AVVERTENZE GENERALI.
Tutti i prodotti Immergas sono protetti con idoneo imballaggio da trasporto.
Il materiale deve essere immagazzinato in ambienti asciutti ed al riparo dalle
intemperie.
Il presente foglio istruzioni contiene informazioni tecniche relative all’instal-
lazione del kit Immergas. Per quanto concerne le altre tematiche correlate
all’installazione del kit stesso (a titolo esemplicativo: sicurezza sui luoghi di
lavoro, salvaguardia dell’ambiente, prevenzioni degli infortuni), è necessario
rispettare i dettami della normativa vigente ed i principi della buona tecnica.
L’installazione o il montaggio improprio dell’apparecchio e/o dei componenti,
accessori, kit e dispositivi Immergas potrebbe dare luogo a problematiche non
prevedibili a priori nei confronti di persone, animali, cose. Leggere attentamente
le istruzioni a corredo del prodotto per una corretta installazione dello stesso.
L'installazione e la manutenzione devono essere eettuate in ottemperanza alle
normative vigenti, secondo le istruzioni del costruttore e da parte di personale
abilitato nonché professionalmente qualicato, intendendo per tale quello avente
specica competenza tecnica nel settore degli impianti, come previsto dalla Legge.
INFORMAZIONI GENERALI.
La struttura portante dell'armadio di servizio è mobile, è quindi possibile
prevedere l'installazione del presente kit sia con uscita destra che con uscita
sinistra, nella seguente descrizione è rappresentata l'uscita sinistra.
Si consiglia di prevedere l'intercettazione dell'impianto di riscaldamento
(non fornito da Immergas) per evitare di dover svuotare l'intero circuito di
riscaldamento in caso di manutenzione del sistema.
INSTALLAZIONE.
Per eettuare il montaggio del kit procedere nel seguente modo (Fig. 1):
- Slare i tappi (A, B, C e D) dalla ancata dell'armadio.
- Rimontare i tappi (A e C) sul lato non utilizzato per il collegamento elettrico
e del gas.
- Premontare sulla valvola a 3 vie (32) il raccordo di svuotamento (35), i
nipplo (31) e la valvola di non ritorno (36) interponendo apposito materiale
di tenuta quale stoppa o simili.
Attenzione: durante il montaggio della valvola di non ritorno (36) assicurarsi
che la freccia riportata sul corpo della stessa, sia rivolta verso il kit collettore
idraulico come indicato in Fig. 1.
- Premontare il tubo (30) sul nipplo (31) interponendo la guarnizione (27).
- Premontare sulla valvola di intercettazione (26) il nipplo (28) interponendo
apposito materiale di tenuta quale stoppa o simili.
- Premontare sul nipplo (28) il tubo (29) interponendo la guarnizione (27).
- Aprire l'anta dell'armadio e ssare le stae supporto collettori (1) utilizzando
le viti (E) incluse nel kit armadio.
- Fissare le stae di rialzo (2) alle stae (1) utilizzando le viti (38).
- Fissare la parte inferiore del gruppo collare ssaggio tubi (3) al supporto
(2) utilizzando i dadi (5) e le rondelle (6).
- Fissare il collettore di mandata (13) utilizzando le fascette (4) e serrare il
tutto mediante le viti (8).
- Collegare il gruppo premontato della valvola a 3 vie (32) al collettore di
mandata (13) interponendo la guarnizione (27).
- Eettuare l'allacciamento all'impianto interponendo la guarnizioni (9),
utilizzando le viti (10), rondelle (11), dadi (12).
- Al termine ssare la angia cieca (14) al collettore (13) utilizzando viti (10),
dadi (12) e rondelle (11) interponendovi la guarnizione (9) come rappre-
sentato in gura.
- Fissare la parte inferiore del gruppo collare (17) al supporto (1) utilizzando
i dadi (20) e le rondelle (19).
- Fissare il tubo (15) utilizzando la fascetta (18) e stringere mediante le viti
(21). Collegare al tubo (15) il manicotto (24).
- Montare i due raccordi (22 e 23) e collegare il gruppo ottenuto al tubo (15).

As for the other issues related to kit installation (e.g. safety in the work site,
environment protection, injury prevention), it is necessary to comply with the
provisions specied in the regulations in force and principles of good technique.
Improper installation or assembly of the appliance and/or components, acces-
sories, kit and devices can cause unexpected problems to people, animals and
objects. Read the instructions provided with the product carefully to ensure a
proper installation of same.
Installation and maintenance must be performed in compliance with the regu-
lations in force, according to the manufacturer's instructions and by authorised
professionally qualied sta, intending sta with specic technical skills in the
plant sector, as envisioned by the Law.
GENERAL INFORMATION.
e load-bearing structure of the service cabinet is mobile, so this kit can be
installed with right outlet and le outlet; the following description represents
the le outlet.
We recommend providing the shut-o of the central heating system (not
provided by Immergas) to avoid having to empty the entire heating circuit
in case of system maintenance.
INSTALLATION.
Proceed as follows to assemble the kit (Fig. 1):
- Pull out the caps (A, B, C and D) from the side of the cabinet.
- Re-assemble the caps (A and C) on the side not used for the electrical and
gas connection.
- Pre-assemble the emptying tting (35), the nipple (31) and the non-return
valve (36) on the 3-way valve (32) by interposing suitable sealing material
such as oakum or similar.
Important: when installing the non-return valve (36) make sure that the arrow
on the casing faces the hydraulic manifold kit as shown in Fig. 1.
- Pre-assemble the pipe (30) on the nipple (31) by interposing the gasket (27).
- Pre-assemble the nipple (28) on the shut-o valve (26) by interposing suitable
sealing material such as oakum or similar.
- Pre-assemble the pipe (29) on the nipple (28) by interposing the gasket (27).
- Open the cabinet door and fasten the manifold mount brackets (1) using
the screws (E) in the cabinet kit.
- Fasten the rising brackets (2) to the brackets (1) using the screws (38).
- Fasten the lower part of the pipe xing collar unit (3) to the mount (2) using
the nuts (5) and washers (6).
- Fasten the ow manifold (13) using the clamps (4) and tighten everything
with screws (8).
- Connect the pre-assembled unit of the 3-way valve (32) to the ow manifold
(13) by interposing the gasket (27).
- Make the connection to the system by interposing the gaskets (9), using the
screws (10), washers (11), nuts (12).
- At the end fasten the blind ange (14) to the manifold (13) using screws
(10), nuts (12) and washers (11) by interposing the gasket (9) as shown in
gure.
- Fasten the lower part of the collar unit (17) to the mount (1) using the nuts
(20) and washers (19).
- Fasten the pipe (15) using the clip (18) and tighten with the screws (21).
Connect the sleeve (24) to the pipe (15).
- Assemble the two ttings (22 and 23) and connect the unit to the pipe (15).

- Montare il secondo tubo (16) collegandolo al raccordo (23); ssare il tubo
(16) utilizzando la fascetta (18) e stringere mediante le viti (21). Inserire nel
tubo (16) il tappo (25).
- Inserire il tubo (40) sul raccordo di svuotamento (35) e inserirlo dalla parte
opposta nel raccordo di convogliamento (22).
- Fissare la parte inferiore del gruppo collare ssaggio tubi (3) al supporto
(1) utilizzando i dadi (5) e le rondelle (6).
- Fissare il collettore di ritorno (7) utilizzando le fascette (4) e stringere me-
diante le viti (8).
- Effettuare l'allacciamento all'impianto interponendo la guarnizione (9),
utilizzando le viti (10), rondelle (11) e dadi (12).
- Al termine ssare la angia cieca (14) al collettore (7) utilizzando viti (10),
dadi (12) e rondelle (11) interponendovi la guarnizione (9) come rappre-
sentato in gura.
- Collegare il gruppo premontato della valvola (26) al collettore di ritorno (7)
interponendo la guarnizione (27).
- Avvitare nel foro predisposto dell'armadio, il pressacavo (37) utilizzando il
controdado (41).
- Premontare sul tubo (42) il raccordo (33) utilizzando il dado (43) e inter-
ponendo le guarnizioni (39).
- Premontare sul raccordo (33) il nipplo (34) interponendo la guarnizione (44).

- Assemble the second pipe (16) by connecting it to the tting (23); fasten
the pipe (16) using the clip (18) and tighten with the screws (21). Insert the
plug (25) in the pipe (16).
- Insert the pipe (40) on the emptying tting (35) and insert it from the
opposite side in the conveying tting (22).
- Fasten the lower part of the pipe xing collar unit (3) to the mount (1) using
the nuts (5) and washers (6).
- Fasten the return manifold (7) using the clamps (4) and tighten with the
screws (8).
- Make the connection to the system by interposing the gasket (9), using the
screws (10), washers (11) and nuts (12).
- At the end fasten the blind ange (14) to the manifold (7) using screws (10),
nuts (12) and washers (11) by interposing the gasket (9) as shown in gure.
- Connect the pre-assembled unit of the valve (26) to the return manifold (7)
by interposing the gasket (27).
- Tighten the cable clamp (37) in the hole in the cabinet using the locknut
(41).
- Pre-assemble the tting (33) on the pipe (42) using the nut (43) and by
interposing the gaskets (39).
- Pre-assemble the nipple (34) on the tting (33) by interposing the gasket
(44).

Montare il kit adattamento (C) (escluso dalla fornitura). Avvitare il tubo (42)
sull'imbuto della valvola di sicurezza e sostituire il tubo scarico condensa
caldaia con il tubo (45) come indicato in Fig. 2. Inserire entrambi i tubi (42 e
45) all'interno del raccordo di convogliamento (22) installato in precedenza.

Avvitare il tubo (42) sull'imbuto della valvola di sicurezza e sostituire il tubo
scarico condensa caldaia con il tubo (45) come indicato in Fig. 3. Inserire
entrambi i tubi (42 e 45) all'interno del raccordo di convogliamento (22)
installato in precedenza dopo averli tagliati a misura.
Collegare la mandata della caldaia (M) alla valvola a 3 vie (32) e il ritorno
della stessa (R) alla valvola di intercettazione (26).
N.B.: i componenti a valle dell'impianto quali vaso d'espansione etc... vanno
dimensionati in base alla portata dell'impianto.
Nel caso di montaggio del kit con uscite libere sul lato destro è necessario
eseguire l'installazione come rappresentato in gura 1.
Dopo il primo collaudo in temperatura, vericare il serraggio di tutte le
tubazioni.
Attenzione: le caldaie Victrix Pro hanno un grado di isolamento elettrico
IPX5D e possono essere installate anche all'esterno senza bisogno di prote-
zioni aggiuntive, è opportuno comunque se installate all'esterno coibentare
le relative tubazioni e proteggere dagli agenti atmosferici i kit.
Le caldaie devono essere installate nelle congurazioni e con i propri kit di
batteria e sicurezza originali Immergas. La Immergas S.p.A. declina ogni
responsabilità qualora l'installatore non utilizzi i dispositivi ed i kit originali
Immergas approvati INAIL o li utilizzi impropriamente.
N.B.: prima di chiudere i rubinetti di intercettazione impianto o le valvole 3
vie, la caldaia deve essere spenta.

Assemble the adapter kit (C) (not supplied). Tighten the pipe (42) on the safety
valve funnel and replace the boiler condensate draining pipe with the pipe
(45) as shown in Fig. 2. Insert both pipes (42 and 45) inside the conveying
tting (22) installed previously.

Tighten the pipe (42) on the safety valve funnel and replace the boiler
condensate draining pipe with the pipe (45) as shown in Fig. 3. Insert both
pipes (42 and 45) inside the previously installed conveying tting (22), aer
cutting them to size.
Connect the boiler ow (M) to the 3-way valve (32) and its return (R) to the
shut-o valve (26).
N.B.: the components downstream of the system, such as the expansion tank,
must be sized according to the ow rate of the system.
If assembling the kit with free outputs on the right side, perform the instal-
lation as shown in gure 1.
Aer the rst temperature test, check the tightness of all the pipes.
Attention: the Victrix Pro boilers hav an IPX5D electric insulation rating
and can also be installed outdoors, without additional protections. However,
if installed outdoors, the relevant piping should be insulated and the kit
protected from the elements.
e boilers must be installed in the congurations and with their own Immer-
gas original set and safety kits. Immergas S.p.a. declines all liability whenever
the installer does not use the devices and approved Immergas original kits
or uses them improperly.
N.B.: before closing the system cut-o cocks or the 3-way valves (3), the
boiler must be switched o.
