Know your mixer

Safety first!
Your mixershould be usedin such away that it
is protected frommoisture. e.g. condensation,
splashed water etc.Do not place or store your
mixer where itcan fall or be pulled intowater or
any other liquid.
Do not reachfor the appliance if it hasfallen
in any wateror any other liquid. Unplug
immediately.
Make sure thatchildren cannot touch the
mixer or pullthe mains lead.
It is DANGEROUS to insert fingeror touch the
whisks while themixer is switched on.
Switch your mixeroff at the mains before
changing the whisks/doughhooks. Do not eject
the whisks/dough hookswhile the mixer is
working.
Your mixershould be placed away from heat
sources such asradiators, gas/electric fires
and direct sunlight.
Keep the powercord away from any heated
surfaces.
Use the applianceonly for its intended use, as
described in thismanual.
Do not useoutdoors.
Never use yourmixer if it is damaged inany
way. Donot remove any fixed covers. Never
use this applianceif it is not working properly,
or if ithas been dropped or damaged.
The supply cordcan not be replaced. If thecord
is damaged, theproduct can no longer be used.

How to attach the whisks/dough hooks
After removing your mixer from it's packaging wash the whisks before use. When using the mixer make sure
the whisks are firmly clicked into position.

Make sure yourmixer is notplugged
into the mainssupply.(Note: This plug
will be twopin for products sold outside theUK)
Before you useyour mixer washthe
whisks/dough hooks.

Slide the whisk/doughhook with the
washer ring intothe bigger hole.
Rotate them untilthey click into
position.
Slide the whisk/doughhook without
the washer ringinto the other mixer
hole. Rotate themuntil they clickinto
position.

Using your mixer
Toavoid splashing place the whisks/dough hooks inthe mixture before switching the mixer on.

Make sure thewhisks/dough hooks
are properly attached.
Plug the mixerinto the mainsand
switch on atthe mains socket.
(Note: This plugwill be twopins for
products sold outsidethe UK)
Toprevent any splashing,place the
whisks/dough hooks intoyour mixer
before switching themixer on.

Slide the powerswitch to 0and build
up the speed.Yourmixer has 6speed
setting. 1 isthe slowest settingand 6
is the fastest.

The mixer willstart. To make surethat
your mixture mixesproperly, move the
mixer around inthe bowl.

Switch the mixeroff by turning the
power switch to0. To clean theexcess
mixture off the whisks tap them on the
side of thebowl.

Cleaning
Do not use harsh cleaners or solvent as they may damage the casing.

Remove the plugfrom the main
socket. (Note: This plugwill be two
pins for productssold outside the UK)
Switch the mixeroff and gently tap
the whisks/dough hookson the side
of the bowlto remove anyexcess
mixture.
Press the ejectputton to ejectthe
whisks/dough hooks.
Wash the wisks/ dough hooks in
warm soapy water.
The mixer shouldbe cleaned usinga
cloth dampened withwarm water
and detergent. Makesure you donot
allow water toseep into themixer.
