INTRODUCTION
SAFETY
Thank you for purchasing the Honeywell Pet Activity Tracker. This product
adds a new level of convenience to caring for our pets. With the use of the
Honeywell Smart Pets App on your mobile device, you can follow your pet's
steps, calories burned, active hours, rest time and more. Compare
day-to-day collected data and set goals to ensure your pet stays active.
With 4G GPS, you can follow your pet's tracks in real time and use digital
geo-fencing to notify you if your pet leaves their "safe zone." In emergencies,
use the recorded route history and find-my-pet alarm to locate them.
After opening the product package, please confirm whether the device is
in good condition. Check the following list to confirm all accessories are
included: 1 Tracker, 1 Silicone Case, 1 One-Size-Fits-All Collar, 1 USB Cable
with Tracker Router / Charging Dock and 1 User Manual.
Use this device only as described in this manual.
To protect against shock, DO NOT place charging cord in water or spray with liquids.
Close supervision is required when any device is used by or near children.
DO NOT use this device with a damaged charging cord. DO NOT use if the
product malfunctions or becomes damaged.
DO NOT run the charging cord under carpet, rugs or small coverings.
Keep cord out of high traffic areas and anywhere it can be tripped over.
WARNING: Strangulation Hazard.Keep the cord out of reach of children and pets.
WARNING: Choking Hazard. Keep tracker out of reach of children and pets.
Only leave tracker unattended around pets if it attached to a collar and
secured properly around their neck.

and is not recommended to be used on other animals.
INSTALLATION
Device Set Up
1. Remove the tracker and silicone case from your package. Slip the tracker
through the front of the silicone case and make sure all 4 corners of the
tracker and case are aligned for proper placement. The Honeywell logo
should be in the top left corner of the for proper placement (see picture 1).
2. Flip the tracker over to make sure that the charging port is aligned vertically
as seen in the image below. This will allow you to place your tracker on the
router/charging dock without removing it from the case (see picture 2).

3. Charge the device by aligning the vertical charging port on both the back
of the tracker and the router. The tracker will be magnetically attracted to the
router if aligned correctly and will easily connect.
4. Connect the USB connector of the router to a 5V 1A power adapter (power
adapter NOT included) and plug into a power outlet. The tracker light will
stay solid yellow while charging and turn solid green when fully charged. A full
charge should take approximately 2 hours and should last about 3-4 days
at the minimum. When the Tracker and Tracker Router/Charger are connected
properly and paired within Honeywell Smart Pets App (please see "Connect
Tracker and Router to App " and “Pair Tracker and Router” sections for detailed
instructions), the Tracker battery life will be extended to about 7-10 days at
the minimum.
5. If you choose to add your tracker to the one-size-fits-all collar, remove it
from the packaging and adjust it to a length that will comfortably fit your
dog. The included collar is intended for dogs and is not recommended to be
used on other animals. Be sure that the collar is not too tight and has plenty
of length to keep your pet safe.
6. Lace the collar through the right loop on the silicone case first, from the
top of the tracker to the bottom. Pull the collar through until your tracker
reaches the desired location.
7. Lace the collar through the left loop on the silicone case from bottom of
the GPS to the top. Finish pulling the collar though until the GPS sits flat.
8. If you choose to use your own collar of choice, simply follow steps 6 & 7.
9. Make sure the tracker and tracker router are connected to the Honeywell
Smart Pets App (please see "Connect to App" Section of this User Manual)
before placing on your pet.
10. Clip the collar onto your dog and ensure it has enough length to stay
comfortable and safe. Let the activities begin!

Power button:
When first turning on the Tracker, or the first time turning it on after the device
has been reset, press and hold the power button for 6 seconds until the blue
light indicator is flashing repeatedly. While the blue light is in flashing,
the Wi-Fi connection is active and it is ready to be connected to the
Honeywell Smart Pets App. If the device is not connected to the App within
5 minutes, it will automatically exit pairing mode (blue light will stop flashing).
If your Tracker has already been connected to the App but is powered off,
hold down the power button for 6 seconds until the blue light indicator flashes
3 times then stops. You will then see your Tracker as, "Active" within the App,
allowing access to Tracker data and App controls.

To check if the tracker is powered on and online, press the power button once.
The blue LED light will flash once if the tracker is active.
To send an SOS message to your App, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds
until the large yellow light starts flashing to indicate the message has been sent.
To reset the tracker to factory settings, connect it to your plugged in Router / Charging
Dock (the Tracker must be connected to the Router to reset properly), press and hold
the power button for 30s until the yellow light stops flashing. The tracker will beep
when the reset has begun, please wait 2 minutes for the device to fully reset. After
resetting, the Tracker will be deleted by the App. The Tracker's blue light will flash
continuously when ready to be reconnected again.
To reset the tracker router, connect the router (with GPS attached) to a power
outlet for 2-3 seconds and then unplug it for 2-3 seconds. Repeat this 5 times
to complete the reset.
*Resetting your tracker and router will remove it from your Honeywell Smart Pet App
account. Do this only if your tracker has been unable to access the internet
or if you want to change ownership of your tracker. Resetting your tracker will
not reset your tracker subscription plan.

Small Blue Light:
Power On Indication - light flashes 2 times.
App Pairing Mode Indication - light flashes rapidly and continuously.
Successful Pairing Indication -rapid blinking and then the light turns off.
Tracker Online Indication - light blinks once.
Charging In Progress Indication - the light turns green while connected
to the Router / Charging Dock.

Charging Completed Indication - blue light stays on.
Factory Reset Indication - light flashes 3 times, then turns solid. After 2 minutes,
it will flash rapidly to indicate it is ready to reconnect.
Bright Yellow Light:
Enter SOS Mode - after the GPS is connected the Honeywell Smart Pets App,
you can send an SOS message to your App by holding the power button for
3 seconds. The bright yellow light will rapidly blink when you have
entered SOS mode.
If your pet is missing, you can send an SOS message to your GPS through
the Honeywell Smart Pets App. This will cause the bright yellow light to blink
for one minute to assist you in finding your pet, especially in the dark.
Exit SOS Mode - press and hold the power button again for 3 seconds to
exit SOS mode. You can also exit the mode through your App.
*If your tracker is running low on battery, a notification will be sent to you
through the Honeywell Smart Pets App.
Sound Indicators
The speaker will release a constant beeping when the "Find-my-pet" Alarm
is activated through the Honeywell Smart Pets App.

1. Scan the QR code with your mobile device's camera screen.
Click the pop-up link to download the Honeywell Smart Pets App. The
QR Code is also location on the tracker packaging.
2. Register your account with your cell phone number or email address if needed.
3. Log In to the Honeywell Smart Pets App with your new or existing account.
Activate Your Subscription
Your tracker subscription must be activated before the tracker can be
connected to the Honeywell Smart Pet App.
1. Scan the QR code on the back of your device. Scanning the QR code
will link you to the Subscription Activation / Renewal Site and automatically
upload your GPS information needed to log in. The ICCID number located
on the back of your GPS will be required information to enter the site and connect
your subscription to your device. You can manually add the ICCID number
when logging into the Subscription Activation Site if needed.
2. Create a log in, follow the prompts, choose your subscription plan,
and complete your plan payment to activate or renew your device.

1. Connect your tracker to the router / charging dock, connect your
router / charging dock USB connector to a 5V1A charging head and plug all
devices in to an outlet to automatically power on. Press and hold the
tracker power button for about 6 seconds to enter pairing mode. The small
blue light on the Tracker will continuously flash when in pairing mode. If it is
not connected to your App within 5 minutes, it will it will automatically exit
pairing mode (blue light will stop flashing).
2. Make sure that your Bluetooth and Wi-Fi on your cell phone are both
activated, and your Wi-Fi is connected.
3. Open your Honeywell Smart Pets App and navigate to the Home page by
clicking the icon at the bottom of the screen.
4. Click the + button in the top right corner of the Home Page, then click
"Add Device" (see picture 1).

5. If your devices are in pairing mode (the tracker blue light is flashing) your
App will automatically find them for connection. The tracker and router
should both be discovered simultaneously. If your devices do not pop up, you
can choose to manually add them.
6. Under “Discovered Devices” click the "Add" Button (see picture 2).
7. After Clicking “Add,” click the + button next to the image of your Tracker (see
picture 3 above).
8. Add your Wi-Fi name and password if needed, then click “Next.”
9. Once pairing is complete (this may take a few minutes for both the tracker
and router connection to download), click “Done.”

Common Trouble Shooting:
1. Make sure your tracker subscription is activated.
2. Make sure your tracker is in a flashing state, when attached to the router it
should an alternating flashing between two different colors, blue and green
or blue and yellow. After the device is turned on, it needs to be connected within
5 minutes or it will automatically turn off. Turn the device back on and try the
connection again.
3. If the devices are still not found in the app, please try to reset them. To reset
the tracker, connect it to your plugged in Router/Charging Dock (the Tracker
must be connected to the Router to reset properly), press and hold the power
button for 30s until the yellow light stops flashing. The tracker will beep when
the reset has begun, please wait 2 minutes for the device to fully reset. After
resetting, the Tracker will be deleted by the App. To reset the tracker router,
connect the router (with GPS attached) to a power outlet for 2-3 seconds and
then unplug it for 2-3 seconds. Repeat this 5 times to complete the reset.
4. If the tracker and router connections timeout and fail to add, make sure
your cell phone is connected to Wi-Fi and the connection is available. Reset
the devices if needed.

1. On your App Home Screen, tap the Tracker Router under your list of "All
Devices" to enter the association interface (see next page for picture 1).
2. Tap "+Add device by list" at the bottom of the screen to be taken to a list of
all your connected devices (see next page for picture 2).
3. Select your tracker, then click "Confirm", then confirm the pop-up prompt
to pair your tracker with your tracker router. The tracker and router pairing will
improve the product quality.

When your tracker is within 50 feet of the plugged-in router with 2.4G Wi-Fi
network available, it will enter Home Mode and will use a Bluetooth
connection to transfer data. This will save energy and greatly increase the
battery life of your tracker. It is recommended to leave the tracker router
in your home and constantly connected to power to facilitate this. When
your tracker is 50 feet or more away from your phone and router, the
tracker will enter 4G mode and the tracker data will be transferred to
your app by 4G service (see picture 3 below).
When your tracker is within 50 feet of the plugged-in router with 2.4G Wi-Fi
network available, it will enter Home Mode and will use a Bluetooth
connection to transfer data.

TROUBLESHOOTING
If the configuration setup fails, please note:
• 5G Wi-Fi signals are not supported with this device. Please use
2.4G Wi-Fi signals.
• Some residential broadband, radio, and television broadband,
multi-level networks sometimes restrict the tracker from being able to
connect to the network server.
• Some software conflicts in a device will also cause the connection to
fail. Please restart your mobile device. Make sure your mobile phone's
Bluetooth, Wi-fF and positioning are turned on and then try to
reconnect to the tracker.
Tracker Not Working
PROBLEM SOLUTION
Please make sure the tracker is charged and powered on (click the power
button once and the small blue light will flash once to indicate that the
power in on) and that your tracker data subscription is active. Remote
areas may cause the device to not work properly, and it is best to use your
device in areas with efficient cellular data and / or Wi-Fi service.
Tracker is Offline Make sure the tracker is charged and powered on (when the battery of
the tracker is low and/or turned off, press and hold the device for about 6
seconds to turn on. The blue light will flash three times and then turn
off to indicated that the device is on and active. You will then see your
Tracker as, "Active" within the App, allowing access to Tracker data and
App controls.). Make sure your tracker subscription is activated. After
charging and/or activating your subscription and it is still offline, please
exit the Honeywell Smart Pet app and restart it. If connection is still a
problem, reset your mobile device and try to connect again. Reset your
tracker and router only if needed.
Factory Reset Not Working The GPS must be connected to a powered charger to be Reset.
Push the tracker in then hold the power button for 30 seconds.
The blue LED light will blink 3 times, then turn solid for 3 seconds
when reset. **Resetting your tracker will remove it from your Honeywell
Smart Pets App account. Please only do so if you are consistently
having trouble getting the tracker online or if you are changing the
ownership of the tracker. Resetting your tracker will not reset your
tracker subscription plan.

WARRANTY CARD
Fetch for Pets offers a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase for
manufacturing defects or defects on any of the materials of the product. Fetch
for Pets will replace the product within the 12-month warranty time frame.
For the guarantee to be valid, the customer must present the receipt or
invoice to Fetch for Pets that proves the product is still under warranty. The
warranty period will not restart after replacing the product, it remains at 12
months from the original date of purchase.
The user must follow the instructions carefully to start up and use the product.
This warranty will not be valid if the product is faulty due to accidental
damage, misuse, inadequate maintenance or adjustment, or a repair carried
out by an unauthorized service.
No return will be accepted without prior authorization from Fetch for Pets.
Consumable parts that suffer normal wear and tear are not under warranty
once the initial 6-month period has expired. The guarantee shall only be
valid for demonstrable defects that existed at the moment of purchase.
