Using iGlucose®
Tips for accurate results
Wash and dry hands before
preparing for each test.
Take blood glucose tests
as oen as needed.
Do regular quality control
tests. (see user manual)
Only use iGlucose strips
opened wiin 3 mons.
Tip: When first opening a vial of test strips,
write e date on it to know when to discard.

Press and hold to power on
device* and unplug before use.
*may need to charge for 2-3 hours before use
Grab iGlucose lancing device, sterile
lancet and vial of iGlucose test trips.

In e case of a medical emergency, please dial 911 or go to
e nearest emergency care facility.

Insert test strip into right side of
meter wi arrow pointing down
towards opening. Close vial promptly.

Press to choose if taking
blood glucose test before eating or
if taking wiin 2 hours of eating.

Setting up iGlucose®Glucometer

When you see and “Apply a drop
of blood” on screen, place pierced
finger on top of test strip. Line must
turn completely red. If not, remove
lancet and retry.1
Meter will count down from 5, en
show result. Results have been sent
to Care Everyday Care Manager
when “reading transmitted
and recorded” is displayed.2
Test complete! See user manual
for instructions on removing and
discarding used lancets and test strips.

Hold base of lancing device
in one hand and cap in e oer.
Gently press down and pull apart.
Firmly insert a fresh lancet into
opening of lancing device.
Firmly put cap back
on lancing device.

Twist off round cover of lancet
and set it aside for later.

Turn top of cap to choose how
deeply lancet will penetrate.
Hold base of lancing device and
pull on e bottom, en release.

Lancing device is now
ready for blood glucose test.

applying e drop of blood to test strip.

The results were saved but didn’t reach e Care Everyday Care
Manager yet. It will be sent along wi e next reading.
