Besonderheiten
Ein erkanntes Signal wird insgesamt
22 Sekunden lang gesendet. Dies er-
höht Zuverlässigkeit und Reichweite.
Inbetriebnahme –
1. Einlegen der Batterie
Auf der Rückseite des
Funk-Baby-
senders
befindet sich ein Batterie-
fach. Öffnen Sie dieses, indem Sie
mit einem Daumen den Batterie-
fachdeckel vom Gerät nach rechts
schieben.
Verbinden Sie eine 9 V-
Blockbatterie mit dem Anschluß-
stecker, legen Sie die Batterie in das
Batteriefach und verschließen Sie das
Gerät wieder. Beim Anschließen der
Batterie kann es zu einer einmaligen
Auslösung des Sendesignals kommen.
2. Einstellen des richtigen Funk-
kanals
Durch ein spezielles digitales Über-
tragungsverfahren ist das fehlerfreie
Erkennen der Funksignale gewähr-
leistet. Dieses Verfahren ermöglicht
auch das Einstellen von 10 verschie-
denen Funkkanälen. Ab Werk sind
alle Funk-Babysender auf Kanal 0
eingestellt.

Bitte lesen Sie diese Bedienungs-
anleitung aufmerksam durch, um die
Anlage richtig in Betrieb nehmen zu
können und mit allen Möglichkeiten
des Systems vertraut zu werden.

Funktionsprinzip
Eine Signalanlage besteht aus min-
destens einem Sender und einem
Empfänger. Der
Funk-Babysender
nimmt über ein Mikrofon die Geräu-
sche, die ein Kind macht, auf und
wandelt sie in Funkimpulse um.
Diese Funkimpulse (868,35 MHz)
werden drahtlos zum Empfänger
übertragen.

Nur wenn in einem Haus Anlagen
von verschiedenen Benutzern betrie-
ben werden, müssen die Geräte der
einzelnen Benutzer auf unterschied-
liche Funkkanäle eingestellt werden.
Den gewünschten Kanal stellen Sie
ein, indem Sie den Kanalwahlschalter
im oberen Bereich des Batteriefachs
mit einem kleinen Schraubendreher
auf die gewünschte Kanalnummer
stellen.
Alle Sender und Empfänger müssen
auf den gleichen Kanal eingestellt
sein.

3. Einstellen des Mikrofons
Der
Funk-Babysender besitzt ein ein-
gebautes Mikrofon, das auf die
Geräusche Ihres Kindes reagiert. Auf
der Unterseite befindet sich der
Drehknopf zur Einstellung der Mikro-
fonempfindlichkeit. Stellen Sie die
Empfindlichkeit so ein, dass der
Funk-Babysender sicher auf die
Geräusche des Kindes reagiert.
- Drehknopf auf linken Anschlag
= geringe Mikrofonempfindlichkeit
- Drehknopf auf rechten Anschlag
= hohe Mikrofonempfindlichkeit
4. Aufstellung des Gerätes
Schalten Sie das Gerät ein und stel-
len Sie es in der Nähe Ihres Kindes
auf. Beim Einschalten kann es zu
einer einmaligen Auslösung des Sen-
designals kommen.
5. Installation des Zusatz-Mikro-
fons (A-2971-0)
Der Stecker des Zusatz-Mikrofonka-
bels wird in die Buchse an der Unter-
seite des
Funk-Babysenders einge-
steckt. Das Zusatzmikrofon kann nun
sehr nahe an der Schallquelle (z.B.
Kinderbett) befestigt werden.
Achtung: Wenn Sie das Zusatz-
Mikrofon in Reichweite des Babys
befestigen, müssen Sie darauf ach-
ten, dass keine Verletzungsgefahr
besteht (in den Mund nehmen oder
am Kabel verwickeln!).
Personenruftaste
Durch Drücken der Personenruftaste
am
Funk-Babysender wird bei jedem
Empfänger, der auf den gleichen
Kanal eingestellt ist wie der Sender,
ein Signal ausgelöst.
Sie erkennen dies am Aufleuchten
der Signallampe für Personenruf.
Damit können Personen in anderen
Räumen gerufen werden. Außerdem
kann mit dieser Taste die Funktion
der Anlage auch ohne Anschluss des
Mikrofonkabels überprüft werden.

Netzbetrieb
Sie können Ihren Funk-Babysender
auch über ein Steckernetzgerät be-
nutzen. Um das Netzteil anzuschlie-
ßen, stecken Sie den Stecker am Ende
des Netzteilkabels in die dafür vorge-
sehene Buchse auf der linken Gerät-
eseite. Anschließend stecken Sie das
Netzgerät in die normale 230 V Haus-
haltssteckdose.
Funkreichweite
Die Reichweite der Funksignale des
Senders ist auf 80 Meter unter opti-
malen Bedingungen ausgelegt.
Mögliche Ursachen für eine vermin-
derte Reichweite können sein:
- Bebauung oder Vegetation
- Störstrahlungen von Bildschirmen
und Mobiltelefonen. Diese können
sogar ein Aussetzen des Empfän-
gers auslösen.
- Der Abstand des Senders zu
strahlenreflektierenden Flächen
wie Böden und Wänden ist ungün-
stig gewählt, so dass sich Signal-
welle und reflektierte Welle
gegenseitig schwächen oder
sogar auslöschen.
- Metallische Gegenstände verkür-
zen die Reichweite durch metalli-
sche Abschirmung.
- Besonders in städtischen Gebie-
ten gibt es viele Strahlungsquel-
len, die das Ursprungssignal ver-
fälschen können.
- Geräte mit ähnlichen Arbeitsfre-
quenzen und geringem Abstand
können sich ebenfalls gegenseitig
stören.
Positionierung des Funksenders
Um eine möglichst große Reichweite
des Funksenders zu erreichen, soll-
ten Sie die nachfolgenden Hinweise
zur Aufstellung beachten:
- Der Funksender sollte nicht in der
Nähe von stark störstrahlungspro-
duzierenden Geräten wie Fernseh-
ern, Monitoren oder Mobiltelefo-
nen aufgestellt werden.
- Der Funksender sollte nicht auf
metallischen Gegenständen posi-
tioniert werden, da sonst die Funk-
reichweite durch metallische
Abschirmung verkürzt wird.

Garantie
Der Funk-Babysender weist eine
hohe Betriebssicherheit auf. Sollten
trotz sachgerechter Bedienung Stö-
rungen auftreten, setzen Sie sich
bitte mit Ihrem Fachhändler in Verbin-
dung oder wenden Sie sich direkt an
den Hersteller. Die Garantieleistung
umfasst die kostenlose Reparatur
sowie den kostenlosen Rückversand.
Vorraussetzung dafür ist das Einsen-
den in der Originalverpackung, wer-
fen Sie diese also nicht weg.
Die Garantie verfällt bei Schäden, die
durch unsachgemäße Behandlung
oder Reparaturversuchen von nicht
autorisierten Personen (Zerstörung
des Gerätesiegels) herbeigeführt
wurden. Garantiereparaturen werden
nur bei Einsendung der ausgefüllten
Garantiekarte und einer Kopie der
Rechnung/Kassenbeleg des Fach-
händlers durchgeführt.
Die Gerätenummer muss in jedem
Fall mit angegeben werden.
Batterielebensdauer
Die Batterielebensdauer des Senders
beträgt unter normalen Bedingungen
(7 Sendevorgänge pro Tag) ca. 1
Jahr. Um den Batteriezustand zu
überprüfen, drücken Sie bitte die
Personenruftaste des Senders.
Leuchtet die Signalanzeige »Sen-
den« des Senders nicht auf, muss
die Batterie ausgetauscht werden!
Wartung und Pflege
Alle lisa Geräte sind wartungsfrei. Bei
Verschmutzung sollten Sie das Gerät
gelegentlich mit einem weichen,
angefeuchteten Tuch reinigen.
Verwenden Sie niemals Alkohol, Ver-
dünner oder andere organische Lö-
sungsmittel.
lisa Geräte bitte nicht über längere
Zeit direkter Sonneneinstrahlung aus-
setzen und darüber hinaus vor
großer Hitze, Feuchtigkeit oder star-
ker mechanischer Erschütterung
schützen.
Achtung: Das Gerät ist nicht gegen
Spritzwasser geschützt. Stellen Sie
keine mit Flüssigkeit gefüllten Gegen-
stände, z.B. Vasen, auf das Gerät.
Ebenfalls dürfen keine offenen Brand-
quellen, wie z.B. brennende Kerzen,
auf das Gerät gestellt werden.
Bitte achten Sie darauf, dass die Bat-
terien keiner übermäßigen Wärme-
quelle wie Sonneneinstrahlung, Feuer
oder dergleichen ausgesetzt werden.

This increases both the reliability and
the range of the system.
Setting up the system –
1. Inserting the battery
There is a battery compartment on
the back of the
RF baby cry transmit-
ter . Open it by your thumb, with sli-
ding the cover of the battery com-
partment to the right of the receiver.
Connect a 9 V block battery to the
connector plug, place the battery
into the recess and close the receiver
again. When the battery is connec-
ted, the receiving signals may be
triggered once.
2.
Setting the correct radio channel
A special digital transmission pro-
cess ensures that the radio signals
are picked up without errors. This
process also makes it possible to set
10 different radio channels.
When supplied from the factory, all
RF baby cry transmitters are set to
channel 0.

Components not included
External microphone.
Functional principle
A signalling system consists of at
least one transmitter and one recei-
ver. The
RF baby cry transmitter
records the sounds a baby makes
via a microphone. It converts these
signals into radio pulses (868.35
MHz) and transmits them to the
receiver without the need of wires.
Special features
When a signal is detected, it is trans-
mitted for a total of 22 seconds.

It is only necessary to set units to
other channels if you have several
different users operating units in the
same building. Set the required
channel by using a small screwdriver
to turn the channel selector switch,
which is located towards the top of
the battery compartment, to the
required channel number.
All transmitters and receivers must
be set to the same channel.

3. Setting the microphone
The
RF baby cry transmitter has a
built-in microphone which reacts to
the sounds made by your child. The
dial switch for setting the sensitivity
of the microphone is located on the
underside of the unit. Set the sensiti-
vity so the
RF baby cry transmitter
reliably reacts to the sounds made
by your child.
Dial switch is set to the anticlockwise
stop: Low microphone sensitivity.
Dial switch is set to the clockwise
stop: High microphone sensitivity.
4. Positioning the unit
Switch on the unit and position it
close to your child. It is possible that
the transmit signal may be triggered
once when you switch on the unit.
5. External microphone (A-2971-0):
Simply plug the microphone cable
into the socket on the underside of
the
RF baby cry transmitter . The
microphone can now be placed very
near to the baby if the built-in micro-
phone is too far from the baby to pick
up the sound adequately.
Warning: The additional microphone
and lead could prove a danger to a
baby or small child. Ensure that they
are well out of reach.
Person call button
Pressing the person call button on
the
RF baby cry transmitter causes a
signal to be triggered on every recei-
ver which is set to the same radio
channel as the transmitter. This
makes it possible to call people who
are in different rooms. Also, this but-
ton can be used for checking the
system is functioning.
Mains operation
You can also operate your
RF baby
cry transmitter
via the plug-in power
supply unit. To connect the PSU, ins-
ert the connector on the end of the
PSU cable into the corresponding
socket on the left-hand side of the
device. Then plug the power supply
unit into the normal 230 V socket in
your house.

Radio range
The radio signals are designed to
have a range of 80 meters under
optimum conditions.
The following conditions may result in
a reduced range:
- Signal transmission through buil-
ding structures or vegetation.
- Interference from TVs, computer
monitors and mobile phones.
Under certain circumstances, this
may prevent the receiver from func-
tioning at all.
- Positioning of the transmitter at an
unfavourable distance from surfa-
ces which reflect radio waves, for
example floors and walls.
This may lead to the signal wave
being weakened or even cancel-
led out by the reflected wave.
- Metallic objects reduce the range
due to the shielding effect of the
metal.
- Particularly in towns and cities,
there may be many other sources
of radio waves which can disrupt
the original signal.
- Having units operating at similar
frequencies located close to one
another may also result in mutual
interference.
Positioning the radio transmitter
Bear in mind the following points
when positioning the radio transmit-
ter, in order to achieve the greatest
possible range from the radio trans-
mitter:
- The radio transmitter should not be
set up close to devices which emit
powerful interference signals, such
as TVs, computer monitors or mobi-
le phones.
- The radio transmitter should not be
placed on metallic objects, since
otherwise the radio range will be
restricted by metallic shielding.
- Position the radio transmitter as
close to the centre of the building
as possible, at a medium height in
the room.

Maintenance and care
The RF baby cry transmitter does not
require any maintenance. If the unit
does become dirty, simply wipe it
clean with a soft, damp cloth. Never
use spirits, thinners or other organic
solvents.
Do not set up the
RF baby cry trans-
mitter where it will be exposed to full
sunlight for long periods.
In addition, it must be protected
against excessive heat, moisture and
severe mechanical shocks.
Note: This product is not protected
against splash water. Do not place
any containers filled with water, such
as flower vases, or anything with an
open flame, such as a lit candle, on
or near the product.
Please make sure that the batteries
are not exposed to excessive heat
from such as sunlight, fire or anything
similar.
Warranty
The
RF baby cry transmitter is a very
reliable product. Should a malfunc-
tion occur despite the unit having
been set up and operated correctly,
please contact your dealer or the
manufacturer directly.
This warranty covers the repair of the
product and returning it to you free of
charge. It is essential that you send
in the product in its original packa-
ging, so do not throw the packaging
away.
The warranty does not apply to
damage caused by incorrect hand-
ling or attempts to repair the unit by
people not authorised to do so
(destruction of the seal on the unit).
Repairs will only be carried out under
warranty if the completed warranty
card is returned accompanied by a
copy of the dealer’s invoice/till receipt.
Always specify the product num-
ber in any event.
Battery life
Under normal conditions (7 transmis-
sions a day), the transmitter battery
should last for about 1 year. Press the
pager button on the transmitter to
test the battery charge status. If the
"Send" signal LED on the transmitter
does not come on, the battery needs
to be replaced!

Particularités
Un signal détecté est émis pendant
22 secondes au total. Ceci augmente

Mise en service
1. Mise en place de la pile
Au dos de l’
émetteur cris de bébé
radio
se trouve un compartiment à
piles. L’ouvrir en faisant coulisser le
couvercle du compartiment à piles
vers la droite avec le pouce. Connec-
ter la pile monobloc 9 V à la fiche de
raccordement, placer la pile dans
son logement et refermer l’appareil.
Le raccordement de la pile peut ent-
raîner le déclenchement des signaux
de réception.
2. Réglage du canal radio correct
Un procédé de transmission numé-
rique spécial assure la détection
sans défauts des signaux radio. Ce
procédé permet également le régla-
ge de 10 canaux radio différents.

Principe de fonctionnement
Un système de signalisation est con-
stitué d’au moins un émetteur et d’un
récepteur. L’
émetteur cris de bébé
radio
capte par un microphone les
bruits que fait un bébé et les transfor-
me en impulsions radio. Ces impulsi-
ons radio (868,35 MHz) sont transmi-
ses sans fil au récepteur.

Ce n’est que dans le cas où l’on utili-
serait simultanément dans un même
bâtiment différentes installations, qu’il
faudrait régler les appareils des dif-
férents utilisateurs sur des canaux
différents.
Régler le canal souhaité en plaçant
le sélecteur de canal, qui se trouve
sur le côté droit de l’appareil, sur le
numéro de canal souhaité à l’aide
d’un petit tournevis. Tous les émet-
teurs et les récepteurs doivent être
réglés sur le même canal.
Réglage du canal approprié
3. Réglage du microphone
L’
émetteur cris de bébé radio est
équipé d’un microphone incorporé
qui réagit aux bruits émis par
l’enfant. Le bouton de réglage de la
sensibilité du microphone se trouve
au bas de l’appareil. Régler cette
sensibilité de manière à ce que
l’
émetteur cris de bébé radio réagis-
se de façon sûre aux bruits de
l’enfant.
Bouton rotatif en butée gauche :
faible sensibilité du microphone.
Bouton rotatif en butée droite:
sensibilité élevée du microphone.
4. Mise en place de l’appareil
Mettez l’appareil en marche et pla-
cez-le à proximité de votre enfant. Le
signal émetteur peut se déclencher
une fois lors de la mise en marche.
5. Microphone externe (A-2971-0)
On introduit simplement la fiche du
câble microphone externe dans la
prise située dans la partie inférieure
de l’
émetteur cris de bébé . On peut
alors fixer le microphone externe à
proximité immédiate de la source
sonore (par exemple lit d’enfant).
Attention : Si vous fixez le micro à
portée de main du bébé, veillez à ce
qu’il ne court aucun risque de se
blesser (en le mettant en bouche ou
en s’emmêlant dans le câble !).
Touche d’appel de personnes
Une pression sur la touche d’appel
de personnes de l’
émetteur cris de
bébé radio déclenche un signal sur
chaque récepteur qui est réglé sur le
même canal que l’émetteur. Il est
ainsi possible d’appeler des person-
nes se trouvant dans d’autres pièces.
En outre, cette touche permet de
vérifier le fonctionnement de
l’installation.

Alimentation sur le secteur
Il est également possible d’utiliser
l’ émetteur cris de bébé radio avec le
bloc-secteur enfichable. Pour raccor-
der le bloc-secteur, brancher la fiche
mâle à l’extrémité du câble du bloc-
secteur dans la fiche prévue à cet
effet sur le côté gauche de l’appareil.
Raccorder ensuite le bloc-secteur
dans la prise de courant du secteur à
230 V.
Portée du signal radio
La portée des signaux radio des
émetteurs est de 80 m dans des con-
ditions optimales.
Une portée réduite peut être due aux
causes suivantes :
- Constructions ou végétation
- Rayonnements parasites d’écrans
d’ordinateurs et de téléphones
sans fil. Ceux-ci peuvent même
provoquer une interruption du
fonctionnement du récepteur.
- La distance de l’émetteur par rap-
port à des surfaces réfléchissantes
comme les sols et les murs, a été
mal choisie ce qui fait que l’onde
du signal et l’onde réfléchie s’af-
faiblissent voire même s’annulent
mutuellement.
- Des objets métalliques réduisent
la portée du fait du blindage
métallique.
- Particulièrement dans les zones
urbaines, de nombreuses sources
de rayonnement sont susceptibles
de fausser le signal d’origine.

Des appareils avec des fréquences
de travail similaires se trouvant à
une faible distance les uns des au-
tres peuvent également se brouiller
mutuellement.
Positionnement de l’émetteur radio

Pour que l’émetteur radio
lisa atteig-
ne la plus grande portée possible,
les remarques suivantes sont à
prendre en compte pour sa mise en
place :
- L’émetteur radio
lisa ne doit pas
être placé à proximité d’appareils
produisant des rayonnements
parasites importants comme les
téléviseurs, les écrans d’ordina-
teurs ou les téléphones sans fil.
- L’émetteur radio
lisa ne doit pas
être placé sur des objets métalli-
ques qui réduisent la portée radio
du fait du blindage métallique.

Maintenance et entretien
L’ émetteur cris de bébé radio est
exempt de maintenance. S’il est sale,
nettoyez l’appareil avec un chiffon
doux et légèrement humide.
N’utilisez jamais d’alcool, de diluant
ni d’autres solvants organiques.
L’
émetteur cris de bébé radio ne doit
pas être exposé en plein soleil de
façon prolongée et il doit être proté-
gé contre une chaleur importante,
l’humidité et de fortes vibrations
mécaniques.
Important : Cet appareil n’est pas
protégé contre les projections d’eau.
Ne pas poser d’objet rempli d’un
liquide, par exemple un vase, près
de l’appareil. De même, ne pas
poser près de l’appareil une source
de combustion comme par exemple
une bougie allumée.
Veiller à ce que la pile ne soit pas
exposée à des sources de chaleur
importantes comme par exemple
l’ensoleillement direct ou le feu.
Garantie
Tous les appareils lisa sont très fiab-
les. Si en dépit d’un montage et d’un
emploi corrects, des dysfonctionne-
ments apparaissaient, veuillez con-
tacter votre revendeur spécialisé ou
vous adresser directement au fabri-
cant. La garantie comprend la répa-
ration gratuite y compris la réexpédi-
tion. La seule condition est de ren-
voyer l’appareil dans son emballage
d’origine. Ne le jetez donc pas.
Cette garantie ne s’applique pas
pour des dommages occasionnés
par une mauvaise manipulation ou
encore des tentatives de réparation
par des personnes non autorisées
(endommagement du cachet sig-
nalétique de l’appareil).
Les réparations sous garantie ne
sont exécutées qu’après réception
du coupon de garantie dûment rem-
pli ou d’une copie de la facture ou du
ticket de caisse du revendeur.
Le numéro de l’appareil doit être
indiqué dans tous les cas.
Durée de vie de la pile
La durée de vie de la pile de
l’émetteur est d’environ un an dans
des conditions usuelles (7 émissions
par jour). Pour contrôler l’état des
piles, enfoncer la touche d’appel de
personne de l’émetteur. Si la lampe-
témoin "Emission" de l’émetteur ne
s’allume pas, il faut remplacer la pile.
