Lock the ball head locking buckle.

Horizontal adjustment

Loosen the ball head locking buckle, loosen the horizontal adjustment
and observing the spirit level ensure the air bubble is dead centre, then
lock buckle again.

Loosen the centre column locking system, gently
slide the column to required height and lock in
place.
