CONNECTING THE UNIT
Insertthe wired plug correctly intoa power outlet.The clockdisplay will show"0 : 0 0" and
youneed to set the correcttime.It will also return toshow "0 : 0 0"if therehas been a
powerout andnoback-upbattery isfitted.
TO SET THE TIME
Makesure the unit is inStandby mode, thatmeans the AM or FMIndicator is notlight on.
1. Press once theTimeSetButton.Then the currenttimewill be flashing.
2. Pressthe Hour Button to adjustthe hour digit.
3. PresstheMinute Button toadjustthe minute digit.
4. Pressonce again the TimeSet Button whenitreaches the righttime.Then the
current time will stop flashing.

RADIOOPERATION
1. PresstheONButton until the displaychangetoradio mode.
2. Select the AM or FM band by pressing the BAND Button. Then the AM or FM
indicator will light on.
3. Tune a station by pressing the TUNINGUP/DOWN Button.
PressingeitherTUNINGUP/DOWNButton for more than0.5 seconds to activate
theautomatictuningmode.The automatic tuner will scan up ordownandlockonto
thenextstation.Iftheautomatictuningdoesnotpreciselytuneintoa radio station,
press the TUNINGUP/DOWNButton to adjust the tuning.
4. AdjustthevolumebypressingVOLUMEUP/DOWNButton.
Thevolumeindicatorwillbechangingandrepresentthevolumelevel.
5. Toturn offthe radio,press once theONButtonthen it willreturn to Standbymode.
6. Aftertuned into a radiostation, the unitwillreturn to showthe current timeinsteadof
theradiofrequencyafterafewseconds.Ifyouwanttocheck the radio frequency, press
once the TUNINGUP or TUNINGDOWNbutton then the unit will show the radio
frequencyforafewseconds.
STORESPRESET STATIONS
Upto 20stations (10 AM and 10FM) canbe stored in memory :
1. Tuneto a desiredstationasdescribedinabove.
2. Press the Time Set /Memory Button,thePresetStationNumber will beflashing.
3. SelectyourdesiredPresetStationNumberyouwish to store your station while the
Numberisflashingby pressingonceor more timesthePreset Button.Whenthe
desirednumber is flashing,pressonce again theTimeset /Memory Button.Then the
Numberwill stopflashing.Now the station is storedin thedesiredpreset station.
Toreplacea station storedinthe memory, repeatallthestagesdescribedabove.The
newstationwillreplace the previouslystoredone.
To receive Preset Stations :
1. UnderRADIOmode,selectthewavebandbypressingtheBandButton.
2. Pressonceor more timesthePreset Button to selectthe desired Preset Station
Number.

a) AM Indicator lights on :AM radio selected as alarm type.
b) FM Indicator lights on : FM Radio selected as alarm type.
c) AMand FM Indicators both light off : Buzzer selected asalarmtype.
5. Pressonceagain the Alarmtocomplete the alarmtimesetting and thealarmtime
willstop flashing.
USE THE ALARM
Makesure the unit is inStandby mode, thatmeans the AM or FMIndicator is notlight on.
1. Pressonce the AlarmButton to turn on theAlarm Indicator ifthe Alarm Indicatoris
alreadyturnedoff.
2. Whenitreachthealarm time, you can hear theradioorbuzzersounddependingon
whichalarmtypeyouhaveselectedbefore.
3. Pressoncethe Alarm OffButtonto turn off thealarmsound then the radioor
buzzersoundwill be off.
4. Tocanelthealarmfunction, pressandholdtheAlarmButton forabout2 seconds
duringthe unit is in standbymode. Then the Alarm Indicatorwill lightoff.
Note:If you selectAM or FMRadioasalarm type, makesureyouhave turned adesired
stationbeforeusingthis alarm type.
SNOOZEOPERATION
Toobtainapproximativelyfurther9minutes sleep,pressthe SNOOZEButtonafterthe
radioor the buzzer switch onat the presetwake-up time.This will silencethe radio or the
buzzerfor9 minutes.You canrepeat this operationforup to about1hour.
GOING TO SLEEP WITH THE SOUND OF THE RADIO
1. PresstheSleep Button once. Thisgives90 minutes playingtimeofthe radio.
2. Pressonce againtheSleep Button will descrase the sleeptimeby10minutes.
GOING TO SLEEP AND WAKENING TO THE SOUND OF THE UNIT
1. Repeat steps described in "TO SET THE ALARM TIME "and "USE THE ALARM".
2. PresstheSLEEPButtonand set the period of timeyouwanttolistentothe radio
beforeit switchesoffautomatically.
3. Theradiois now programmedto turnitself offafter you goto sleepandthe alarm will
onautomaticallyatthepresetwake-uptime.

USE THE PROJECTOR
1. Pressonce theProjector ON/ OFF Button to turn on the projector.
2. The projector will project the currect time straightly to a wall or ceiling.
3. Turningthe Pojector - Focus Knob to obtaina moreclear image of the time
projecting on a wall or ceiling.
4. Pressonce morethe Projector ON / OFF Button to turn offthe projector.
BATTERY BACK-UP
Note:This clock radiohasaback-uppowersystemtoensurecontinuousoperationofthe
clockandalarm in the eventofa power failure. Theswitchfrom AC to batterypoweris
automatic.However,underbatterypower,theclockdisplaywillnotilluminateeventhough
theclockmaintainsthecorrecttimeandstoresthe alarm time in the memory. The system
operates on 3x1.5V"AA"size batteries(not included). Werecommend the use of along
lifebatterytoensuremaximumperformance.
CHECKING THE TIME DURING NO SUPPLY OF AC POWER (WITH BACKUP
BATTERIES)
Whenthereis no supplyofAC power but theunitis fitted with3x1.5V"AA"size batteries
(forbackup),thedisplay will not show any information.However,youcanstillcheckthe
currenttime by pressingoncethe SNOOZE buttonand the currenttmewill be displaying
forafew seconds.
Itwill also alarmwhen it reachesthe preset alarmtime if theunit is fittedwith backup
batteries.
ANTENNA
Theunithasa flexible wireonthe backof the unitanditshould be extendedtoitsfull length
for best reception white receiving FM radio. For AM, the radio is supplied with a built-in
directionalaerial, rotate theunit for thebest AM reception.

Steekdebekabeldestekkerineenstopcontact.Hetklokdisplayzal“0:00”tonen,umoetde
juistetijd instellen. Het display zalook “0:00” tonen als erstroomuitval is geweest en er
geenbackupbatterijis geplaatst.
DE TIJD INSTELLEN
Zorgervoordat het apparaatin Standby-modusis, ditbetekentdatdeAM- of FM-indicator
niet is opgelicht.
1. Drukéénkeeropde Tijd instellen-knop. Daarnazaldehuidigetijdknipperen.
2. Drukop de Uur-knopom het uurcijferin te stellen.
3. DrukopdeMinuut-knopomde minuutcijfer in te stellen.
4. Druknogmaals op deTijd instellen-knop wanneerde juiste tijd is ingesteld.De
huidigetijdzal stoppen metknipperen.

BEDIENING RADIO
1. DrukopdeAAN-knoptothetdisplaynaarRadio-modusverandert.
2. SelecteerdeAM- of FM-banddoor op de BAND-knopte drukken. Daarna zalde AM-
ofFM-indicator oplichten.
3. Stemafopeenstation door op de AFSTEMMENOMHOOG/OMLAAG-knopte
drukken.
Drukvoormeerdan 0,5 seconden op deAFSTEMMENOMHOOG/OMLAAG-knopom
automatischtezoekennaarzenders. Deautomatischeafstemmerzalomhoogof
omlaagscannenenophetvolgendestationafstemmen.Alsautomatischafstemmen
nietpreciesopdezenderafstemt,dan kunt u met behulp van de AFSTEMMEN
OMHOOG/OMLAAG-knopde instellingaanpassen.
4. StelhetvolumeindooropdeVOLUME OMHOOG/OMLAAG-knoptedrukken.
Devolume-indicatorzalveranderenenhetvolumeniveauaangeven.
5. DrukomderadiouitteschakelenéénkeeropdeAAN-knop,deradiozalinStandby-
modusgaan.
6. Nahetafstemmenopeenradiozenderzalhetapparaatnaeenpaarsecondende
huidigetijd tonen, inplaats van de radiofrequentie.Als u deradiofrequentie wilt
bekijken,drukdan één keer opdeAFSTEMMENOMHOOG of AFSTEMMEN
OMLAAG-knop.Hetapparaatzalnuvoorenkelesecondenderadiofrequentietonen.
VOORKEURSZENDERS OPSLAAN
Tot 20zenders (10AM en10 FM) kunnen wordenopgeslagenin het geheugen:
1. Stemafopdegewenstezender,zoalshierbovenbeschreven.
2. DrukopdeTijdinstellen/Geheugen-knop,hetvoorkeurszendernummerzalknipperen.
3. Selecteeruwgewenstevoorkeurszendernummervoordezenderdooréénofmeerdere
kerenopdeVoorkeurszender-knoptedrukken.Alshetgewenstenummerknippert,druk
dannogéénkeeropdeTijdinstellen/geheugen-knop.Hetnummerzalstoppenmet
knipperen.Nuis de zender opgeslagenalsdegewenstevoorkeurszender.
Herhaaldebovenstaandestappenomeenzenderdieis opgeslageninhetgeheugen
tevervangen.De nieuwezenderzaldeeerderopgeslagen zender vervangen.
Voorkeurszenders ontvangen:
1. SelecteerinRadio-modusdegolfbanddooropdeBand-knoptedrukken.
2. DrukéénofmeerderekerenopdeVoorkeurszender-knopomhetgewenste

DE ALARMTIJD EN ALARMMODUS INSTELLEN
Zorg ervoor dat het apparaat in Standby-modus is, dit wil zeggen dat de AM- of FM-
indicator niet is opgelicht.
1. Drukéénkeer op deAlarm-knop.Daarnazaldealarmtijdknipperen.
2. DrukopdeUur-knopom het uurcijferaantepassen.
3. DrukopdeMinuut-knopomhetminuutcijferaantepassen.
4. Drukéénofmeerdere keren opdeAlarmMode-knopomhettypealarm te selecteren,u
kuntkiezenuit:-
a) AM-indicatoraan : AM-radio geselecteerd alsalarmtype.
b) FM Indicator aan : FMRadio geselecteerdals alarmtype.
c) AM-en FM-indicator beide uit :Zoemer geselecteerdals alarmtype.
5. DruknogéénkeeropdeAlarm-knopomdeinstellingvandealarmtijdtevoltooien,de
alarmtijdstoptmetknipperen.
HET ALARM GEBRUIKEN
Zorg ervoor dat het apparaat in Standby-modus is, dit wil zeggen dat de AM- of FM-
indicator niet zijn opgelicht.
1. DrukalsdeAlarm-indicator is uitgeschakeld éénkeeropde Alarm-knop om deAlarm-
indicatorinte schakelen.
2. Wanneerdealarmtijdwordtbereikt, dan kunt u hetradio-ofzoemergeluidhoren,
afhankelijkvanwelkalarmtypeueerderheeftgeselecteerd.
3. DrukéénkeeropdeAlarm Uit-knop om het alarmgeluid uitteschakelen,deradioof
zoemerzalnuwordenuitgeschakeld.
4. Drukenhoud deAlarm-knopvoorongeveer2 secondeningedruktalshet apparaatin
Standby-modusisom de alarmfunctie teannuleren.VervolgenszaldeAlarm-indicator
verdwijnenvanhetdisplay.
Opmerking : Als u AM- of FM-radio selecteert als alarmtype, zorg er dan voor dat u vóór
hetgebruikvan ditalarmtypederadioheeftafgestemd opdegewenstezender.
SNOOZE
Drukom nogongeveer9minutentekunnen slapenopdeSNOOZE-knopnadathetradio-
ofhet zoemeralarm is afgegaanop de vooraf ingesteldewektijd. Dit zalderadio of
zoemerdempenvoor ongeveer 9minuten.Ukuntdezeactietotongeveer1 uur lang
herhalen.
SLAPEN MET RADIOGELUID
1. DrukéénkeeropdeSlaap-knop.Ditgeeft90minutenspeeltijdvande radio.

SLAPEN EN GEWEKT WORDEN MET HETGELUID VAN HET APPARAAT
1. Herhaal de stappen beschreven in “DeALARMTIJDINSTELLEN” en “HETALARM
GEBRUIKEN “.
2. Drukopde SLAAP-knop en steldetijdsperiode in dat uwiltluisteren naar de radiovoor
dezeautomatischuitschakelt.
3. Deradioisnu geprogrammeerdom zichzelfuitteschakelennadatuinslaapbent
gevallenenhetalarmzaluautomatischwekkenop devoorafingesteldewektijd.
GEBRUIK DE PROJECTOR
1. Drukéénkeer op de ProjectorAAN/UIT-knopom de projectoraantezetten.
2. Deprojector zal de huidigetijd rechtstreeks opdemuur of hetplafond projecteren.
3. DraaiaandeProjector - Focusknop vooreenscherperbeeldvan de tijdsprojectie op
demuurofplafond.
4. Druknog één keeropde Projector AAN/ UIT-knop om deprojector uit tezetten.
BACKUP BATTERIJ
Opmerking:Dezewekkerradioheefteenbackupstroomsysteemomcontinueoperatievan
deklok enhetalarmte garandereningevalvanstroomuitval.Hetschakelenvannetstroom
naarbatterijstroomgaatautomatisch. Bij gebruik vanbatterijstroomzalhetklokdisplay
echternietverlichtzijn,ondanks dat de klok de juistetijdbehoudtendealarmtijd in het
geheugenopslaat.Hetsysteemwerkt op 3x1.5V maat “AA” batterijen (nietbijgeleverd).
Weradenaanombatterijenmetlangelevensduurtegebruikenomuvanmaximale
prestatiesteverzekeren.
DE TIJD CONTROLEREN WANNEER ER GEEN NETSTROOM IS (MET BACKUP
BATTERIJEN)
Als er geennetstroom is, maar er3x1.5V maat “AA” in het apparaat zijngeplaatst (voor
backup),danzalhetdisplaygeeninformatietonen.Ukuntechter nog steeds de huidige
tijdbekijkendoor éénkeeropdeSNOOZE-knoptedrukken, ookdehuidigetijdzaleen
paarsecondenwordengetoond.Alshetapparaatisuitgerustmet backupbatterijendan
zalhetalarm ook afgaanwanneerdevoorafingesteldealarmtijdwordtbereikt.
ANTENNE
Erziteenflexibeledraadantenneopdeachterkantvanhetapparaat,dezeantennemoet
volledigwordenuitgestrektvoorde beste ontvangst bij het ontvangen van FM-radio.Voor
AM-radiowordthetapparaatgeleverd meteeningebouwdedirectioneleantenne,draaihet

MODE OPERATOIRE DE LA RADIO
1. Appuyezsurlecommutateurd’alimentationpouractiver lemodeRadio.
2. Sélectionnezlabandede fréquences radio AMouFMvia la touche Bande.
L’indicateurAM/FM s’allume.
3. Utilisez les touches Réglage +/- pour régler la fréquence radio.
Maintenezenfoncéelatouche Réglage + ou-pendant0,5 seconde pour activerla
rechercheautomatique. Lerécepteurradioeffectuedoncunerechercheautomatique
des stations radio vers les fréquences supérieures ou inférieures puis s’arrête sur la
prochainestationradiodétectée. Lorsque lesignal delastation détectéen’est pas
satisfaisant, utilisez les touches Réglage +/- pour régler la fréquence radio avec
précision.
4. Utilisez les touches Volume +/- pour régler le volume.
L’indicateurdevolumeafficheleniveaudevolumeactuel.
5. Pouréteindrela radio,appuyez une foissur le commutateur Marche/Arrêt,le mode
Attenteestalors activé.
6. Lorsqu’unefréquence radio estsélectionnée,l’horloge s’affiche aubout de quelques
secondesd’inactivité. Pour afficherlafréquenceradiosélectionnée,appuyezunefois
sur la touche Réglage + ou -, la fréquence radio s’affiche alors pendant quelques
secondes.
MEMORISATIONDE PRESELECTIONS
Jusqu’à20 stationsradio (10 stations radio AM et 10 stations radio FM) peuvent être
mémorisées :
1. Sélectionnezunestationradioconformémentauxinstructionsprécédentes.
2. Appuyezsur la toucheRéglage de l’horloge / Mémoire,le numéro deprésélection
radioclignote.
3. Sélectionnezlenumérode présélection radio sur lequelvoussouhaitezmémoriser la
stationradioviala touche Présélection.Lorsquelenuméro désiré clignote, appuyez
une fois de plus sur la touche Réglage de l’horloge / Mémoire. Le numéro ne clignote
plus.Lastationradioestdésormaismémoriséesurl’emplacementdeprésélection.
Pourremplacerunestation déjà mémorisée, répétez lesétapesci-dessus.La station
mémoriséeestremplacéeparlanouvelle.

REGLAGE DU MODE ET DE L’HEURE DE L’ALARME
Assurez-vousquelemode Attente de l’unité estactivé,celasous-entendque l’indicateur
AM et FM sont éteints.
1. Appuyezunefoissur la touche Alarme.L’heuredel’alarme clignote.
2. Appuyezsurla touche Heurepour régler le champHeure.
3. Appuyezsur la toucheMinutepourrégler le champMinutes.
4. Utilisezlatouche Mode del’alarmepour sélectionner undesmodes d’alarme
suivants:-
a) L’indicateurAM s’illumine :Le type d’alarmesélectionné est RadioAM.
b) L’indicateur FM s’allume: letype d’alarme sélectionné est RadioFM.
c) LesindicateursAM et FMsonttous deux éteints:le type d’alarmesélectionnéest
Buzzer.
5. Appuyezune fois deplus sur la touche Alarmepour terminer leréglage del’alarme,
l’heure de l’alarme s’arrête de clignoter.

Remarque : Lorsque le mode d’alarme sélectionné est RadioAM ou FM, assurez-

MODE OPERATOIRE DE LA FONCTION SNOOZE
Pourretarder l’alarme de9 minutes,appuyezsur latouche SNOOZE lorsque l’alarme
retentit.Cetteopérationpermetderetarderl’alarmeradio/buzzer de 9 minutes. Vous
pouvezrépéter cetteopérationsurunepérioded’uneheure.
S’ENDORMIR AU SON DE LA RADIO
1. AppuyezunefoissurlatoucheSommeil.Cecipermetdesélectionnerunedurée

2. Appuyezsurla touche Sommeilpoursélectionnerladuréependantlaquellevous
souhaitezécouterlaradioavantque celle-ci s’éteint automatiquement.
3. Laradioestdésormaisprogramméepour s’éteindreautomatiquementau boutdela
duréedéfinie,l’alarme s’active automatiquement àl’heurederéveil.
MODE OPERATOIRE DU PROJECTEUR
1. Appuyersurla touche Activation/désactivationduprojecteurpouractiverleprojecteur.
2. Leprojecteurprojettedirectementl’horlogeaumur ou au plafond.
3. Utilisez la commande de réglage du projecteur pour régler la mise au point de
l’horlogeprojetée.
4. Appuyerunefois de plussurlatoucheActivation/désactivationduprojecteurpour
désactiverleprojecteur.
ALIMENTATIONDE SECOURS PAR LES PILES
Remarque:Ceradio-réveilestmunid’unsystèmed’alimentationde secours permettant
lamémorisationdes paramètres de l’horlogeetde l’alarme lors d’unepannede courant.
Lasélectiondu mode d’alimentationestautomatique.Cependant,lorsquel’unitéest
alimentée par despiles, l’écranduradio-réveilnes’allume pas même lorsquel’horloge
maintientl’affichagedel’heure et lesparamètresde l’alarme.Lesystèmenécessite3
piles« AA »de1,5 v(nonfournies). Pourgarantir des performancesoptimales, nous
recommandonsl’utilisationdepileslonguedurée.
AFFICHER L’HEURE LORSQUE L’UNITE EST ALIMENTEE PAR LES PILES DE
SECOURS SEULEMENT
Lorsque l’unité n’est pas raccordée à un secteur CAmais que 3 piles 1,5 V « AA » sont
installées(secours), l’écrann’afficheaucuneinformation.Cependant,vouspouvez
toujoursafficherl’horloge pendantquelquessecondes en appuyantune foissur latouche
SNOOZE.
Lorsquedes pilesde secourssont installées, l’unité retentit à l’heure de l’alarme.
ANTENNE
L’unitéest munie d’un fil flexiblesitué surle panneau arrière, celui-ci doitêtre étendu sur
toutesa longueur afinde garantir uneréception radio FMoptimale. Pour permettrela
