FUSELAGE ASSEMBLY-ELECTRIC VERSION
1. Dia. 45mm and 40mm 2 motor mounts
are included in this kit for your choice.
Use the proper one for the motor you
chosed.
2. Cut one nose cone with bore
slightly smaller than the motor
mount you chose.
3. Sand off about 1mm at both side of the mount as
shown in the picture to avoid interfere to the bore
reinforcement of the nose cone when gluing the
mount to the nose cone.
4. Glue the motor mount
with epoxy glue. Adjust
the motor fixing holes
angle so that the motor
leads will stay at the
top when motor is
attached to the mount.

5. Glue #13 (25 x 50mm plywood) ESC mount to the top inside of the nose cone
with epoxy glue.
6. Connect motor wiring to the ESC, mount the motor to the motor mount with screws ,
mount ESC to the ESC mount with double side tape or Velcro tape.
7. Glue battery / ballast tube mount and inner nose together with epoxy glue.

8. Glue jig together with super glue. Use jig to assemble inner nose cone to fuselage,
glue them together with epoxy glue.
9. Put nose cone to the fuselage and adjust to correct position, drill a 4mm hole through
to the inner nose cone at the distance of 14mm from the edge of nose cone.
10. Grind down the 4mm blind nut to the shape as sown in the photo and glue it to the
inner nose cone pre-drilled 4mm hole.

11. Sand down the sub wing joiners to fit the holes on the fuselage nicely and glue it to the
fuselage with super glue. Both ends of sub wing joiner should be with same length.
12. Glue V-TAIL wing joiners to the tail boom, face the beveled side together.

13. Glue balls to the ELEVATOR/RUDDER horn with
super glue.

14. Install horn to ELEVATOR/RUDDER fix with super glue then add epoxy glue to fill
up the empty space.
Note: Do not over use epoxy glue to avoid
interference
of the movement of
the
ELEV

15. Glue the push rod threaded couplers to the carbon push rods and thread on the nylon
ball joint. Cut the outer tubing of push rods to proper length for servo linkage.

16. Drill (do not drill through hole)a 3mm hole at 8mm
distance from the leading edge of the bottom side
of the aileron at proper location aligns to the servo
horn. Glue aileron horn to the hole with epoxy glue.
17.Drill a 3mm hole at flap
trailing edge and glue the
flap horn into the hole with
epoxy glue.
18. Using the servo connector lead out jig to cut a rectangular hole at the root of the
wing panel.
19. Connect aileron and flap servos with extension cords and p

leads from servo mounting holes to the wing root servo leads out
hole.
20. Prepare aileron push rod with a Z bend at 38mm length then mount the
servo
as shown in the
photo.

22. Prepare 2 pcs. of 6 pin servo connector with 50CM
wire
lengthpull it through the wing servo connector lead
out
hole on the fuselage for wing se o connection.
