0.1 GENERALITY
This manual is designed to provide SPECIFICATIONS, THE INSTRUCTIONS ASSEMBLY necessary for
operations of USE, MAINTENANCE, CLEANING and finally DELIVERY to Article produced by ICS SPA
called BIN CABINET WITH WHEELS FOR RECYCLING.
0.2 PURPOUSE
The purpose of the Handbook is primarily to provide the correct information on how to do the Assembly,
maintenance, cleaning and shipping of BIN in full SAFETY. Respecting conformity EU directives applicable
to it.

1GENERAL FEATURES
The article, BIN CABINET WITH WHEELS FOR RECYCLING produced by ICS SPA factory in Copiano
(Pavia), is a mobile container with plastic wheels, for the separate collection of materials recovered for
recycling, and waste disposal . The different colors (RED, YELLOW, GREEN, BLUE, BROWN, GREY)
help the differentiation of waste and proper disposal. Featuring Special rubbers cushioning on the lid,
allowing it to absorb the impact of the closure reducing noise after disposal of the waste. (patented) for the
rejection. (patented) Not only in sealing, the container is equipped with cushioning system of opening of
the cover, to eliminate noise in the early stages of recovery of municipal, but also during the complete
manual openings of the lid, avoiding that the same, slam violently against the body of the bin. (patented)
Easy to use and can be moved as Strong wheels with solid rubber tires, secured by axle made of
galvanized steel corrosion. The coupling seat, then the system of attachment of the wheels to the shaft
galvanized, has been studied also to minimize the spaces between the wheels and the bin, avoiding that
during transport of the bin, the rolling of the wheels cause excessive noise.

PRESCRICTIONS FOR ASSEMBLING THE BIN
For the assembly the bin, there is not need to use any tool that may create dangerous
situations, and does not require any type of special training for the assembly.
NB: Make sure that all components are in perfect condition and state of preservation,
so that cracks or deformation affecting the perfect operation of the product. In case
you have abnormal contact your dealer.
FASI ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION FOR THE BIN
1° Insert the Rubber (Comp. 6) in 4 locations round of the lid
2° Insert the Ring (Comp. 7) in the 2 oval sites of the Bin Body
3° Place the lid (Comp. 2) on the bin, so that the holes [I] and [III] are aligned
on the same wheelbase.
4° Take 2 pins fixing for the lid (Comp. 4), with the steel attachment facing
down, insert them into the holes [I] and [III] previously aligned, and push
them up to perfect coupling on the handle of the bin.
5° Insert the shaft (Comp. 3) into the holes [II] of the bin
6° Take the wheels (Comp. 5) and hook them until at the click of fixing on the
shaft

3 CLEANING
The bin with wheels produced by ICS SPA, has been specially designed with rounded to facilitate
cleaning and prevent build up of dirt. The cleaning of the bin, in each component, can be performed
with water or industrial detergents or common little aggressive.
It 'not recommended to use aggressive solvents that could compromise the stability of the material and
consequently the resistance.
3.1 PRECAUTIONS FOR CLEANING
In case of use of industrial cleaners, wear protective gloves, and if the cleaner so requires, wear a face
mask, especially for cleaning the inside of the bin preventing inhaling the fumes created in the bin. In
the case of completely filling with liquid for cleaning, be careful during movement, as they can be
dangerous and cause a full load during the transport with danger in case of tipping, for the limbs, feet,
hands, etc..

4 ORDINARY MAINTENANCE
The BIN FOR RECYCLING, does not require any scheduled maintenance except cleaning.
4.1 ACCIDENTAL EVENT
In case of a fall, shock or incorrect use, it is recommended to check the perfect anchor pin fixing lid to
the bin and wheels to the axle.
4.2 OPERATION OF EXTRAORDINARY MAINTENANCE
In case of accidental release even partial, is invited to reassemble if not damaged, according to the assembly
sequence described in Chapter 2 of this instruction manual.

5 PACKAGING AND DELIVERY
The bins have been designed to optimize the transport during expeditions and promote the storage
warehouse. The model LT 120, has been patented for what concerns the stacking of a bin inside the other. A
system to meet the needs of the market and storage because, by inserting the bins in row one after the other
by turning them 90 °, are obtained files to be placed on pallets common measurement, thus allowing to protect
them in shipping and storage, reducing the breakage of the covers during transport, because they remain
protected in the perimeter of the pallet and packaging. (See table below)

5.2 Precautions Packaging
The bins are designed to be resistant to extreme use, provided that you respect certain parameters specified
in the data sheet of the bin (available from the Manufacturer).
With regard to shipping operations, the only precaution is to check that the lids during loading, they are not
compressed or deformed. If it is dispatched on a pallet, it is important to verify that the pallets are to lean and
not the file bins avoiding possible distortion of the lids.
