Robust, powder coated steel frame with 4 plastic feet to level the
machine.
Very stable and individual seat position for a relaxed, ergonomic work
position.

2. Assembly and commissioning
Please read the assembly instructions before installation and
use of your new potter‘s wheel, and follow the instructions and
manufacturer`s recommendations.
Retain the assembly instructions.
Check package contents for completeness when unpacking.

H-beam

3. Mounting accessories
The mounting acessories needed for the HSL Profi T/S45 are provided.
The contents of this bag include:
8 x cylinder head bolt M8x20 V2A
10 x spring ring 8.4mm V2A
2 x cap nut M8 V2A
1 x combination wrench, size 13
Allen key, size six, is included in the delivery of the potter‘s
wheel

Seat and Gas spring Put the midfoot onto
the stand stud. Tighten
evenly (2 x capnut M8 and 2
x spring ring)
Place the H-beam on
the frame and tighten
with spring rings
and cylinder head M8x20

Step 1: Assembling the Frame
Attention: When assembling the frame, please tighten the screws
only by hand. When the frame is completely assembled, retighten the
screws with the related tool.
When attaching the Gas spring on the seat support:
– Check that all components are clean
– Insert the gas spring in the stud of the frame (picture )
Following connect the gas spring and the seat support
(picture )
Then sit down on the wooden seat several times to tighten the
gas spring and seat connections.

Step 2: Mounting of the machine on the seat frame
Remove the 4 rubber feet from the machine and store them.
Fit the machine as shown in the lower image (page 9) and
screw into position. with the 6 x spring rings and 6 x cylin-
der head bolts M8x20.
Warning: do not remove the four hexagon Bolts
on the bottom of the machine!

4. Complaint
If returned shipment is required, please inform the manufacturer in
advance. It is recommended to keep the original packaging for this
case. This is necessary to ensure rapid processing of complaints and to
ensure that the manufacturer will take over the shipping costs.
Please use the Repair advice note which you can download on our
website.
5. Repair outside the warranty
If it is determined that repair is necessary outside the warranty, we
will provide you with the cheapest possibilites.
6. Note
Work on electric components and devices should only be carried out
by qualified electricians!
7. Safety and warning
The power plug must always be disconnected before starting the
cleaning work.
To clean the machine, do not use any solvents such as cellulose thin-
ner.

with clay! Do not misuse.
Misuse will lead to expiration of your warranty claim.
