INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1) ThemodelP-10bikeisdesignedtobeusedasagroupcycleinfitnessstudiosand
health clubs. It has a fixed wheel driven flywheel and should only be used under
professional supervision.
2) Installation–itisimportantthattheP-10Vortecbikeiscorrectlyassembledandwe
recommend that installation and assembly be carried out by suitably qualified personnel.
3) Handlebar and seat adjustment. It is important that the handlebar and seat are set at theheight
correct for your body. Ask your instructor for assistance.
Adjusting the handlebar height - Make sure it is securely tightened and that there is no lateral or
vertical movement of the handlebar. Undo the Quick Release lever which is located in front of
main tube. Slide the handlebar/stem up or down to the required height and then re-tighten again .
Adjusting the seat height ¡ refer to above mention.
The seat/slider position can also be adjusted forwards or backwards. Undo the Quick Release
lever located underneath of the bottom slider.
Slide the seat/top slider assembly forwards or backwards until reach the required position then
securely re-tighten the Quick Release lever.
NOTE: there is a safety line engraved on the seat post and handlebar stem. On no
account should the seat post or handlebar stem ever be raised above this line.
4) Pedalsandtoestraps–yourfeetshouldbesecurelypositionedinthetoeclipsduringthe
exercise. Put your foot as far forward as you can into the toe-clip and then pull the strap tight.
5) Resistancesystem-P-10bikeiswithdurablebeltdirectdrivetransmissionsystem,to
adjust the exercising resistance on the completed spinning bike, undo the simply loosen or
tighten using consol's touch panel to make adjustment.
For emergency stop then press down the brake lever for stopping the wheel.
6) The P-10 bike should operate on a level surface with no lateral movement.
There are heightadjuster pads located on either side underneath of front and rear.
7) Maintenance–likeanyothermechanicalcyclingdevice,theP-10bikeshouldberegularly
maintained. Ask your supplier for a detailed mantenance programme.

ASSEMBLY
Step 1 (foot)
Attach the front foot (7) to the frame using the bolt (3) and washer (4).
Step 2 (foot)
Attach the rear foot (2) to the frame using the bolt (3) and washer (4).
Step 3. (pedals)
attach the pedals (76R/76L) into the crank arms (70R/70L), each pedal
is marked with the letter R(right) or R(right) to denote the side of the bike
they are on. NOTE: the right hand crank is on the same side as the
chain cover (78R). Be careful to align the threads correctly to avoid any
damaged. A little grease on the thread should help the pedals to screw in
easily and correctly, tighten using a 15mm spanner, both pedals threads
should tighten towards the front of the bike.

Step 4. &5 (handlebar & stem) and Consol assemble
Adjust handlebar stem (16) to a proper position then using lock lever (21) to fixed ,
assemble cable (117) through and out from top cover/consol bracket (10).
put handlebar onto the handlebar bottom holder that on the top of stem then clamp
with top cover/consol bracket (10) by 4 fixing bolt(12) ,adjust handlebar until at right
angle then tighten 4 fixing bolt (12).
Open lock lever(21) to adjust stem height again then tighten stem by lock lever (21).
Note:Be careful on the cable(117) do not be damage during top cover clamping
together with bottom cover for handlebar tighten .
Assemble consol (9) together with cable(117) .
Attached Consol on consol's bracket (10) and tighten by 4 screw(8) .
Step 6&7. (saddle & seat post)
Insert seat post (32) into frame's seat tube, assembly saddle (23) on
saddle top slider (30). Adjust slider using lock lever (31) for forwards or
backwards and then tighten until reach the proper position. Using
lock lever (21) to adjust seat post (32) height and then tighten it in proper
position.
NOTE: Do not arise above safety line.

Step 8. (bottle cage)
Attach bottle cage(14) on handlebar bottle hold bracket then use 2 screw
(13) to fix bottle cage on the bracket by a 4mm allen key .

三、Buttons definition:
1. RECOVERY：
Press the KEY to test the heart rate detectors.
When the movement to a stage at the end of RECOVERY KEY, in the TIME window SHOW 00:60 (60 seconds) to 00:00 after the start COUNT DOWN
SHOW F1 ~ F6 (previous 10 seconds to detect.)
2.START/STOP：
a. Press the Start Key program started, and began the cumulative value.
b. Click in motion again when the KEY program execution suspended, Display shows the current and stop the flashing movement PROFILE location
Stop Madara thread attributed the origin; in 30 seconds without press Start Key or Speed signal is not detected, will into the standby state.
3. ENTER：
This key is Enter key.
4. UP ＋
Adjust the value up key is pressed values will increase.
5. DOWN －
Adjust the value of key is pressed down value will decrease.
5. MODE
in Title screen, press the button, select MODE.
四、Start machine shows：
1. When the POWER ON (when the pedal BIKE) state, all the windows are all shown with the sound of Bi 2 SEC also sounded, and then enter the Title screen.
2. LCD matrix display screen to Marquee VORTEC.

3. Press MODE button to enter the MODE select the M (Manual) P (Program) H (HRC) M ... cycle.
4. When you select the desired mode and press ENTER KEY to enter setup.
5. Sleep Mode：
In 30 seconds without any key press or RPM input, will enter the Sleep Mode,
After entering Sleep Mode, Display OFF. Only the foot pedal can only wake up (RPM input)
6. Reset Mode ：
Under any circumstances continue to press the STOP Key 3 Sec entered the Reset action, all the contents of the whole show,
and reset the action after the action is completed,Reply to the initial state for the user to select Power On program MENU

1. Manual mode (P0):

2. PROGRAM PROFILE mode:
