I ln case of any problem with the unit, please do not use until having consulted
an authorized service centre.

The unit should be positioned at 85 to 105cm above
the top of the stove

Loosen the screws of the mounting stand at the
back of the unìt Adjust the unit to a suitable position
on the wall

Keep the unìt in a horizontal level and fix the unit io
the wall with screws provided

Connect the unìt with a separate exhaust duct to
exhaust lampblack to outside the house,

Exhaust air must not be discharged into a flue which
is used for exhausting fumes from applìances
burning gas or other fuels

These instructions concerning the discharge of
exhaust air have to be fulfilled.

Check that the voltage is22OV before connecting power supply cord

The unit goes standby mode and indication lamp is on when power supply cord
is connected.

To operate the fan, press L, R or both buttons To switch on the light, press light
button

Regular Maintenance and Cleaning are recomrnended every two to three weeks

1) Disconnect the power supply cord

Loosen the screw on lower
cover of body, then press
the dismantling button and
detach the lower cover,

Spray Grease Remover
directly to the blades and
wait for 3 to 5 minutes

Close the lower cover and then tighten the screw

Connect the power supply cord and operate the fan at least .15 minutes to make
sure the blades are completely dry,

Rernove and clean the oil container when oil reaches 2/3 ftill

Overhaul Cleaning

1) Disconnect the power supply

Press down the dismantling

cover,

Detach the oit basins

Remove the blades by loosenìng
its locking cap.

Use soft ctoth to clean the
blades and oíl basins with soft
liquid detergent and then rinse
wíth warm water Make sure that
all parts are completely dry before assemble

Assemble the parts in reverse order as shown. Make sure that the lower cover is
securely hooked with the body
