1.2 MAST AND T-BASE INSTALLATION
First, the mast has to be installed on top of the T-base. Please note that we define the “front” and “back” of the
monopod as shown in the picture above.
To begin, choose the big screw, the flat washer, and the metal pipe. From the underside of the T-base, place the
screw and washer through the pipe before connecting it to the middle hole of the T-base. An Allen key is located
in the small white box to tighten the screw into the mast. Please do not fix the screw too tight during this step in
the process, as you have to align the orientation mast to the T-base later.
The three stabilization arms must be adjusted on the metal holders. Screw the holders to the down position (a),
push the arm onto the holder (b),and screw the holder up (c) until the construction is stable. Steps (a) to (c)
should be done by hand and not with a tool to avoid an over-tight adjustment.

1.3 H-SHAPED HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT
The H-shaped height adjustment can be seen in the following image.
You will find a metal ring at the bottom of the H-shaped height adjustment. This ring fits into the top of the mast
(please see the following images). Place the H-shaped height adjustment on top of the mast.
There are three holes with threads on the mast's upper side. These threads are used to anchor the H-shaped
height adjustment to the mast.
You will find another small white box with three headless screws with spiky ends and a small Allen key for this
anchoring.

The H-shaped height adjustment has a groove around the metal ring on the mast. You can now screw the H-
shaped height adjustment tight using the three different holes in the mast. Please note that you will not be able to
tighten all three screws very tight. Choose one to screw as far as possible without fixing the H-shaped height
adjustment to the mast. From there, turn the H-shaped height adjustment as far as possible while ensuring the
two other screws are still easily accessible. The two screws will obtain a sufficient fixation.
When you fix the H-shaped height adjustment to the mast, please loosen the screw connecting the T-base with
the mast and align all parts. Then tighten the big screw to the T-base again permanently.
Warning! Please pay attention to a possible collision between the H-shaped height adjustment in the down
position and the release arm of the mast! If a collision occurs, you must release all three screws (between mast
and T-base) and twist both parts to each other until a collision cannot occur when turning the H-shaped height
adjustment downwards. Avoid this issue by spending adequate time accurately adjusting all of the parts during
the initial setup.

1.4 HORIZONTAL-ADJUSTMENT BAR
The base of the horizontal-adjustment bar will have a rotary knob on top of the H-shaped height adjustment. The
knob is delivered as an individual part.

The base of the horizontal-adjustment bar has a trapezoidal bar. You can fix the 3-way gearhead on the plate of
the horizontal-adjustment bar and slide the plate into the side of the horizontal-adjustment base.

1.5 HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT
You can use the delivered air pump to make the monopod adjustable in height. Please note that the more air you
fill in, the easier the monopod goes up, but then keep in mind that moving the monopod back down will be more
challenging.
