1. Introduction
Welcome to using the high power LED washer of Neo-Neon. The light takes the high power LED technology, with
long lifespan and high IP rating. It has the high power red, matched with the green and blue balanced. It can make all
kinds of vivid illumination effects, along with DMX receiving and auto mode. The operation interface is easy to
operate and user-friendly, which is achieved by key and 5*7LED matrix. It is suitable for the entertainment,
decorative, architecture illumination industry.

3、Security Warning:
zPlease read the user manual carefully before using and abide by the operation introduction
zThe fixture should be connected with the power supply attached the ground line, and the power voltage should
be matched with the fixed voltage
zThe fixture is not attached with any accessory and just can choose the accessory which belongs to the
manufacture
zThe operating temperature should be not above 40℃and not blew -20℃
zIf there are some problems, please ask the professional for repairing.
zWe change our packaging of four hand wheels used for position into four smaller ones for safety when
packaging and transportation. The four hand wheels will be packaged and complimented away with the lamp. If
the customer needs them, we will change back.
Note:
zWhen the power plug is not connecting the dependency, please connect the housing with the ground to avoid the
damages of the static and charge to the product.
4、Installation and Setup
一、 The sketch map of hanging and installing
The product can be locked on the truss by the lock nip: at first, put the nip into the truss and
then screw down and adjust the screw.

二、 This product can be laid on the flat ground by the rubber cushion under the bracket of the fixture
shown as below:
三、 You can pull out rubber cushion under the bracket and secure the fixture on the truss through M6X20
bolt. he screw used for securing the power supply and then take out the power supply crust. The
effect picture is illustrated as below:

Pgset submenu function instruction：
zPgset Press ENTER for 2-3 seconds, then enter the next programming. Every programming has
the following parameter：
（1）、SCEN：choose the ready to edit scene 1-10。
（2）、FIXT：When the master runs, the scene includes the following slave number: All、odd
number、even number、single slave machine。
（3）、shutter：Edit the strobe. It can strobe fast. gradually on and off instantly、on fast and off
gradually, strobe randomly.
（4）、dimmer：edit the scene brightness。
（5）、R=000/ G=000/ B=000:R，G，B of all kinds LED’s brightness。
（6）、mac：choose the inside effect。
（7）、tm_h、tm_m、tm_s：running time, hour, minute and seconds。
（8）、fd_h、fd_m、fd_s：FADE timr ，hour, minute and second。
（9）、SCNRUN：to see whether the scene works or not。
Press the enter key 2-3 seconds to save the edited programming.
SCHEDU Submenu function instruction：
every event has the following parameter setup：
（1）、event：choose the event to be edited.
（2）、program：choose the programming included in the event.
（3）、day：confirm when the incidents to run, from Monday to Sunday.
（4）、start：confirm at which o’clock the event is going to run.
（5）、end：confirm at which o’clock the event will end.
（6）、enable：to check whether the event works or not。

7、Daily Maintenance
一、 Trouble Shooting
Trouble Content Reasons Trouble Shooting
There is no reflect for one or
many pieces of units No power supply Check if the power supply is turned on and the power cable
is connected well.
The replacement is normal but
the controller can not work well
or there is no feedback
The data connecting is wrong or
uncompleted Check, repair or change the data cable, check if it is

二、 Cleaning and Maintaining
Although we have already strength the credibility of the product in design, we always continue to
keep the high level of quality and try our best to extend the lifetime of the product. We should
maintain the product regularly and confirm the light to show itself under the best situation, and it is
necessary.
I、The cleaning of the fixture.
II、The cleaning maintaining of the lens
In order to confirm the optimum effect of the fixture, please clean each lens or the reflecting
configuration. Please use the soft cotton cloth with little lotion to clean lens and protect the lens from
damage.
III、The regular check of the cables
Check the connecting cable, cloth cable and ground cable and confirm the security of the fixture foe
using.
