Introd ction
HORUS est un instru ent pour l'affichage du régi e oteur et des principaux para ètres de fonctionne ent des oteurs
ROTAX 912/914 et qui intègre aussi la fonction d'hora ètre. L'instru ent est très co pact et très léger, au for at 57 et
facile à installer. Il dispose d'un boitier 100% alu iniu anodisé noir pour une eilleure qualité et une grande longévité. La
face avant est étanche aux projections d'eau ce qui le rend apte à être installé sur des ULM pendulaires et des autogires sans
cabine. La connexion est assurée par une prise type sub D 9 broches. Il est livré avec le connecteur préparé avec les fils prêts
à souder. L'interface utilisateur repose sur plusieurs écrans successifs pour a éliorer la lisibilité des données. Un systè e de
codes couleur et d'icônes per et de savoir i édiate ent si les para ètres sont no inaux ou non tout en présentant
l'infor ation avec la eilleure lisibilité. Les infor ations disponibles sont: Régi e oteur, Pression d'huile, Te pérature
d'huile, CHT, Tension, Niveau carburant, Hora ètre. De plus les valeurs axi ales des para ètres sont enregistrées pendant
le vol et peuvent être consultées à la fin de celui-ci. Ces valeurs sont réinitialisées à chaque vol ou à la ise hors tension de
l'instru ent. L'instru ent est directe ent relié aux capteurs du oteur dont les caractéristiques sont décrites dans le anuel
d'installation ROTAX (www.flyrotax.co ).

ultra-light aircrafts and in the spirit of si ple but very functional and efficient aircrafts.
Introd ction
HORUS is an instru ent for displaying the engine speed and the ain operating para eters of the ROTAX 912/914 engines
and which also integrates the hora eter function. The instru ent is very co pact and very light, 57 for at and easy to
install. It has a 100% black anodized alu inu case for better quality and durability. The front is watertight which akes it
suitable for installation on pendulu ultralights and gyroplanes without cabin. The connection is provided by a 9-pin sub D
type socket. It co es with the connector prepared with the wires ready to weld. The user interface is based on several
successive screens to i prove the readability of the data. A syste of color codes and icons akes it possible to know
i ediately if the para eters are no inal or not while presenting the infor ation with the best readability. The available
infor ation is: Engine speed, Oil pressure, Oil te perature, CHT, Voltage, Fuel level, Hour eter. In addition, the axi u
values of the para eters are recorded during the flight and can be consulted at the end of the flight. These values are reset
on each flight or when the instru ent is switched off. The instru ent is directly connected to the otor sensors whose
characteristics are described in the ROTAX installation anual (www.flyrotax.co ).
