Hints for refrigeration

rack .
Hints for freezing
When fir t tarting-up or after a period out
of u e, let the appliance run at lea t 2
hour on the higher etting before putting
food in the compartment.
Prepare food in mall portion to enable it
to be rapidly and completely frozen and to
make it po ible to ub equently thaw only
the quantity required.
Wrap up the food in aluminum foil or
polyethylene food wrap which are airtight,
