MC432 Ethernet Cradle
MC432 Charging/Communication Cradle
User Instructions
The Charging/Communication Cradle is a ruggedized snap-in cradle for the MC432/MC432L
Mobile Computer. This cradle lets you connect your MC432/MC432L to a USB port for
transferring data, or to a power outlet for standalone charging. The cradle has an external
battery slot for keeping an extra battery charged at all times. An optional Ethernet connector
also provides network and internet capabilities. The cradle offers added convenience with
easier and more stable connections for commercial and industrial applications.

Connecting Cables
1. Connect the USB cable to the cradle’s USB Type C connector and connect it to your PC for
USB communication.
2. Connect the provided power adapter from the cradle to a power outlet for standalone
charging.
Charging an External Battery
To charge an external battery:
1. Make sure the cradle’s Power Adapter is connected to the cradle and a power source.
2. Align the External Battery with the connector in the Battery Charging Slot and slide into the
slot.
3. The LED next to the slot will glow Red while charging. When the external battery is fully
charged, the LED will glow Green. If the charging has failed, the LED will blink Green/Red.

Inserting the MC432/MC432L Mobile
Computer
To insert your MC432/MC432L into the Cradle:
1. Insert the bottom of the MC432/MC432L
into the Cradle Connector. It will fit in only
one direction.
2. Press the MC432/MC432L into the Cradle
Connector until it clicks.
Removing the MC432/MC432L Mobile
Computer
To remove the MC432/MC432L from the
Cradle:
1. Grasp and hold down the cradle connector
with one hand.
2. Grip and pull the MC432/MC432L with your
other hand.
Linking Cradles
A cradle linking accessory is included for linking several cradles together. You can attach the
cradle link to either the left or right side of the cradle bottom.
1. Align one end of the cradle link to a bottom slot and use the thumbscrew to fasten it.
2. Align the other end of the cradle link to another cradle and use a thumbscrew to fasten the
cradles together.

1. 將USB傳輸線連接到機座的USB Type C接口，並將其連接到您的電腦進行USB通訊。
2. 將隨附的電源供應器從機座連接到電源插座以進行獨立充電。
外置電池充電
若要為外置電池充電，請執行以下操作：
1. 確保機座的電源供應器連接至機座和電源。
2. 將外置電池與電池充電槽中的連接器對準，然後滑入插槽之中。
3. 充電時，插槽旁邊的LED燈會亮起紅色。當外置電池充滿電後，LED燈會亮起綠色。如果
充電失敗，LED燈將閃爍綠色/紅色。
連接MC432/MC432L
插入 MC432/MC432L 行動電腦
若要將MC432/MC432L插入機座，請執行以下
操作：
1. 將MC432/MC432L的底部插入機座連接器。
其只能朝單一方向進行安裝。
2. 將MC432/MC432L壓入機座連接器，直至其
發出喀嗒聲為止。
卸下 MC432/MC432L 行動電腦
若要將MC432/MC432L從機座上移除，請執行
以下操作：
1. 一隻手抓住並按住機座連接器。
2. 另一隻手抓住並拉動MC432/MC432L。
連接機座
其中包含一個機座連接配件，可將多個機座連接在一起。您可以將機座連接配件連接到機座底
部的左側或右側。
1. 將底座連接配件的一端對準底部插槽，然後使用鎖定螺絲將其固定。
2. 將底座連接配件的另一端對準另一個機座，然後使用鎖定螺絲將機座固定在一起。
