The Air Cooler PLUS i a multi-function unit. It can be
u ed a a fan, an air cooler without water, an air cooler with
water, an air filter and a humidifier. Read thi entire manual
before u ing any of the function .

Thi product carrie a 30-day guarantee. If you find your unit to be defective within the fir t 30 day of pur-
cha e, you may return it for a new unit.
In the event that you need to return your Air Cooler PLUS it must be returned in the original
packaging in order to avoid shipping damage.

Maintenance
The Air Cooler PLUS is made of sturdy ABS material. Always unplug the power
cord from the wall socket first if any malfunction should occur.
• Drain the water re ervoir if cooler i not being u ed,
and dry the unit in a well-ventilated place. To drain
the unit, remove the plug at the bottom of the unit
in bathroom or water-friendly place.
• After draining, plea e make ure the in ide i
completely dried. To peed up drying, you may
turn on the Air Cooler and pre “HIGH” peed
witch. It take about an hour for the unit to completely dry.
• Offen ive odor or weak air flow:
The HEPA filter may be full. If not changing filter,
remove filter and hake over new paper to remove
du t or u e weeper attachment to uction out du t.
• External maintenance:
Plea e wipe with oft cloth and a non-abra ive detergent.
• If the power cord i damaged, or the unit doe n’t work properly, it mu t be fixed
by an authorized agent or a imilarly qualified per on in order to avoid a hazard.
Do not immer e whole unit in water. It might cau e the breakdown or
electrical hock if the PC board or other electrical component get wet.
The u age of a chemical olution, uch a a volatile oil or bleaching,
may re ult in damage to the ABS ca ing.
If the unit i not completely dried before torage, the humidity
enclo ure of the unit provide a living environment for bacteria.
Questions & Answers
Q. Why i my Air Cooler i not blowing out cool air?
A. Plea e fill water re ervoir with very cold water. If the water you fill i the
ame temperature a the out ide air, you may place ice cube in the re ervoir.
Q. The airflow i weak, what can I do?
A. Plea e check to ee if the HEPA filter i full. For cleaning or changing the filter
you may read the maintenance ection for reference.
Q. Nothing i happening - why i my unit not turning on?
A. Plea e check to make ure the plug i connected to the wall ocket. If the power i
off via Timer, plea e turn on the power witch for normal operation.

READ THIS ENTIRE MANUAL
BEFORE USING
ANY OF THE FUNCTIONS.
1. To u e a a fan and air filter: Simply pre power button ON and adju t
SPEED and SWING control to your requirement . The HEPA filter i in place
to remove 99.97% of particle from the air.
2. To u e a a waterle air cooler and air filter. Thi involve the exclu ive
Cooling Chamber and Gel Pack , found on no other air cooler . The two (2)
rectangular Gel Pack mu t go in the freezer for approximately 2 hour . When
the Gel Pack are frozen, place them in the cooling chamber ( ee diagram on
pg. 3). (Keeping a pare et of Gel Pack in the freezer will guarantee you will
alway have a cold Gel Pack to wap out when nece ary. To order additional
Gel Pack , refer to your place of purcha e or call 1-800-839-0966.) Then
pre the power ON button and adju t the SPEED and SWING control . The
HEPA filter i in place to remove 99.97% of particle from the air and the cool-
ing chamber will lower the temperature without increa ing humidity.
3. To u e the air cooler with water and air filter. Add water to the water inlet ( ee
diagram on pg. 3). U e very cold water. There are two (2) mall pla tic Ice
Pod that can be placed in your freezer for a few hour , then added to the water
in the water re ervoir. The e Ice Pod will keep the water cold much longer.
The colder the water, the cooler the air will be. Once the water and optional
Ice Pod are added, ju t pre the power ON button, and then the COOL but-
ton. Adju t the SPEED and SWING control .
The HEPA filter i in place to remove 99.97% of particle in the air.
4. To u e the air cooler a humidifier and air filter. Add water to the water re er-
voir through the water inlet ( ee diagram on pg. 3), pre Power ON button,
then COOL button. The Air Cooler PLUS will add humidity to dry air during
winter month or in low humidity area . In thi ca e, the water doe not need
to be cold.
The HEPA filter i in place to remove 99.97% of particle from the air.

above function to get maximum ervice life from your Air Cooler PLUS.

Cleaning
Never immer e the power cord in water, a electric hock may re ult or the air
cooler could be damaged.
Periodic cleaning i recommended for proper operation of thi air cooler.
Tap water may contain impuritie or di olved olid which could leave a re idue and
depo it upon the inner urface of the water tank and promote the growth of bacteria
and algae. It i recommended that you clean thi air cooler often where tap water
quality i poor. More frequent cleaning may be nece ary if you ee a heavy buildup
of impuritie or notice the pre ence of unplea ant odor .
Do not let water it in cooler for day without u ing cooling function.
Either u e up water completely or empty machine. Note: Never u e abra ive
cleaner in cleaning thi air cooler.
To clean air cooler, u e the following tep :
1. Unplug the air cooler.
2. Empty the water tank. Di mantle the rear ca ing and wa h tank with mild
oap or wa hing powder. Rin e with clean tap water.
3. If you have hard water, to remove cale or lime depo it , fill water tank with
water and 1 cup of undiluted white vinegar. Clean tank with a oft bru h or
cloth.
4. To clean the out ide of the air cooler, u e mild detergent.
5. Depending on air quality and u e of cooler, the HEPA air filter may need to
be changed after 6 to 12 month . The filter i located between the cooling
chamber and back of unit. It lide out ea ily. Extra filter may be ordered by
contacting your Sale Repre entative, by calling 1-800-839-0966 or from
www.rppurcha e.com.
CAUTION
Do not block the intake and exhau t opening . Blockage will not affect only
the effectivene , but al o the normal operation of the machine.
Lift the lid of water inlet gently to avoid damage to hinge .
If over-filling occur , plea e take the rubber plug off in the bathroom and
di charge ufficient water to bring water level down.
When operating the unit filled with water or ice cube , be cautiou of
dampne found on the ground.
To enjoy cooler air flow, you can add ice cube or the pla tic Ice
Pod to the water re ervoir. Some conden ation may appear on the
out ide of the unit. When water drip are found, plea e wipe with a
oft cloth or place a water tray beneath the unit.
Caution: Add water lowly to water re ervoir to avoid overfilling.

Operating Instruction
Before filling the air cooler, make ure the unit i unplugged.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING AIR COOLER PLUS WITH WATER
1. Make ure plug on bottom of unit i ecure.
2. Open the water inlet by pre ing the panel on the lower left ide of unit.
3. Fill the water re ervoir with cold, clean water; add mall Ice Pod if de ired.
4. Fill re ervoir only to water line indicator to avoid overfilling.
5. After filling, clo e the water inlet ecurely. U e care when tran porting filled
air cooler.
6. Place the water filled air cooler on a FIRM, FLAT AND LEVEL urface
(To afeguard fine wood fini he , put a protective covering between air
cooler and urface).
7. Plug air cooler into wall outlet and witch on the unit. You mu t al o pre
the cool button to activate cooling (Do not plug in the air cooler with wet
hand , an electric hock could occur).
8. The water will la t 20 to 22 hour (Check water level periodically).
9. The mall pla tic Ice Pod for cooling with water can be placed in the
freezer for one to two hour until frozen hard, then added to the water
re ervoir. The colder the water, the cooler the air.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING AIR COOLER PLUS WATERLESS COOLING
1. Place the Gel Pack for waterle cooling in the freezer for at lea t 2 hour .
2. Place frozen Gel Pack in Gel Pack Container, lide into cooling chamber
and PRESS ON.
Storage
1. Clean and dry the cooler thoroughly per cleaning in truction before toring.
2. Be ure all component are dry. Do not leave any water in the air cooler
when toring. Water left in the air cooler may cau e depo it or bacterial
growth which could impair the air cooler' performance.

re ervoir. Water mu t be in the water re ervoir for thi function to work. Do not u e
thi when cooling without water and Gel Pack .
5. ON/OFF SWITCH
Pre thi button to tart the unit.
6. REMOTE CONTROL
You can u e your remote control to operate the unit, controlling all the above
function from your chair. The remote i magnetic to attach to the ide of the

and dry the unit in a well-ventilated place. To drain
the unit, remove the plug at the bottom of the unit
in bathroom or water-friendly place.
• After draining, plea e make ure the in ide i
completely dried. To peed up drying, you may
turn on the Air Cooler and pre “HIGH” peed
witch. It take about an hour for the unit to completely dry.
• Offen ive odor or weak air flow:
The HEPA filter may be full. If not changing filter,
remove filter and hake over new paper to remove
du t or u e weeper attachment to uction out du t.
• External maintenance:
Plea e wipe with oft cloth and a non-abra ive detergent.
• If the power cord i damaged, or the unit doe n’t work properly, it mu t be fixed
by an authorized agent or a imilarly qualified per on in order to avoid a hazard.
Do not immer e whole unit in water. It might cau e the breakdown or
electrical hock if the PC board or other electrical component get wet.
The u age of a chemical olution, uch a a volatile oil or bleaching,
may re ult in damage to the ABS ca ing.
If the unit i not completely dried before torage, the humidity
enclo ure of the unit provide a living environment for bacteria.

Q. Why i my Air Cooler i not blowing out cool air?
A. Plea e fill water re ervoir with very cold water. If the water you fill i the
ame temperature a the out ide air, you may place ice cube in the re ervoir.
Q. The airflow i weak, what can I do?
A. Plea e check to ee if the HEPA filter i full. For cleaning or changing the filter
you may read the maintenance ection for reference.
Q. Nothing i happening - why i my unit not turning on?
A. Plea e check to make ure the plug i connected to the wall ocket. If the power i
off via Timer, plea e turn on the power witch for normal operation.

BEFORE USING
ANY OF THE FUNCTIONS.
1. To u e a a fan and air filter: Simply pre power button ON and adju t
SPEED and SWING control to your requirement . The HEPA filter i in place
to remove 99.97% of particle from the air.
2. To u e a a waterle air cooler and air filter. Thi involve the exclu ive
Cooling Chamber and Gel Pack , found on no other air cooler . The two (2)
rectangular Gel Pack mu t go in the freezer for approximately 2 hour . When
the Gel Pack are frozen, place them in the cooling chamber ( ee diagram on
pg. 3). (Keeping a pare et of Gel Pack in the freezer will guarantee you will
alway have a cold Gel Pack to wap out when nece ary. To order additional
Gel Pack , refer to your place of purcha e or call 1-800-839-0966.) Then
pre the power ON button and adju t the SPEED and SWING control . The
HEPA filter i in place to remove 99.97% of particle from the air and the cool-
ing chamber will lower the temperature without increa ing humidity.
3. To u e the air cooler with water and air filter. Add water to the water inlet ( ee
diagram on pg. 3). U e very cold water. There are two (2) mall pla tic Ice
Pod that can be placed in your freezer for a few hour , then added to the water
in the water re ervoir. The e Ice Pod will keep the water cold much longer.
The colder the water, the cooler the air will be. Once the water and optional
Ice Pod are added, ju t pre the power ON button, and then the COOL but-
ton. Adju t the SPEED and SWING control .
The HEPA filter i in place to remove 99.97% of particle in the air.
4. To u e the air cooler a humidifier and air filter. Add water to the water re er-
voir through the water inlet ( ee diagram on pg. 3), pre Power ON button,
then COOL button. The Air Cooler PLUS will add humidity to dry air during
winter month or in low humidity area . In thi ca e, the water doe not need
to be cold.
