Preface
Cordial congratulations
for your decision in favour of an IME hot air stove for a rapidand
flexible Food preparation.
Hot air stoves are high performance devices and from that may be practised only by sent
personnel, under supervision and only for the operation purpose planned according to
description.
This oven is exclusively suitable for baked goods (Foods).
Do not conceal vent holes of the devices and do not introduce any external subjects in device
apertures.
Electric connection
Installation
Installation, initiation and maintenance of the device must be carried out through a licensed
electrics enterprise.
All installation works must be carried out under observation of the valid rules.
The manufacturer rejects any responsibility to a bad function through erroneous installation .
Remark !
According to international rules, when connecting the device a set up has to be established,
which allows to separate the device with a contact gap width of at least 3 mm all-pole from
the net. LS switches, protections and floodgates are regarded as suitable separators.
Potential equalization
The device is to be included in a potential equalization system. The Hot air stoves are
equipped with a puncture for the cycle of the potential equalization screw if used as a desk-
top unit.
Remark !
The manufacturer takes over no liability and/or assurance obligations for damages which are
to be put down to non observance of the rules or inappropriate installation. The operating
voltage of the device conducts in 240V. mains voltage and operating voltage must agree.

Electric connection
The device is planned for the connection at 240/400 (see rating plate). Mounting a norm
coupler according to the rating plate.
At a substitution of the connecting cable the back wall (Dissolution of 4 screws) is to be
removed; the terminal is then accessible. If a direct connection is requested onto the mains, a
single-pole counter with a minimum contact gap of 3 mm, according to the valid norms, is
necessary. The yellow-green earthing must not be disturbed. Always a connecting cable is to
be employed, which one is constant for temperatures about 50 ° C or so one of the model H05
RR F.
Before the bonding make sure that:
1. the incoming line sufficiently is protected,
2. the socket according to the rules is grounded,
3. the coupler or combined the single-pole counter is correctly with the device.
The insulation material in the stove and fat residues from the production develop smoke and
unpleasant odours. Therefore we recommend during the first use to warm up the stove with
opened door for approximately 30 minutes on the maximum temperature stage.
We refuse every liability if the safety norms are not kept.

Placement
To a slightly inflammable wall the device must have a distance of 2 cm. If placement of this
device in close distance of walls, partitions, kitchen furniture, decorative linings and so forth,
it is recommended that these are produced from not inflammable material, otherwise they
must be dressed up with characterized not inflammable material. The most precise
observation of the rules of the fire protection must be guaranteed.

Initiation
Turn Main power switches on position 1 ? device is turned on, blower runs, yellow system
warning light lights up. In case of attaining of the calm temperature the yellow system
warning light goes out.
Temperature adjustment: Pork approx. 200 ° C -220 ° C
Beef approx. 190° C
At baked goods a temperature lower around approx. 20 % must be chosen due to the air
convection than near traditional ovens.
Shutdown of the device
Putting oven on 0 ° C. To let track the blower approx. 10 minutes, to put main power switches
on position 0 after that.

Maintenance and cleaning
Following references are absolutely to be considered at all maintenance and cleaning jobs:
-Before beginning the maintenance-resp. cleaning jobs disturb power supply and let
chill device,
-Never dump into water and do not cleanwith high pressure devices (Pressurized water
jet),
-employing only detergents which correspond to the food laws,
-Maintenance and repair jobs only of trained personnel
Wiring, electric component and electrical heating elements can work defectively. For the
substitution of the same ones is to proceed as follows :
Stove light: Screwing off the toecap inside in the stove; the bulb can be transposed
then.
Heating element: The heating element can be removed by dissolution of the blocking -
screws inside in the cooking room; the electric connections are accessible
after the back wall of the device was removed.
Fan: If the back wall of the device is removed, the fan protection can be
removed by dissolution of the wing screws. Through dissolution of the
left screwing -mother the wing clears and can be removed after
dissolution of the three screws of the flange-mounted motor.
Switching units: They are accessible after the wrapper and the instrument panel were
removed.
Seals: In order to transpose the seals, the wrapper is to be removed, to loosen
the 4 screws of the seal channel then by means of a screwdriver (through
the punctures, which are above and below the same one) and to replace
the old seal by a new.
Cleaning
For a long service life it is important to subject the apparatus to a general cleaning regularly
according to the following recommendations:
The parts from stainless Stole must be cleaned with standard, suitable and not scrubbing
product
Not to employ chlorous products under any circumstances (corrosive detergents etc.).
The coated and chrome-plated parts must be cleaned with a moist sponge, water and soap or
with water and a not corrosive detergent. Never employ metallic subjects or detergents with
sharp substances.
Only lukewarm water is to be employed to the cleaning of the pane of glass, however no
uneven cloths or sharp detergents. Do not clean the panes if they still are hot.

The stove interior must be cleaned after every use. To chill after the use first lase and then the
whole interior is to be cleaned with a cloth before dived into hot water and normal detergent.
Polishing with a moist cloth or with a leather cloth.
