Common Failure Causes Recovering Method
Underpressure
of the system
Low regulated pressure of the
overflow valve
Re-regulating the pressure of the overflow
valve
Deformed pressure-regulated
spring of the overflow val ve
Replacing the pressure-regulated spring
Damaged O-shaped joint ring
in the reversing valve
Replacing the O-shaped joint ring
Damaged joint ring in the oil
cylinder
Replacing the joint ring
Great leak in the pipeline
Checking the joints of the pipelines, screwing
up the loosened and replacing the damaged.
Jittering and creeping
in operation
Air existing in the system
Checking whether foam is available in oil
surface and the oil tank to exclude the
possibility of the air entering into the system;
exhausting the air from the oil cylinder via
reciprocating for several total distances at the
highest speed.
Too low oil surface in the oil

Fill it up to the required oil surface
