Make sure to read all instructions before using this product. Failure to observe
and follow warnings and instructions may result in severe bodily injury.
SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS.
Improper use of this product may cause serious injury from explosion.
Never spray flammable materials or pressure and gas producing
chemicals. Chemicals can be hazardous when used with sprayers,
read manufacturer's label.
• Do not use caustics or acids.
• Do not store liquid in tank; dispose of all liquids properly.
• Do not let pressurized tank sit in heat or sun due to risk of pressure build up.
• Wear protective eye gear, gloves, and appropriate clothing while spraying.
• Do not stand over top of tank when pressurizing.
• Explosion risk; do not use if tank is damaged or cracked.
• Do not use if hose is leaking or is damaged.
• Do not overfill tank; fill only to indicated capacity.
• Do not pressurize sprayer before ready to use.
• Do not carry sprayer by hose or spray wand.
How to Use - For use with thin materials only.
1. Unscrew pump by turning blue handle counterclockwise. Pump cylinder can
then be removed from the tank to allow for filling.
2. Pour material into tank opening. Follow manufacturer’s directions
for mixing chemicals. Locate maximum fill line. Do not overfill tank.
3. Replace the cylinder and blue handle in the correct position and screw down
firmly. Make sure both ends of hose are tightly screwed into tank and handle.
Note: Avoid getting dirt, grass, and any other objects into the tank, as it will
cause blockage.
4. Pump up the full container until desired pressure for spraying is achieved.
The higher the pressure, the better the spray pattern will be.
5. Depress trigger on wand to start spraying. For continuous spraying, lock
trigger in place by pushing down on trigger, then slide trigger forward into
locked position.
6. Pump sprayer as needed for continual spraying.
7. After spraying is complete, release pressure by pulling out pressure relief
valve until air escapes.
Clean Up
1. Make sure to release pressure from sprayer before removing pump cylinder.
2. Remove pump cylinder and empty out material. Dispose of material properly.
Follow local ordinances and guidelines for chemical disposal.
3. Thoroughly wash and flush by spraying water through handle. A mild
detergent can be added if needed or use manufacturer’s recommended
cleaning solution.
4. Make sure spray tip is cleaned and free of debris.
5. Do not tighten pump handle for storage. Store in a dry area.
