1 . Use oven mitts when handling hot materials and allow for
metallic parts to cool down completely before cleaning.
2 . Keep hands and utensils out of the mixing bowl when in use.
3 . Always unplug the appliance from the electrical outlet before
relocating, servicing, or cleaning it.
4 . When the appliance is not in use and before cleaning, unplug
the appliance from the electrical outlet.
5 . To protect from electric shocks, do NOT immerse in or expose
the base, power cord, or plug to water or any other liquids.
NEVER use this appliance near water or wet surfaces.Do NOT
plug/unplug the appliance into/from the electrical outlet with
your hands wet.

6 . Do NOT operate the appliance if the power cord is cut, damaged,
or if the wires are exposed. If the power cord is damaged, it must
be replaced by the manufacturer of an authorized service center
in order to avoid damages or injuries. Do not attempt to repair,
adjust, or replace parts yourself.
7 . Keep the power cord and appliance AWAY from heated surfaces,
including stovetops, burners or heated ovens.
8 . To disconnect the appliance from an electrical outlet, pull
directly on the plug; DO NOT pull on the power cord.
9 . Do NOT put any stress on the power cord where it connects to
the appliance, as the power cord could fray and break.
10. Do NOT operate the appliance if it malfunctions, or if it is
dropped or damaged.
11. This appliance has NO user-serviceable parts. Do NOT attempt
to examine or repair this appliance yourself. ONLY qualied and
approved service personnel should perform servicing.
12. This appliance is intended for HOUSEHOLD and INTERIOR USE
ONLY and cannot be used for any other purpose. This item is
NOT a toy.
13. Keep the appliance out of the reach of children and pets. This
appliance is NOT intended to be used by children and strict
supervision is necessary when used near children. This appliance
is not intended to be used by persons (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities or lack the
knowledge and experience unless they were supervised or
instructed on how to use the appliance by a person responsible
for their safety. Children must be supervised to ensure that they
do not use this appliance as a toy.
14. Do not operate any appliance with a power cord of plug that has
been damaged, after having been mishandled, or was damaged
in any way.
15. Do NOT use any attachments or accessories that are not
recommended or sold and approved by the manufacturer for
this appliance, as it may cause a re, electrick shock, or serious

16. Do NOT let cord hang over the edge of a table or counter.
17. Do NOT place the appliance near burners or any other hot
appliance, as it may cause a re.
18. Do not place objects on top of the appliance while it is in use.
Do NOT leave the appliance unattended while it is in use.
19. Do NOT use abrasive or metallic materials to clean the
appliance, as it could damage the surface.
20. In order to turn o the appliance, make sure that the control is
set to “0” (OFF) and then unplug the power cord from the wall
outlet.
21. This appliance is not meant to be used with an external timer or
by an external remote control system.
22. Avoid contact with mobil parts. To reduce the risk or injuries to
people and/or damages to the appliance, do not put hands, hair,
clothes, or any other objects near the beaters or hooks of the
appliance before cleaning.
23. Do not use the appliance for any other purpose other than the
one indicated. Do not use the appliance to mix together hard
solid ingredients as the motor could overheat.
24. Do not use the appliance continuously for more tan one minute.
Let the motor rest for one minute inbetween uses.
WARNING: During the rst few minutes of initial use, you may notice
a little smoke and/or a slight odor. This is normal and should quickly
disappear. It will not recur after appliance has been used a few times.

• EXTENSION CORDS
A short power-supply cord is to be provided to reduce the risk
resulting from becoming entangled in or tripping over a longer cord.
Longer detachable power-supply cords or extension cords are
available and may be used if care is exercised in their use. If a longer
detachable power-supply cord or extension cord is used:
1 . The marked electrical rating of the cord set or extension cord
should be at least as great as the electrical rating of the appliance.
2 . The longer cord should be arranged so that it will not drape over
the countertop or tabletop where it can be tripped over, snagged,

or pulled on unintentionally by children or the user.
• POLARIZED PLUG
This product has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the
other). To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug is intended to
t into a polarized outlet only one way. If plug does not t fully into
the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not t contact a qualied
electrician. Do not attempt to modify the plug in any way.
NOTE: during the rst minutes of initial use, you may notice a little
smoke and/or smell coming from the appliance. This is normal and
will disappear. It will stop happening after the appliance has been
used a few times.
HOW TO OPERATE
1 . Unpack the appliance and all parts. Remove all packaging
materials, including any stickers or labels.
2 . Before using the appliance for the rst time, wash the beaters
and the hooks in warm water and soap. Rinse and dry.
3 . Make sure the speed control is set to “0” (OFF) and the
appliance is unplugged from the wall outlet.
4 . Insert the beaters of hooks, one at a time, by placing the stem
end of the beaters into the opening on the bottom of the

appliance. Turn the beaters slightly and push in unil the beaters
click into place. Choose the beaters of hooks according to the
type of recipe you wish to prepare. Plug the power cord into the
wall outlet.
5 . NEVER IMMERSE APPLIANCE OR CORD IN WATER OR ANY
OTHER LIQUID.
6 . Select the speed you wish to use depending on the recipe (view
SPEED SETTINGS). With any speed, the appliance will turn on.
When the mix is ready, set the speed control back to “0” (OFF).
Make sure the motor is no longer running before you lift the
beaters or hooks completely out of the mixing bowl.
7 . Unplug the appliance and press the eject button to eject the
beaters or hooks.
8 . Place the beaters or hooks inside the mixing bowl and place the
appliance on the table.
SPEED SETTINGS
Speeds 1-2: Should be used when stirring liquid ingredients or when
mixing dry and liquid ingredients together in a recipe and when
preparing any of the ready-mix or packaged instant batter.
Speeds 3-4: Should be used when preparing cake mixes or for
directions calling for medium speed. Used to cream butter and sugar
together.
Speeds 5-6 and Turbo: Should be used to whip egg whites or whole

eggs, whipping cream, evaporated or powdered milk.
NOTE: the appliance is equipped with a Turbo button which allows
the appliance to function at the fastest speed when pressed. To
stop the Turbo function, simply stop pressing the Turbo button. Do
not use the Turbo function or speed 6 for more than one minute
at a time and allow 1-minute rests in between uses. Do not use the
appliance on speeds 1-5 for more than 2 minutes at a time and allow
1-minute rests in between uses.
Beaters: Should be used for more liquid mixes such as crepe mix
Hooks: Should be used for thicker consistency mixes such as bread
dough.
CLEANING
Proper maintenance will ensure years of service of your appliance.
Clean the appliance after every use following these steps. This
appliance contains no user-serviceable parts and requires little
maintenance.
1. Unplug power cord from wall outlet.
2. Softly tap the beaters or hooks on the side of the mixing bowl to
get rid of any mix/batter excess.
3. Push the eject button to eject the beaters or hooks.
4. Wash the beaters or hooks in warm soapy water and dry
completely.

5. The appliance must be cleaned with a wet cloth with warm water
and soap. Dry completely. Never immerse the appliance in water
or any other liquid.
6 . Do not use harsh cleansers or solvents as they may damage the
casing.
7 . Place the beaters and hooks in the xing bracket.
8 . Do not use any metallic products to clean the surfaces of the
appliance in order to avoid damages to the casing.
CAUTION: DO NOT IMMERSE THE APPLIANCE, THE POWER CORD,
OR THE PLUG IN WATER OR ANY OTHER LIQUIDS.
STORAGE
NOTE: This appliance comes with a storage bracket, which goes in
the beaters/hooks holes. Once inserted, attach the beaters and
hooks. See parts image
1 . After following the steps of cleaning and maintenance, collect
the power cord.
2 . Store the appliance in a dry and clean place.

1 . Use guantes de cocina cuando maneje materiales calientes y permita
que las partes metálicas se enfríen antes de limpiar.

7 . Mantenga el cable de alimentacióny el artefacto alejado de supercies
calientes, incluyendo estufas y hornos.
8 . Para desconectar el artefacto del tomacorriente, tire directamente del
enchufe, NO tire del cable de alimentación.
9 . NO ponga presión sobre el cable de alimentación donde se conecta al
artefacto, ya que el cable de alimentación podría romperse.
10. NO utilice el artefacto si funciona mal, o si se ha caído o dañado.
11. Este artefacto no tiene piezas que el usuario pueda reparar. No trate

20. Para apagar el artefacto coloque todos los controles en la posición
“0” (apagado) y luego retire el enchufe del tomacorriente

• CABLES DE EXTENSIÓN
Se provee un cable de alimentación corto para reducir el riesgo de enre-
darse o tropezar con un cable/cordón largo. Pueden usarse cables de
extensión más largos si se toman las precauciones necesarias en su uso.
Si se usa cable de extensión:
1. Las características eléctricas del cable de extensión deben ser iguales o
superiores a las del artefacto.

2. El cable debe colocarse de forma que no cuelgue para evitar que se
pueda tropezar, enredarse o tirar de él accidentalmente (especialmente
por niños).
• ENCHUFE POLARIZADO
Este electrodoméstico tiene un enchufe polarizado (una pata del
enchufe es más ancha que la otra). Para reducir el riesgo de descarga
eléctrica, este enchufe está diseñado para entrar de un solo modo en la
toma eléctrica. Si el enchufe no entra totalmente en la toma de corrien-
te, invierta su posición. Si aun así no entrase, póngase en contacto con
un electricista calicado. No intente modicar el enchufe de ninguna
manera.
SOLO PARA USO DOMESTICO
NOTA: Durante los primeros minutos de uso inicial, usted puede notar
un poco de humo y/o un olor del artefacto. Esto es normal y desapa-
recerá. No va a reaparecer después de que el artefacto se haya utiliza-
do un par de veces.
INSTRUCCIONES DE USO:
1 . Desempaque el artefacto y todas sus partes. Remueva los materiales
de empaque, incluyendo calcomanías y etiquetas.
2 . Antes de utilizar el artefacto por primera vez, lave los batidores o
ganchos en agua jabonosa caliente. Enjuague y seque.
3 . Asegúrese de que el control de velocidad está en la posición “0”
(apagado) y desconectado de la toma de corriente.
4 . Inserte los batidores o ganchos uno a la vez, colocando el extremo
del vástago del batidor o gancho dentro de la abertura en la parte

inferior del artefacto. Gire los batidores o ganchos ligeramente
y empuje hasta que encajen. Escoja el batidor o gancho según la
receta que desea preparar. Enchufe el artefacto en un toma corriente
apropiado.
5 . NUNCA SUMERJA EL ARTEFACTO OR EL CORDON ELECTRICO EN
AGUA U OTRO LIQUIDO.
6 . Seleccione el ajuste de velocidad dependiendo de la receta, ver
a continuación “Ajustes de Velocidad.” Con cualquier velocidad el
artefacto se encenderá. Cuando la mezcla esté completa, coloque
el control de velocidad en “0” (apagado). Asegúrese de que el
motor deje de funcionar antes de levantar los batidores o ganchos
completamente fuera del recipiente.
7 . Desenchufe la unidad y pulse el botón de expulsión para liberar los
batidores o ganchos.
8 . Coloque los batidores o ganchos dentro del recipiente y apoye el
artefacto en la mesa.
AJUSTES DE VELOCIDAD
1 . 1ra-2da velocidad: Se utiliza para revolver los ingredientes líquidos
o cuando se mezclan los ingredientes secos (polvo) y líquidos
en una receta, o en la preparación de cualquiera de las mezclas
instantáneas.
2 . 3ra-4ta velocidad: Se utilizan en la preparación de mezclas de pastel
o una receta que pida velocidad media. Se utiliza para mezclar la
mantequilla junto con el azúcar.
3 . 5ta-6ta velocidad y Turbo: Se utiliza para batir claras de huevo y
preparar crema batida.

NOTA: El artefacto posee un botón Turbo que permite conectar la
máxima velocidad al presionarlo, para desconectarlo solo deje de pulsar
el botón. No use el Turbo o la velocidad 6 por más de un minuto seguido
y deje descansar por un minuto entre usos. No use el artefacto en las
velocidades 1 a 5 por más de dos minutos continuos y deje descansar
por un minuto entre usos.
Set de batidores: Úselos para mezclas o masas de consistencia más
liquida como por ejemplo masa de crepes.
Set de ganchos: Úselos para masas de consistencia más solida como
por ejemplo masa de pan.
LIMPIEZA Y MANTENIMIENTO
El mantenimiento adecuado asegurará muchos años de uso con su
artefacto. Limpie el artefacto después de cada uso. Este artefacto no
contienepiezas reparablesporelusuarioyrequierepocomantenimiento.
1 . Retire el enchufe del tomacorriente.
2 . Golpee suavemente los batidores o ganchos en el lateral del
recipiente para eliminar cualquier exceso de mezcla.
3 . Pulse el botón de expulsión para expulsar los batidores o ganchos.
4 . Lave los batidores o ganchos en agua jabonosa y seque
completamente.
5 . El artefacto debe limpiarse con un paño humedecido con agua tibia
y detergente. Seque completamente. Nunca sumerja el artefacto en
agua.

6 . No use limpiadores abrasivos o solventes, ya que podrían dañar la
carcasa del artefacto.
7 . Coloque los batidores o ganchos en la pieza de almacenamiento.
8 . No utilice ningún producto de metal para limpiar las supercies del
artefacto para evitar daños al acabado.

ALMACENAJE
NOTA: Este artefacto incluye un accessorio para colocar los ganchos
y batidores al momento de guardar, el cual va insertado en los hoyos
de la batidora. Una vez insertado el accesorio, coloque los ganchos y
batidores como se muestra en la imagen de las partes.
1. Luego de seguir los pasos de limpieza y mantenimiento, recoja el
cable de alimentación.
2. Guarde el artefacto colocado en su base en un lugar seco y limpio.
