CV-S101 isdesignedtocontrolthePC, ServerorKVMSwitchup to500
feetawayfromyourKeyboard, MouseandVGAmonitor.Thetransmitter
(CV-S101T)istosynthesize thesignalsofUSBkeyboard, USBmouse,
andVGAmonitorforbeingeasilytransmittedtoalongdistance over
popularEthernetCAT5cable.Thereceiver(CV-S101R)istotakethe
syntheticsignalandreturnitbacktothesignalsofUSBkeyboard, USB
mouseandVGAmonitorrespectively.
CV-S101 isagoodsolutionforthosenoisyserverroomenvironment
whereisunsuitableforpeopletoworkforalongtime, besides,it
facilitateseffectivemanagementondispersivecomputers throughone
dedicatedcentralcontrolroom, demonstrationroom,meetingroom, orat
yourdesk. CAT5STPcable(ShieldedTwistedPair)/UTPcable
(UnshieldedTwistedPair) orenhancedcablelikeCAT5E/CAT6cableis
appliedtoLANnetworkpopularly. CV-S101 usesthesameexisting
networkconstructiontotransferlocalconsolesignaltoremoteside.
CV-S101 allowsyoutomoveyourconsole,i.e. Keyboard, Mouseand
VGAmonitor, toasuitableplace forcentralizedcontrolconvenientlyover
LANnetwork.Youjustneedtoinstallapairofextender, thetransmitter
andreceiver, intolocalsideandremotesiderespectively. Italsosaves
yourcablelayoutandinstallationcost.

Port”andvice-versathroughsimplekeysequencesmadebytheremote
consoleside.Tosendcommandstothereceiver,press the “SCROLL
LOCK”keytwice within2seconds.Therewillbeabeepforconfirmation.

2.1 PleasecheckifVGAcableandCAT5cableareproperly
connectedtotheconnectorsrespectively.
2.2 MakesureVGAcableisattachedtocomputerduringthe
boot-upprocess.
2.3 Makesurepoweradapterisconnectedtothereceiver.
3. Videosignalisfoggyorun-clearedonthescreen.
3.1 PleasecheckiftheVGAcableisproperlyconnected.
3.2 MakesuretheVGAresolutionisnottoohighforthelengthof
cablethatisused. Itishighlyrecommendedtouse “optimal
CAT5cablelength”togetthebestvideoqualityand nottowaste
unnecessaryCAT5cable.Therefore, iftheproblemhappened,
pleaseshortentheCAT5cablelengthorreduce VGAresolution.

4. Thereistheerrormessage “KeyboardorMousenotfound”onthe
screen. PleasemakesureUSBcablesandconnectorsarewell seated.
