Safety Instructions:
Please read this instruction manual carefully before use and keep in a safe
place for future reference. If you give the appliance to another person supply
them with the instruction manual.
Intended use:
This appliance is intended for use as Heated Electric Throw. Use it for
domestic purposes and in the way indicated in this instruction manual. The
appliance is designed for private use. The appliance is not suited for
commercial use, medical clinic use, people fitted with pacemakers or pets.

Caution! Do not operate any appliance if:
Power cable is damaged.
After unpacking, ensure that the item is intact with no visible signs of
damage that could be caused during delivery. If damaged contact
our customer services number shown on page 2.
In case of malfunction or if it has been dropped or damaged in any
manner.
Should the cable be damaged, it must be replaced by a competent
qualified electrician.
Caution! An electric appliance is not a toy!
Never leave the appliance unsupervised when in use.
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children)
with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of
experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for
their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not
play with the appliance.
NOT to be used by young children (0-3 years). Children under the age
of three are not to use this appliance due to their inability to react to
overheating.
Explain to your children all risks which can be caused by electric
currents.
Do not use it on persons insensitive to heat, helpless persons, infants or
children without supervision. Do not use to warm animals.
Caution ! Do not leave packaging components (plastic bags,
cardboard, polystyrene, etc.) within easy reach of children, danger
of suffocation!
Always check that the power supply corresponds to the
Voltage shown on the rating plate.

Unplug the appliance:
1. Before removing or changing accessories.
2. Before cleaning accessories or the appliance.
3. When malfunctioning during use.
4. To unplug pull the plug, never pull on the power cable to avoid
damage.
5. Never move the appliance by pulling the power cable. Make sure the
power cable cannot get caught in any way and is not a trip hazard.
6. Do not wind the power cable around the appliance and do not bend
it. From time to time check if the power cable is damaged. If the
appliance power cable is damaged please do not use and contact
your place of purchase.
Caution! Danger of electric shock! Appliance power cable and plug
should never come into contact with water or any other liquids.
Never immerse the appliance when connected with the power
cable or the plug in water or any other liquid for any reason
whatsoever.
Never use the appliance near a sink, or bathtub.
Never touch the appliance with wet hands or standing on wet
ground.
Never place the appliance on wet surfaces.
Never use the appliance outdoors. The appliance is not suited for
outside use.
Additional protection may be obtained by fitting a residual current device that
must not exceed 30 mA (IF < 30mA) into your home installation. Please
consult a qualified electrician.
Plugging: Before first use ensure that your mains voltage
corresponds to that stated on the rating plate of the appliance. Connect this
appliance to a plug which is wired according to UK regulations.
Run the cable in a way that nobody can trip over it or pull on it to avoid
accidents.
Take care that the cable never comes into contact with sharp edges and
hot objects.

Attention! If this throw is used on an adjustable bed, check
that the throw and power cable do not become trapped or rucked, for example
in hinges.
The item must never be used folded or crumpled.
Do not pull on the power cable, twist or bend it sharply.
Do not pierce the appliance with needles!
Only use original accessories.
Never leave the appliance unattended during operation and always
unplug after use.
This throw must only be used for its intended purposes which
is an electric throw.
Never tuck in or fold any of the wired areas or the control
unit.
BEFORE FIRST USE:
Remove all packaging parts before initial operation and save for future
storage.
When the item is used for the first time like any new item it may let off a
slight odour but this will disappear after a short while.

Positioning the Throw:
1. Position the electric throw evenly ensuring it is lying flat where possible.
2. Do not tuck in any of the wired areas of the controller or the controller,
make sure they are not in contact with any sharp surfaces, they are
easy accessible and not a trip hazard.
OPERATION:
With the electric throw you can gently warm and relax your whole body. The
heating throw features a unique temperature control that regulates precisely
the warmth-supply according to the chosen heat setting. The easy-care
material and the detachable operating control or controls make the throw
machine washable up to 30°C.
Temperature:
Plug the product into a mains power socket, push the slide control to “1”
position for “ON”, select the desired heat setting 1-9 or “0” for OFF, it is
recommended to use setting 7-9 for quick heat up then select a lower setting.
To switch the throw off completely simply push the slide control to “0” position.
The heated throw is designed so the temperature setting levels 1-6 are
suitable for continuous use. Temperatures may vary depending on room.
Timer:
The controller of the electric throw has a timer button with setting 1-9 hours
and “H” for 12 hours. Press the “Timer” button to control how long you want the
blanket to be left on. It is recommended if you intend to use the throw for up to
9 hours or “H” for 12 hours to have the heat setting on 1-6.
Overheat Protection:
All electric throws are fitted with our overheat safeguard system. This offers
protections against overheating or damage to the element by disengaging the
power to the heating element before any overheat hazards occur.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE:
NEVER DRY CLEAN.
Before washing the electric throw, unplug it from the mains power socket and
let it completely cool down. Unplug the control units from the electric throw.
The electric throw may be washed by machine according to the instructions on
the label at 30 degrees Celsius. Always ensure the controls are detached from
the throw before washing and NEVER immerse the control units in water.
To best dry the electric throw, hang on a clothes line to dry naturally without
using securing pegs, never dry in a dryer and never iron. When the electric
throw is completely dry, it should be reconnected to the control switch unit in
the correct manner. The electric throw must only be operated with the control
unit provided. When storing the heating throw, allow it to cool down before
folding. Store the throw in a clean and dry place. When storing, do not place
any objects on the electric throw to prevent buckling and damage to the
internal wiring. Never use any moth proofing chemicals or products.

Do not dispose of electrical appliances as unsorted municipal waste, use
separate collection facilities.
Contact your local council for information regarding the collection systems
available.
If electrical appliances are disposed of in landfills or dumps, hazardous
substances can leak into the groundwater and get into the food chain damaging
your health and well-being.
When replacing old appliances with new ones, the retailer is legally obligated to
take back your old appliance for disposal free of charge.

Should this unit be operated under conditions other than those recommended,
