzer sicher ist.

• Bewahren Sie die Verpackung auf, wenn Sie beabsichtigen,

Ihr Gerät in Zukunft zu lagern.

• Bewahren Sie das Benutzerhandbuch zur späteren Bezug-

nahme auf.

HINWEIS! Aufgrund von Fertigungsrückständen kann das Ge-

rät bei den ersten Anwendungen einen leichten Geruch abge-

ben. Dies ist normal und weist nicht auf einen Defekt oder eine

Gefahr hin. Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Gerät gut belüftet ist.

Bedienungsanleitung

• Reinigen Sie das Backblech vor der ersten Verwendung mit

einem feuchten Tuch.

• Schließen Sie den Netzstecker an eine geeignete Steckdose

an.

• Schalten Sie das Gerät mit dem EIN/AUS-Schalter ein, es

leuchtet auf. Drehen Sie dann den Temperaturreglerknopf im

Uhrzeigersinn, um die gewünschte Backtemperatur auszu-

wählen.

• Beim Aufheizen der Backplatte leuchtet die orangefarbene

Heizanzeige auf.

• Warten Sie 5 bis 10 Minuten auf das Vorheizen. Sobald die

eingestellte Temperatur erreicht ist, erlischt die orangefar-

bene Heizanzeige automatisch.

• Jetzt ist es bereit zum Backen. Das untere Backblech leicht

mit Butter, Margarine oder geeignetem Backöl bestreichen.

Anschließend den Waffelteig gleichmäßig auf die unteren

Backbleche verteilen. Gießen Sie nicht zu viel hart.

• Schließen Sie den Deckel mit dem Griff.

• Die orangefarbene Heizanzeige leuchtet zum Aufheizen wie-

der auf. Nach etwa 2–4 Minuten (die Zeit hängt von der Teig-

feuchtigkeit, dem Inhalt usw. ab) erlischt die orangefarbene

Heizanzeige wieder. Die Waffel ist jetzt fertig.

• Entfernen Sie die Waffeln mit einer Waffelgabel (im Lieferum-

fang enthalten). Verwenden Sie niemals abrasive Utensilien.

Dadurch kann die Antihaftbeschichtung der Backbleche be-

schädigt werden. Verwenden Sie niemals bloße Hände, um

das Essen zu berühren. VERBRENNUNGSGEFAHR!

Hinweis: Wenn Sie den Teig auf die Heißbackplatte gießen,

hören Sie möglicherweise ein leichtes Rissgeräusch, das

durch Temperaturunterschiede verursacht wird. Das ist nor-

mal.

• Schließen Sie das Gerät, wenn mehr Waffeln gebacken wer-

den sollen, um die Temperatur aufrechtzuerhalten.

• Nach Gebrauch: Stellen Sie den Temperaturregler auf Null

Grad in der Aufwärtsposition ein, bis die orangefarbene Hei-

zanzeige erlischt.

Achtung! Trennen Sie den Netzstecker von der Steckdose

und lassen Sie ihn vor der Reinigung und Lagerung voll-

ständig abkühlen.

Sicherheitsabschaltung ZURÜCKSETZEN

Bitte beachten Sie, dass eine RESET-Taste mit dem Gerät aus-

gestattet ist, um Überhitzung zu vermeiden.

• Trennen Sie das Gerät von der Stromversorgung.

• Lassen Sie das Gerät vollständig abkühlen.

• Drücken Sie die RESET-Taste des Hi-Limiters (thermischer

Ausschnitt). Sie sollten ein Klickgeräusch hören.

• Schließen Sie das Netzteil an und Sie können es wieder ver-

wenden.

Reinigung und Wartung

• ACHTUNG! Trennen Sie das Gerät immer von der Stromver-

sorgung und kühlen Sie es vor der Lagerung, Reinigung und

Wartung ab.

• Verwenden Sie keinen Wasserstrahl oder Dampfreiniger zur

Reinigung und schieben Sie das Gerät nicht unter das Was-

ser, da die Teile nass werden und ein Stromschlag entstehen

könnte.

• Wenn das Gerät nicht in einem guten Sauberkeitszustand

gehalten wird, kann dies die Lebensdauer des Geräts beein-

trächtigen und zu einer gefährlichen Situation führen.

• Speisereste sollten regelmäßig gereinigt und aus dem Ge-

rät entfernt werden. Wenn das Gerät nicht ordnungsgemäß

gereinigt wird, verkürzt es seine Lebensdauer und kann wäh-

rend des Gebrauchs zu einem gefährlichen Zustand führen.

Reinigung

• Reinigen Sie die gekühlte Außenﬂäche mit einem Tuch oder

Schwamm, der leicht mit einer milden Seifenlösung ange-

feuchtet ist.

• Aus Hygienegründen sollte das Gerät vor und nach dem Ge-

brauch gereinigt werden.

• Vermeiden Sie, dass Wasser mit den elektrischen Kompo-

nenten in Kontakt kommt.

• Tauchen Sie das Gerät niemals in Wasser oder andere Flüs-

sigkeiten.

• Verwenden Sie niemals aggressive Reinigungsmittel, Scheu-

erschwämme oder chlorhaltige Reinigungsmittel. Verwen-

den Sie zur Reinigung keine Stahlwolle, Metallutensilien

oder scharfe oder spitze Gegenstände. Keine Benzine oder

Lösungsmittel verwenden!

• Keine Teile sind spülmaschinenfest.

Wartung

• Überprüfen Sie regelmäßig den Betrieb des Geräts, um

schwere Unfälle zu vermeiden.

• Wenn Sie feststellen, dass das Gerät nicht ordnungsgemäß

funktioniert oder ein Problem vorliegt, stellen Sie die Verwen-

apparaat voor het eerst installeert en gebruikt.

Veiligheidsinstructies

• Gebruik het apparaat alleen voor het beoogde doel waarvoor

het is ontworpen, zoals beschreven in deze handleiding.

• De fabrikant is niet aansprakelijk voor schade veroorzaakt

door onjuiste bediening en onjuist gebruik.

• GEVAAR! RISICO OP ELEKTRISCHE SCHOKKEN! Pro-

beer het apparaat niet zelf te repareren. Dompel de

elektrische onderdelen van het apparaat niet onder in water

of andere vloeistoffen. Houd het apparaat nooit onder stro-

mend water.

• GEBRUIK NOOIT EEN BESCHADIGD APPARAAT! Controleer

de elektrische aansluitingen en het snoer regelmatig op

schade. Als het apparaat beschadigd is, koppelt u het los

van de stroomtoevoer. Reparaties mogen alleen worden uit-

gevoerd door een leverancier of gekwaliﬁceerd persoon om

gevaar of letsel te voorkomen.

• WAARSCHUWING! Leid bij het plaatsen van het apparaat het

netsnoer zo nodig veilig om onbedoeld trekken, beschadiging,

contact met het verwarmingsoppervlak of struikelgevaar te

voorkomen.

• WAARSCHUWING! Zolang de stekker in het stopcontact zit, is

het apparaat aangesloten op de stroomvoorziening.

• WAARSCHUWING! Schakel het apparaat ALTIJD uit voordat

u het loskoppelt van de stroomtoevoer, reiniging, onderhoud

of opslag.

• Sluit het apparaat alleen aan op een stopcontact met de

spanning en frequentie die op het label van het apparaat

staan vermeld.

• Raak de stekker/elektrische aansluitingen niet aan met natte

of vochtige handen.

• Houd het apparaat en de elektrische stekker/aansluitingen

uit de buurt van water en andere vloeistoffen. Als het appa-

raat in water valt, verwijder dan onmiddellijk de voedingsaan-

sluitingen. Gebruik het apparaat niet voordat het is gecontro-

leerd door een gecertiﬁceerde technicus. Het niet opvolgen

van deze instructies leidt tot levensbedreigende risico’s.

• Sluit de voeding aan op een gemakkelijk toegankelijk stop-

contact, zodat u het apparaat in geval van nood onmiddellijk

kunt loskoppelen.

• Zorg ervoor dat het snoer niet in contact komt met scherpe of

hete voorwerpen en houd het uit de buurt van open vuur. Trek

nooit aan het netsnoer om het uit het stopcontact te halen,

trek altijd aan de stekker.

• Draag het apparaat nooit aan het snoer.

• Probeer nooit zelf de behuizing van het apparaat te openen.

• Steek geen voorwerpen in de behuizing van het apparaat.

• Laat het apparaat nooit onbeheerd achter tijdens gebruik.

• Dit apparaat moet worden bediend door getraind personeel in

de keuken van het restaurant, kantines of barpersoneel, enz.

• Dit apparaat mag niet worden gebruikt door personen met

beperkte fysieke, zintuiglijke of mentale capaciteiten of per-

sonen met een gebrek aan ervaring en kennis.

• Dit apparaat mag onder geen enkele omstandigheid door kin-

deren worden gebruikt.

• Houd het apparaat en de elektrische aansluitingen buiten het

bereik van kinderen.

• Gebruik nooit accessoires of extra apparaten die niet bij het

apparaat zijn geleverd of door de fabrikant worden aanbevo-

len. Als u dit niet doet, kan dit een veiligheidsrisico vormen

voor de gebruiker en het apparaat beschadigen. Gebruik al-

leen originele onderdelen en accessoires.

• Gebruik dit apparaat niet met een externe timer of afstands-

bediening.

• Plaats het apparaat niet op een verwarmingsobject (benzine,

elektrisch, houtskoolfornuis, enz.).

• Dek het apparaat niet af als het in werking is.

• Plaats geen voorwerpen op het apparaat.

• Gebruik het apparaat niet in de buurt van open vuur, explo-

sieve of ontvlambare materialen. Gebruik het apparaat altijd

op een horizontaal, stabiel, schoon, hittebestendig en droog

oppervlak.

• Het apparaat is niet geschikt voor installatie in een ruimte

waar een waterstraal kan worden gebruikt.

• Laat een ruimte van ten minste 20 cm rond het apparaat voor

ventilatie tijdens gebruik.

• WAARSCHUWING! Houd alle ventilatieopeningen op het ap-

paraat vrij van obstakels.

Speciale veiligheidsinstructies

• Dit apparaat is bedoeld voor commercieel gebruik.

• LET OP! RISICO OP BRANDWONDEN! HETE OPPER-

VLAKKEN! De temperatuur van de toegankelijke op-

pervlakken is tijdens gebruik zeer hoog. Raak alleen het be-

dieningspaneel, de handgrepen, schakelaars, timerknoppen

of temperatuurregelknoppen aan.

• WAARSCHUWING! Vet en olie worden tijdens bedrijf erg heet.

Pas hier op.

• Als het netsnoer beschadigd is, moet het worden vervangen

door de fabrikant, diens servicemonteur of gelijkwaardig ge-

kwaliﬁceerde personen om gevaar te voorkomen.

• Plaats geen gevaarlijke producten, zoals brandstof, alcohol,

verf, spuitbussen met een ontvlambaar drijfgas, ontvlambare

of explosieve stoffen, enz. in of in de buurt van het apparaat.

• GEVAAR! Gebruik nooit oude olie omdat deze een laag vlam-

punt heeft en vatbaarder is voor koken. Het verhoogt het risi-

co op brand en gevaarlijke situaties.

Beoogd gebruik

• Dit apparaat is bedoeld voor commerciële toepassingen,

bijvoorbeeld in keukens van restaurants, kantines, zieken-

huizen en in commerciële ondernemingen zoals bakkerijen,

slagerijen, enz., maar niet voor continue massaproductie van

voedsel.

• Het apparaat is alleen ontworpen voor het maken van wafels.

Elk ander gebruik kan leiden tot schade aan het apparaat of

persoonlijk letsel.

• Gebruik van het apparaat voor andere doeleinden wordt be-

schouwd als misbruik van het apparaat. De gebruiker is als

enige aansprakelijk voor onjuist gebruik van het apparaat.

Aarding installatie

Dit apparaat is geclassiﬁceerd als beschermingsklasse I en

moet worden aangesloten op een beschermende aarding. Aar-

ding vermindert het risico op elektrische schokken door een

ontsnappingsdraad voor de elektrische stroom te leveren.

Dit apparaat is uitgerust met een netsnoer met aardingsstek-

ker of elektrische aansluitingen met aardingsdraad. De aan-

sluitingen moeten correct worden geïnstalleerd en geaard.

Opmerking: De inhoud van deze handleiding is van toepassing

op alle vermelde items, tenzij anders aangegeven. Het uiterlijk

kan afwijken van de getoonde afbeeldingen.

Voorbereiding voor gebruik

• Verwijder alle beschermende verpakkingen en wikkels.

• Controleer of het apparaat in goede staat is en alle acces-

soires bevat. Neem in geval van onvolledige of beschadigde

levering onmiddellijk contact op met de leverancier. Gebruik

het apparaat in dit geval niet.

• Reinig de accessoires en het apparaat voor gebruik (zie ==>

Reiniging en onderhoud).

• Zorg ervoor dat het apparaat volledig droog is.

• Plaats het apparaat op een horizontaal, stabiel en hittebe-

stendig oppervlak dat veilig is tegen waterspatten.

• Bewaar de verpakking als u van plan bent uw apparaat in de

toekomst op te bergen.

• Bewaar de gebruikershandleiding voor toekomstig gebruik.

OPMERKING! Vanwege productieresten kan het apparaat tij-

dens de eerste paar keer gebruik een lichte geur afgeven. Dit is

normaal en duidt niet op een defect of gevaar. Zorg ervoor dat

het apparaat goed geventileerd is.

Bedieningsinstructies

• Reinig de bakplaat vóór het eerste gebruik met een vochtige

doek.

• Sluit de stekker aan op een geschikt stopcontact.

• Schakel het apparaat in met de AAN/UIT-schakelaar, deze

gaat branden. Draai vervolgens de temperatuurregelknop

rechtsom om de gewenste baktemperatuur te selecteren.

• Wanneer de bakplaat opwarmt, gaat het oranje verwarmings-

indicatielampje branden.

• Wacht 5 tot 10 minuten op voorverwarmen. Zodra de ingestel-

de temperatuur is bereikt, gaat het oranje verwarmingslamp-

je automatisch uit.

• Nu is hij klaar om te bakken. Bedek de onderste bakplaat

licht met boter, margarine of geschikte bakolie. Verdeel ver-

volgens het wafeldeeg gelijkmatig over de onderste bakpla-

ten. Giet niet te veel hard.

• Sluit het deksel met behulp van de handgreep.

• De oranje verwarmingsindicator gaat weer branden om op te

warmen. Na ongeveer 2 ~ 4 minuten (tijd is afhankelijk van

deegvocht, inhoud, enz.) gaat de oranje verwarmingsindicator

weer uit. De wafel is nu klaar.

• Verwijder de wafels met een wafelvork (meegeleverd). Ge-

bruik nooit schuurgerei. Dit kan de antiaanbaklaag van de

bakplaten beschadigen. Gebruik nooit blote handen om het

voedsel aan te raken. GEVAAR VOOR BRANDWONDEN!

Opmerking: Wanneer u het beslag op de hete bakplaat giet,

kunt u een licht krakend geluid horen dat wordt veroorzaakt

door een temperatuurverschil. Dit is normaal.

• Sluit het apparaat als er meer wafels moeten worden gebak-

ken, om de temperatuur te handhaven.

• Na gebruik: stel de temperatuurregelknop in op nul graden

in de opwaartse stand totdat de oranje verwarmingsindicator

uitgaat.

Aandacht! Haal de stekker uit het stopcontact en laat deze

volledig afkoelen voordat u hem schoonmaakt en opbergt.

RESET de veiligheidsuitschakeling (Hi-limiter

of thermische uitschakeling)

Houd er rekening mee dat een RESET-knop is uitgerust met

het apparaat om oververhitting te voorkomen.

• Koppel het apparaat los van de stroomvoorziening.

• Laat het apparaat volledig afkoelen.

• Druk op de RESET-knop van de Hi-limiter (thermische uit-

schakeling). U hoort een klikgeluid.

• Sluit aan op de voeding en u kunt deze opnieuw gebruiken.

Reiniging en onderhoud

• AANDACHT! Koppel het apparaat altijd los van de voeding en

koel het af voordat u het opbergt, reinigt en onderhoudt.

• Gebruik geen waterstraal of stoomreiniger voor het reinigen

en duw het apparaat niet onder water, omdat de onderdelen

nat worden en er elektrische schokken kunnen ontstaan.

• Als het apparaat niet schoon wordt gehouden, kan dit een ne-

gatieve invloed hebben op de levensduur van het apparaat en

leiden tot een gevaarlijke situatie.

• Voedselresten moeten regelmatig worden gereinigd en uit

het apparaat worden verwijderd. Als het apparaat niet goed

wordt gereinigd, verkort dit de levensduur en kan dit leiden

tot een gevaarlijke situatie tijdens het gebruik.

Reiniging

• Reinig het gekoelde buitenoppervlak met een doek of spons

die licht bevochtigd is met een milde zeepoplossing.

• Om redenen van hygiëne moet het apparaat voor en na ge-

bruik worden gereinigd.

• Vermijd contact van water met de elektrische componenten.

• Dompel het apparaat nooit onder in water of andere vloei-

stoffen.

• Gebruik nooit agressieve reinigingsmiddelen, schuursponzen

of reinigingsmiddelen die chloor bevatten. Gebruik voor het

reinigen geen staalwol, metalen keukengerei of scherpe of

puntige voorwerpen. Gebruik geen benzine of oplosmiddelen!

• Geen enkel onderdeel is vaatwasmachinebestendig.

Onderhoud

• Controleer regelmatig de werking van het apparaat om ern-

stige ongevallen te voorkomen.

• Als u ziet dat het apparaat niet goed werkt of dat er een pro-

bleem is, stop dan met het gebruik, schakel het uit en neem

contact op met de leverancier.

• Alle onderhouds-, installatie- en reparatiewerkzaamheden

moeten worden uitgevoerd door gespecialiseerde en bevoeg-

de technici, of worden aanbevolen door de fabrikant.

Transport en opslag

• Zorg er vóór opslag altijd voor dat het apparaat is losgekop-

peld van de stroomtoevoer en volledig is afgekoeld.

• Bewaar het apparaat op een koele, schone en droge plaats.

• Plaats nooit zware voorwerpen op het apparaat, omdat dit het

kan beschadigen.

• Verplaats het apparaat niet terwijl het in werking is. Koppel

het apparaat tijdens het verplaatsen los van de voeding en

houd het aan de onderkant vast.

Problemen oplossen

Als het apparaat niet goed werkt, controleer dan de onder-

staande tabel voor de oplossing. Als u het probleem nog steeds

niet kunt oplossen, neem dan contact op met de leverancier/

dienstverlener.

Elk defect dat de functionaliteit van het apparaat beïnvloedt en

dat binnen een jaar na aankoop aan het licht komt, wordt gere-

pareerd door gratis reparatie of vervanging, mits het apparaat

is gebruikt en onderhouden volgens de instructies en op geen

enkele manier is misbruikt of verkeerd gebruikt. Uw wettelijke

rechten worden niet aangetast. Als het apparaat onder garantie

wordt geclaimd, vermeld dan waar en wanneer het is gekocht

en voeg een aankoopbewijs (bijv. ontvangstbewijs) toe.

In overeenstemming met ons beleid van continue productont-

wikkeling behouden we ons het recht voor om de product-, ver-

pakkings- en documentatiespeciﬁcaties zonder voorafgaande

kennisgeving te wijzigen.

Afvoeren en milieu

Bij het buiten gebruik stellen van het apparaat

mag het product niet worden afgevoerd met ander

huishoudelijk afval. In plaats daarvan is het uw

verantwoordelijkheid om uw afvalapparatuur weg

te gooien door het over te dragen aan een aange-

wezen inzamelpunt. Het niet naleven van deze regel kan wor-

den bestraft in overeenstemming met de toepasselijke regelge-

ving inzake afvalverwijdering. Het gescheiden inzamelen en

recyclen van uw afvalapparatuur op het moment van verwijde-

ring helpt natuurlijke hulpbronnen te behouden en ervoor te

zorgen dat het wordt gerecycled op een manier die de mense-

lijke gezondheid en het milieu beschermt.

Neem voor meer informatie over waar u uw afval kunt afgeven

voor recycling contact op met uw lokale afvalinzamelingsbe-

drijf. De fabrikanten en importeurs nemen geen verantwoor-

delijkheid voor recycling, behandeling en ecologische verwijde-

ring, hetzij rechtstreeks, hetzij via een openbaar systeem.

Przygotowanie przed użyciem

• Zdjąć wszystkie opakowania ochronne i opakowania.

• Sprawdzić, czy urządzenie jest w dobrym stanie i czy jest wy-

Instrukcja obsługi

• Przed pierwszym użyciem należy wyczyścić płytę do pieczenia

wilgotną szmatką.

• Podłączyć wtyczkę zasilania do odpowiedniego gniazdka

elektrycznego.

• Włączyć urządzenie za pomocą przełącznika WŁ./WYŁ., aby

Installation de mise à la terre

Préparation avant utilisation

• Retirez tous les emballages et emballages de protection.

• Vériﬁez que l’appareil est en bon état et avec tous les ac-

REMARQUE! En raison des résidus de fabrication, l’appareil

Ceci est normal et n’indique aucun défaut ou danger. Assu-

rez-vous que l’appareil est bien ventilé.

Mode d’emploi

• Nettoyer la plaque de cuisson avec un chiffon humide avant

la première utilisation.

• Brancher la ﬁche d’alimentation sur une prise électrique

appropriée.

• Allumez l’appareil avec l’interrupteur MARCHE/ARRÊT, il

s’allume. Tournez ensuite le bouton de contrôle de la tempé-

rature dans le sens horaire pour sélectionner la température

de cuisson souhaitée.

• Lorsque la plaque de cuisson chauffe, l’indicateur de chauf-

fage orange s’allume.

• Attendre 5 à 10minutes pour le préchauffage. Une fois la

température réglée atteinte, l’indicateur de chauffage orange

s’éteint automatiquement.

• Il est maintenant prêt pour la cuisson. Enduire légèrement

la plaque de cuisson inférieure de beurre, de margarine ou

d’huile de cuisson appropriée. Ensuite, étalez la pâte gaufrée

uniformément sur les plaques de cuisson inférieures. Ne ver-

sez pas trop fort.

• Fermez le couvercle à l’aide de la poignée.

• L’indicateur de chauffage orange s’allume à nouveau pour le

chauffage. Après environ 2 à 4minutes (le temps dépend de

l’humidité de la pâte, du contenu, etc.), l’indicateur de chauf-

fage orange s’éteint à nouveau. La gaufre est maintenant

prête.

• Retirez les gaufres à l’aide d’une fourchette à gaufres (four-

nie). N’utilisez jamais d’ustensiles abrasifs. Cela pourrait en-

dommager le revêtement antiadhésif des plaques de cuisson.

N’utilisez jamais les mains nues pour toucher les aliments.

RISQUE DE BRÛLURES !

Remarque: Lorsque vous versez la pâte sur la plaque de

cuisson chaude, vous pourriez entendre un léger bruit de

craquement causé par la différence de température. C’est

normal.

• Fermez l’appareil si vous devez cuire plus de gaufres aﬁn de

maintenir la température.

• Après utilisation: réglez le bouton de contrôle de la tempé-

rature sur zéro degré vers le haut jusqu’à ce que le voyant de

chauffage orange s’éteigne.

Attention! Débranchez la fiche d’alimentation de la prise

électrique et laissez-la refroidir complètement avant de la

nettoyer et de la ranger.

RÉINITIALISER la coupure de sécurité (Hi-limi-

teur ou coupure thermique)

Veuillez noter qu’un bouton RÉINITIALISER est équipé de l’ap-

pareil pour éviter la surchauffe.

• Débranchez l’appareil de l’alimentation électrique.

• Laissez l’appareil refroidir complètement.

• Appuyez sur le bouton RESET du limiteur Hi (coupure ther-

mique). Vous devriez entendre un clic.

• Connectez-le à l’alimentation et vous pourrez le réutiliser.

Nettoyage et entretien

• ATTENTION ! Débranchez toujours l’appareil de l’alimenta-

tion et refroidissez-le avant de le ranger, de le nettoyer et de

l’entretenir.

• N’utilisez pas de jet d’eau ou de nettoyeur à vapeur pour le

nettoyage et ne poussez pas l’appareil sous l’eau, car les

pièces risquent d’être mouillées et une décharge électrique

pourrait en résulter.

• Si l’appareil n’est pas maintenu dans un bon état de propreté,

cela peut nuire à sa durée de vie et entraîner une situation

Installazione di messa a terra

Questa apparecchiatura è classiﬁcata come classe di protezio-

La messa a terra riduce il rischio di scosse elettriche fornendo

Preparazione prima dell’uso

• Rimuovere tutte le confezioni protettive e l’involucro.

• Controllare che il dispositivo sia in buone condizioni e con

tutti gli accessori. In caso di consegna incompleta o danneg-

giata, contattare immediatamente il fornitore. In questo caso,

non utilizzare il dispositivo.

• Pulire gli accessori e l’apparecchiatura prima dell’uso (vedere

==> Pulizia e manutenzione).

• Assicurarsi che l’apparecchiatura sia completamente asciutta.

• Posizionare l’apparecchiatura su una superﬁcie orizzontale,

stabile e resistente al calore, sicura contro gli schizzi d’acqua.

• Conservare la confezione se si intende conservare l’apparec-

chiatura in futuro.

• Conservare il manuale utente per riferimento futuro.

NOTA! A causa dei residui di produzione, l’apparecchiatura

può emettere un odore leggero durante i primi utilizzi. Ciò è

normale e non indica alcun difetto o pericolo. Assicurarsi che

l’apparecchiatura sia ben ventilata.

• Pulire la piastra di cottura con un panno umido prima del
