②Battery Icon
①Charge Indication “DC->”/“CAR->”/“PV->”Refer to different charging modes.
When the “W” is flashing, it indicates the total output power,
if not, it means the total input power. Press the AC switch 3
times, the “F50” means “50Hz”; “F60 means “60Hz”.
“Car-Start” represents the constant current output which is
suitable for charging the battery of the car, or powering the
device with a large surge current.
Car-Start/Car-Start Failed/Car-Start Completed respectively
represents “charging the car”, “failing to charge”, “complet-
ing charging”
“DC, CAR, USB-A, USB-C, AC, Light” mean different interface
status.
“Time To Full” shows the remaining time of being fully
charged, and “Time To Empty” shows the remaining time of
being fully empty. “H” and “M” represent hours and minutes.

There are two recharging port on the iClever IC-OD41B, including power via
a DC input port and the cigarette lighter port. The leftmost DC Input port is
able to be charged by a power adapter or solar panel that meets the voltage
requirements (17-25V). The left cigarette lighter interface is used to be
recharged by the car battery (Only support 12.5-16V battery).
When the charging mode begins, the corresponding charging mode icon will
flash on the LED display. "DC - >" and "car - >" represent adapter charging
and car charging respectively. At the same time, the battery indicator will
show the charging status.
This power station support recharging and discharging at the same time.
When the output power is greater than the input power (about 100w), the
battery percent will slowly decrease. When the battery percent drop to a low
power state, the output will be turned off.
Adopt BMS battery control tech, the charging progress of power station will
be finished automatically after being fully charged, thus avoiding battery get
damaged due to overcharge. However, it is suggested to unplug the device
after being fully charged.
Insert the plug of the solar panel into the "input" interface, the screen will
flash with “DC - >” , the battery indicator will show the charging status, and
the remaining time of being fully charged is displayed at the same time. The
power of the solar panel is greatly affected by the sunlight, resulting in the
dynamic change of the remaining time, which is normal.
How to charge the Portable Power Station

First, Insert the AC end of the adapter into wall outlet. Then, insert the DC
end of the adapter into the "input" interface, the screen will flash with “DC -
>” , the battery indicator will show the charging status, and the remaining
time of being fully charged is displayed at the same time. The system will
automatically detect the input power supply at the beginning of charging ,
and the remaining time will change dynamically, which is normal.
Adapter Charging
First, start the car. Then, insert one end of the male-to-male plug into the
car lighter and insert the other end into the portable power station "cigar
light" interface, the screen will flash with “car - >” , the battery indicator will
show the charging status, and the remaining time of being fully charged is
displayed at the same time. （Note: Do not make other operation, like
switch on the DC.）
Car Charging
The iClever Portable Power Station boasts strict protection mechanism. If
the temperature is higher than the safe temperature (0~45 ℃/32~113℉),
the product will enter the waiting stage. If the internal temperature of the
portable power station reaches the safe range, the charging will start
automatically with "sus" showing on the LED display.
Waiting State of the Charging
The iClever Portable Power Station boasts multiple protection mechanisms
in terms of over-voltage, under-voltage,high / low temperature, short circuit.
If the output is suddenly interrupted, first check whether your electrical
device is over the rated power or short circuit, and then restart the device to
check whether there is electricity.
In order to save the power of the power station, please shut it down after use.
If there occurs any abnormal situation, please contact the manufacturer
How to Use the Portable Power Station

The iClever Portable Power Station has four output areas, namely DC area,
USB area, AC area and Light area. Each area has a corresponding button to
turn on/off the output function of that area. Press and hold the correspond-
ing button for about 1 second to turn on and the button will glow in blue.
Press and hold the button for about 1 second again to turn off. If the button
is pressed and hold for more than 3s, the whole system will be shut down.
Press and hold the AC button for about 1 second, the AC output will be
turned on. The AC icon will appear on the LED display and the output
frequency will be displayed on the screen; then after 2 seconds, the output
frequency will switch to the output power. Press and hold the AC button for
about 1 second again, the AC output will be turned off. If you press the
button for more than 3s, the whole system will be shut down.
AC Output
After the AC output function is turned on, press the AC button for three
times in a row, and the corresponding frequency will be displayed on the
screen; then after 2 seconds, the output frequency will switch to the output
power.
The "F50" mark means the Frequency is 50Hz while the "F60" stands for
60Hz.Please choose the right frequency according to your local power grid
or electrical need. This power station will automatically remember the last
frequency after shutdown. As shown below:

Safety Precautions
Press and hold the DC button for about 1 second, and DC5521 and cigar
light output will be turned on. DC and CAR icons will appear on the LED
display. Press and hold the DC button for about 1 second again, the DC
output will be turned off. If you press the button for more than 3s, the whole
system will be shut down.

Press and hold the USB button for about 1 second, and USB-A and USB-C
output will be turned on. USB-A and USB-C icons will appear on the LED
display. Press and hold the USB button for about 1 second again, the USB
output will be turned off. If you press the button for more than 3s, the whole
system will be shut down.
USB Output
Press and hold the LED button for about 1 second, it will turn on the lighting
function and enter the low brightness mode. The AC icon will appear on the
LED display. Press the button in turn to enter the high brightness mode, SOS
mode, and flash mode. Press and hold the LED button for about 1 second
again, the USB output will be turned off. If you press the button for more
than 3s, the whole system will be shut down.

Please read the following warnings carefully that rated in “Danger”,
“Warning” and “Note”.
“Danger” means may cause death or injury.
“Warning” means may cause dangerous accidents
“Note” means may cause damage to the product or reduce its service life.

●Non-professional persons are not allowed to disassemble the product
without permission to avoid electric shock and short circuit, etc.
●Do not place the product in a high temperature environment (over 50 ℃)
or near fire source.
●The product is not a toy, please don't let children play it.
●Do not use the product under humid environment.
●Do not hit or clash the product.
“Danger”
●Please read the user manual before use.
●Never disassemble the product.
●Do not use products that are visibly damaged.
●Please charge with the included adapter or adapters that conform to the
manufacturer’s specification.
●Please select the solar panel that conforms to the manufacturer’s
specification.
It is forbidden to charge with solar panel that is higher than 25V.
●Please charge the battery within the temperature range of 0-45 ℃/
32~113℉. Charging at a low temperature will shorten the cycle life of the
battery.
●In case of long-term storage (more than 3 months), it should be stored at
the temperature of - 10 ~ 35 ℃/14~95℉under the environment with low
humidity and without corrosive gas.
●If abnormal conditions occur, such as strange smell and abnormal heat
during charging or storage, please stop charging immediately, place the
product in an open place and observe from a distance. Mind your safety
and contact the manufacturer or dealer.
“Warning”

●This product is a power supply. Please choose the right model according
to your electrical devices. It is forbidden to use this product with
excessive power and load.
●This product is set before delivery according to different national voltage
standards. Before purchase and use, please consult the dealer or use the
product according to the user manual.
●When the power of the product is used up, please charge it in time.
●Product parts are recyclable, please recycle them according to the local
regulations.
●In order to save the power of the power station, please shut it down after
use.
●If the storage period is more than 6 months, in order to extend the
service life of the battery, please charge and discharge the product 1-2
times.
Q: There is no fan in the product. Is it safe?
A: The portable power station is designed by top engineers and designers
and adopts high-performance components, which makes the product safe
to use. The no-fan design makes the product quieter and safer.
Q: How long can the product be stored?
A: If the product is store with more than half of battery capacity, generally
6-12 months is available. It is recommended to charge and activate it every
three months.
Q: How long does it take to fully charge the product?
A: IC-OD41B can be charged to 80% in 3.5 hours with standard adapter, and
can be fully charged in 5 hours or so;

Q: Can the product be charged by solar energy and car adapter at the same
time?
A: Yes, and the charging time will be greatly reduced.
Q: Can the product discharge (output for use) while charging ?
A: Yes. This product allows you to use your device while charging. When the
output power is greater than the input power, the battery capacity will slowly
decrease. When the battery capacity gets to a low power state, the output
will be turned off.
Q: Does the product have temperature protection?
A: Yes. When the product is used under high temperature environment and if
the internal temperature is higher than 50 ℃/122℉, the circuit will be
shutoff for the safety of the battery.
Q: Will the product shut down automatically?
A: After the product is deeply discharged, it will automatically shut down,
but under normal circumstances, for continuous power supply, it will not
automatically sleep.
Q: What kind of vehicle can the product car start?
A: The product is to charge the car battery, and then use the car battery to
start the car. If the car battery is broken or malfunction, the start-up function
may not be used. If you mind, please purchase a professional car starter
power supply.

Troubleshooting

Problems Solutions
No response when the
portable power station is
powered on and no output
from DC, USB, AC, Light.
(1) Make the portable power station unloaded, charge it for
5-10 minutes and restart it.
(2) Make sure that the portable power station is operated
under normal working temperature.
The the portable power

on, but the corresponding
output interface has no
output (DC, USB, AC)
Unexpected shutdown
during product use.
Equipment cannot be
charged.
(1) Check whether the power of the portable power station is
too low. If so, please charge it in time.
(2) Check whether the output power of the electric equipment
is higher than that of the portable power station, which
triggers the protection mechanism. Please make the portable
power station unloaded and restart it.
(3) Make sure the output of the portable power station meets
the power requirements of the electrical equipment.
(4) Check whether there is short circuit between the output
interface and the electrical equipment. Please remove the
equipment and restart the portable power station.
(5) Use other power supply to check whether the device works
normally. Some equipment is not compatible with our product.
This portable power station has a built-in real-time monitoring
system, which may shut down the product when the internal
protection system is triggered. The following events may
trigger the protection system: overcharge, over-discharge,high
temperature, low temperature, over-current and short circuit.
In order to solve the problem quickly, please disconnect all
electrical equipment form the portable power station, keep it
under normal working temperature, and charge the product for
5-10 minutes. At the same time, check whether the electrical
equipment is faulty. Finally, restart the portable power station.
(1) Please confirm whether the charging electrical parameters
of the equipment are within the charging range of the portable
power station.
(2) Check if the equipment is too high or too low in temperature,
which trigger the temperature protection.

If there is something wrong the product, please operate according to the
troubleshooting section. If the problems cannot be solved, please contact
our after-sales service via email: [e-mail] and provide the
following information: product model, purchase date, phone number,
address, detailed product fault description. For better solving the problems,
please answer the questions from our after-sales service engineer in detail.
If the problems remain resolved, contact your dealer.
Note:
●The warranty period is 18 months from the date of delivery
●During the warranty period, our company will provide free repair and
replacement parts for the defective products and the damage caused by
non-human factors. The parts belong to our company.
●Damage of surface coating or outlook is not covered by the warranty.
●The outer package and accessories are not covered by the warranty.
If the following conditions occur, you will lose the qualification of warranty
or replacement.
●Disassemble the product without permission.
●The malfunction is caused by unauthorized maintenance.
●Man-made damage includes immersion, breakage, damage to the outer
casing caused by improper use, etc.
